Abstract

Abstract  The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Dividend Policy (DPR), Book Value Per Share (BVPS), and Earning Volatility (EVOL) on Stock Price Volatility (PVOL). The population used in this study was manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industry sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 - 2018. The sample used in this study was purposing sampling. Companies that fall into the study criteria consist of 35 companies for 3 years. The method used in this study is documentation of financial statements from manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industry sectors listed on the IDX. The analysis used is multiple linear regression by testing the hypothesis using the t test. The results of this study explain that the dividend pay out ratio (DPR) has a positive effect on stock price volatility, book value per share (BVPS) has a positive effect on stock price volatility, earning volatility (EVOL) has a positive effect on stock price volatility.Keywords: Dividend Policy (DPR), Book Value Per Share (BVPS), Earning Volatility (EVOL), Stock Price Volatility (PVOL).

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the Effect of Service Quality, Price and Place on Customer Satisfaction of Cus-Cus Café Malang. The variable used in this study is the customer satisfaction variable as the dependent variable, while the independent variable is Service Quality, Price and Place. Data were collected through a questionnaire method with a total sample of 92 respondents.The results of this study together conclude that there are Effects of Service Quality, Price and Place on Customer Satisfaction of Cus-Cus Café Malang and partially conclude that there is Effect of Service Quality, Price and Place on Customer Satisfaction of Cus-Cus Cafe Malang. Keywords: Service Quality, Price, Place, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to examine the influence of Leadership Style, Reward, Work Environment and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance in the Regional Civil Service Agency of Malang. This research uses descriptive type. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained using a questionnaire by taking a population sample of 44 (forty four) respondents.               This study uses analytical tools such as Validity, Reliability, Normality, Multiple Regression Tests, Multicollinity Tests, Heteroscedasticity Tests, F Tests, and t Tests and is measured using a Likert scale. Where the results of the analysis depend on the score obtained from respondents.        The results of this study are (1) Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) Reward has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (4) Organizational Commitment has no effect on employee performance . Keywords : Leadership Style, Reward, Work Environment, Organizational                   Commitment, Performance.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous variables of the attitude of taxpayers, taxpayers awareness, and tax knowledge on individual taxpayer compliance on the creative economy actors in the fashion sub sector in Batu City. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linier regression analysis. The sample size used was 82 respondents with a total population of 468 SMEs in the fashion sub sector in Batu City registered at a Batu City Cooperative, Micro Business and Trade Office. The results of this study indicate that partially the attitude of taxpayer attitudes has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Awareness of taxpayers no significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Knowledge of taxation has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Simultaneously variable attitude of taxpayer, taxpayer awareness, and tax knowledge have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance of individual taxpayers of the creative economy actors in the fashion sub sector in Batu City.  Keywords: Attitudes of taxpayers, taxpayer awareness, tax knowledge, and taxpayer compliance

Abstract

AbstracEvery organization or business unit must be able to optimize human resources and manage human resources. Personnel management is closely related to the factors of employees who are expected to do their best to achieve the goals of the organization or business unit. Employees are the most important organizational assets and play a strategic role in the organization as thinkers, planners and controllers of organizational activities. To achieve organizational goals, employees must be motivated to work diligently and sincerely.Given the importance of labor in the organization, more attention must be paid to the work of employees to achieve organizational goals. With high motivation, employees will do their work harder. Conversely, employees with low work motivation have no morals, are easily resolved and difficulties are resolved. Employees do not have a positive effect on beneficiaries, that is, they allow organizations to debate information about individuals or groups.Keyword: motivation, organizational commitment, performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to study Motivation, Satisfaction and communication, on the Performance of Student Activities Unit of the Faculty of Economics and Business. While the variables used in this study are Performance variables as the dependent variable, while the independent variables are Motivation, Satisfaction and communication styles. Data were collected through a questionnaire method with a total sample of 69 respondents.The results of this study together conclude that there is an influence between motivation, satisfaction and communication, and on performance and partially conclude that there is an influence between motivation, satisfaction and communication, and on performance. Keywords: Motivation, Satisfaction and communication, performance

Abstract

Abstract Pesantren as an institution based on the quality of Islamic education, in practice can survive its existence which will continue to be viewed positively by the community. Pesantren currently has real local conditions that cannot keep up with the times. The regeneration factor of Human Resources (HR), which does not indicate the condition of pesantren, among them can be said that they are "reluctant to die". The existence of a period that will be experienced by modern times, pesantren will not be attractive to many people because of an assumption that the quality of education is considered less advanced. This research was conducted to analyze Baitul Abidin Islamic Boarding School (PPBA) in Batu City by using SWOT Analysis. The method used is a qualitative method. While the data collection techniques used interviews, documentation, observation and kuesioner in PPBA to find out the truth of the research data sources. PSDM Strategy at PPBA: Determine the needs, determine advice, determine the program, the implementation of the program, evaluation of the implementation of the program. Based on the SWOT Analysis, it can be known precisely the strategy that will be taken for PSDM. Strength score = 0.65 weakness = 1.27 chance = 1.20 threat = 1.75. Keywords: Human Resources Development, Swot Analysis

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted at Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia StockExchange. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of InstitutionalOwnership, Profitability, Debt Policy and Company Size on Dividend Policy in Food andBeverage companies for the 2016-2018 period.The variables used are institutional ownership, profitability, debt policy and company size asthe independent variable, and dividend policy as the dependent variable. The data collectionmethod used is documentation. The data types in this study are secondary data. Theanalytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, this study uses data fromcompanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018 and samples are taken usingpurposive sampling. The number of samples taken in this study were 10 companies.The results showed that institutional ownership and debt policy had no effect on dividendpolicy, profitability had a positive effect and company size had a negative effect on dividendpolicy.Keywords: Institutional Ownership, Profitability, Debt Policy, Firm Size, Dividend Policy.
