Abstract

Feed is a very important factor in the world of animal husbandry. Subang Regency is one of the beef cattle breeding centers in West Java and even in Indonesia and occupies the top 5 beef cattle populations in Indonesia. In Subang Regency, 1,500 families depend on beef cattle and other livestock businesses for their income, with an average of 3 to 4 livestock per family. but breeders in Subang Regency only focus on conventional livestock production processes and have not touched modern livestock. so that the level of welfare of farmers in Subang Regency is still not optimal. The biggest cost for livestock in Subang Regency is still the high price of concentrate and forage feed. This research aims to increase the knowledge of beef cattle breeders through counseling and coaching regarding the management of beef cattle in terms of improving the quality of feed so that it has added value. The research was carried out in Cibogo District, Subang Regency from July to November 2022 using the focus group discussion, training and monev methods. The results of this study are that the feed problem at the smallholder farmer level is the poor quality of the feed due to the lack of knowledge of breeders on how to process and store feed. Processing and storage are applied at the farmer level, namely storing forage fodder using the silage method and increasing knowledge of feed management. Breeders who are members of a group of beef cattle and are able to develop institutional management with standards for the production and management of feed in the group. There is a positive and significant influence between the provision of assistance in making feed on increasing the welfare of farmers.

Abstract

This study describes the similarities and differences in the poetry of Secret Love and a Love Letter for Miss Silent by Ahmadun Yosi Herfanda. The purpose of this research is to compare the poetry of Secret Love and Love Letters for Miss Silent by Ahmadun Yosi Herfanda. This study uses a content analysis method whose data sources are obtained from the poems Secret of Love and Love Letters for Puan Sunyi using a comparative literature approach that focuses on the theory put forward by Remak. The results of this study indicate that the theme in the secret love poem is a description of the wealth of love which not everyone can interpret according to the rules of true love. The message that the author wants to convey through the secret love poem is the true essence of love. Meanwhile, the love letter Poetry for Silent Puan has the theme of missing someone who was once present in her life. The message that the author wants to convey in the love letter poem to Miss Silent is that longing makes people anxious. The similarities between the secret love poem and the love letter to Miss Silent by Ahmadun Yosi Herfanda are that both of these poems are of a new type, included in the ranks of poetry of romance and elegy (sadness). In addition, both of these poems are poetry expressions of protest by a poet explaining his true feelings, with expressions of advice and sadness. The difference between secret love poems and love letters for silent ladies lies in their meaning and message.

Abstract

To provide adequate and quality air transportation facilities and infrastructure by developing and maintaining a sustainable air transport infrastructure, it is ?required attention to occupational safety and health risk factors. These factors need to be analyzed in order to achieve zero accidents in the implementation process. This study aims to identify OHS risk factors, determine the highest OHS risk factors and then prepare a Construction Safety Plan (RKK) based on the highest OHS risk factors in The Terminal Building Construction Of The New Mentawai Airport Development Project, to determine the control of these risks. Interviews, and questionnaires as well as the results of previous studies, were collected to determine the risk factors for OSH. The Analytical Hierarchy Process method was applied to determine the highest risk factor which was carried out by compiling the AHP questionnaire and inputting it in the Expert Choice application. The Construction Safety Plan is prepared after the AHP analysis, in which the required OHS costs are also known. There are 4 aspects of risk factors: Workers Aspect, Management Aspect, Equipment Aspect, and the Environment Aspect with 24 risk factors. The risk factor for worker burnout, which is part of the worker aspect and is carried out in structural work, is the highest. Furthermore, the Construction Safety Plan (RKK) is prepared based on the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works of the Republic of Indonesia Number 10 of 2021 concerning Guidelines for Construction Safety Management Systems with an OHS cost of this construction IDR 698,250,000.00. This study emphasizes the importance of paying attention to risk factors, namely the burnout condition of workers, which is rarely considered in the implementation of construction work.
