The use of plant bioactives to replace antibiotics are now widely investigated. Turmeric or Curcuma longa (CL) and curcuma xanthorrhiza (CX), are commonly used by human and known to have active ingredients as antimicrobial. Therefore a research was conducted to evaluate the possibility of using these plant bioactives to replace antibiotic in poultry feed. The bioactives concentration of the CL and CX powder were measured prior to the feeding trial and then supplemented into standard diets of broiler chikens. The levels tested in this trial were based on the active ingredients that could inhibit growth of bacteria and fungi, i.e., low, medium and high levels of the CL and CX, respectively. The combination of low level of CL + high level of CX and low level CL +Â medium level of CX were also tested. A diet without feed additives and with antibiotics were used as controls. Each diet was fed from day old to 35 days old, replicated 6 times and each replication consist of 15 birds. Results showed that neither the antibiotic tested nor the turmeric (CL), xanthorrhiza (CX) nor the mixture of CL and CX gave significant (P>0.05) improvement on performances (body weight, FCR and mortatlity), nutrient digestibility of feed and carcass yield of broilers. ABSTRACT This research was conducted to determine the effect of Hedonic Shopping Motivation and Utilitarian Value on Impulse Buying with Shopping Lifestyle as a mediating variable for buyers in Sardo Swalayan. The location for conducting this research is located at Jalan Gajayana No.500, Dinoyo, Lowokwaru District, Malang City, East Java. 6514, in this study using explanatory research method which aims to explain the position of each variable and its effect between one variable with other variables, and the source of the data used is primary data by distributing linkert scale questionnaires to buyers at Sardo Swalayan. The sample calculation in this study uses the Slovin formula which produces 99 respondents. The results of this study are the variable hedonic shopping motivation and utilitarian value directly influence shopping lifestyle, next hedonic shopping motivation and utilitarian value directly affect impulse buying, and shopping lifestyle directly affect impulse buying, and hedonic shopping lifestyle and utilitarian value have an indirect effect on impulse buying through shopping lifestyle as a mediating variable Keyword: Hedonic shopping motivation, utilitarian value, impulse buying, shopping lifestyle.

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to examine the influence of Leadership Style, Reward, Work Environment and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance in the Regional Civil Service Agency of Malang. This research uses descriptive type. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained using a questionnaire by taking a population sample of 44 (forty four) respondents. This study uses analytical tools such as Validity, Reliability, Normality, Multiple Regression Tests, Multicollinity Tests, Heteroscedasticity Tests, F Tests, and t Tests and is measured using a Likert scale. Where the results of the analysis depend on the score obtained from respondents. The results of this study are (1) Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) Reward has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (4) Organizational Commitment has no effect on employee performance . The rapid development of technology has significantly impacted various aspects of human life, one of which is TikTok Shop, a social trading platform in Indonesia that has triggered legal issues and disrupted the e-commerce landscape. This research explores the analysis of Permendag No. 31 of 2023 concerning trade regulations in Indonesia. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method that analyzes the regulations issued by the Minister of Trade, alongside several journals that form the basis of the research. The data in this research article identifies the main legal issues contributing to the platform, including legal protection provided to MSMEs, taxation issues, and the regulations of the Minister of Trade. The results of this research indicate that electronic commerce business actors intending to provide services using an electronic system must register and apply for a commercial transaction permit via the electronic system. One of the government's primary objectives in requiring e-commerce players to register with the electronic system is to protect all stakeholders, including economic actors and consumers. The TikTok Shop feature is one of the reasons the Minister of Trade issued this regulation, as it does not yet have official permission to operate as an e-commerce platform. By complying with existing regulations, the business community can take advantage of the opportunities offered by the e-commerce ecosystem and contribute to building a fair and legal digital business environment.

Kegiatan KKN Universitas Pahlawan Tuanku Tambusai memperdayakan masyaraat Desa KKN Sungai Raja, Kecamatan Kampar Kiri, Kabupaten Kampar Mayoritas penduduk Desa Sungai Raja bermata pencaharian sebagai petani 135 orang, wiraswasta 196 orang, PNS lainnya 2 orang, pe orang, petani 156 orang, dan wiraswata 167 orang. Desa Sungai Raja memiliki sarana dan prasarana serta SDM yang sudah mulai memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Desa ini memiliki 1 puskesmas pembantu yang aktif melayani masyarakat. Untuk bidang pendidikan, desa ini memiliki 1 PAUD atau Taman Kanak-kanak (TK), 1 Sekolah Dasar (SD). Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan empati dan kepedulian mahasiswa terhadap permasalahan yang dijumpai di masyarakat. dan Meningkatkan peran mahasiswa dalam percepatan pengembangan pedesaan melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis teknologi tepat guna. This study aims to determine the effect of lactose and soybean milk concentrations as semen extenders for Boer goat semen. The research method employed a Completely Randomized Design (CRD), consisting of four treatments and six replications, namely: 80% lactose + 20% egg yolk as a control (P0), 97% lactose + 3% soybean milk (P1), 95% lactose + 5% soybean milk (P2), and 93% lactose + 7% soybean milk (P3). The semen samples were then stored at 3-5oC, and motility and live spermatozoa percentage were observed daily for four days. The results obtained from the research indicated that the concentration of soybean milk significantly affected (P<0.05) the motility and live spermatozoa percentage of Boer goats after cooling on the third day. The combination of 3% soybean milk with 97% lactose as an extender resulted in improved motility and live spermatozoa percentage in Boer goat semen.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana identitas manusia Indonesia tercermin melalui pemahaman dan penerapan prinsip Pancasila di kalangan pelajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur yang meliputi buku, jurnal, catatan, laporan hasil penelitian yang relevan, serta hasil observasi langsung di SD Negeri 1 Kembang Sari. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif untuk menggambarkan atau mendeskripsikan fenomena yang diamati. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik di SD Negeri 1 Kembang Sari telah menginternalisasi identitas mereka sebagai manusia Indonesia melalui penghayatan prinsip Pancasila yang diajarkan di sekolah. Identitas ini mencakup nilai-nilai kebhinnekaan dan Pancasila yang membentuk karakter pancasilais, terutama melalui pembiasaan optimal dalam penghayatan prinsip-prinsip tersebut. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa pelajar Indonesia di SD Negeri 1 Kembang Sari telah memperlihatkan komitmen untuk menjadi individu yang beriman kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan berakhlak mulia, menghargai keberagaman global, berpartisipasi dalam gotong royong, mandiri, serta menggunakan pemikiran kritis dan kreatif dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

The State of Indonesia is a state of law, every citizen gets protection of both civil and political rights. In addition, as a country that adheres to a presidential system of government, the position of the President is both head of state and head of government. However, there is an update efforts to provide better protection for the dignity of the President in the Criminal Law raises pros and cons, of course it is very interesting to study more deeply, namely regarding the norm of defamation against the president and the limits to the concept of norms of defamation against the president for the protection of dignity as head government. The research method used in this paper is through normative juridical research using primary data sources derived from secondary data. Secondary data from primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials that are directly related to the problems written. The conclusions in the research show that the legal norms and concepts regarding insulting the president in the the 2019 Draft Criminal Law (RUUKUHP) are in an effort to maintain the existence of the president as a person because everyone has legal rights to protect human dignity and worth. Furthermore, the concept of protecting the dignity of the president or vice president in the article does not mean protecting government policies from criticism.

This article aims to explain the compensation concept in Islamic Law by emphasizing consumer law on the development of consumer dispute settlement patterns in Indonesia. In constructing a consumer dispute settlement pattern in demanding compensation to the produces as stipulated in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 8 the Year 1999 concerning Consumer Protection Act, in order to be able to realize the providing Islamic compensation pattern that becomes the basis of the consumer dispute settlement pattern in Indonesia in the future. This research is a juridical normative with a legal approach and conceptual approach as well as a socio-legal approach. The research analysis used the descriptive qualitative analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the importance of the compensation concept in Islamic law is inseparable from observing the development diversification of goods and services products from the existence of free trade dynamics currently that is so advantageous to the consumers, although the tendency to be disadvantaged is also getting bigger. Losses that were experienced by consumers due to the weak position of consumers in various factors compared to produces. While the birth of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection Act as the formality legal of consumer protection law in Indonesia will not rule out the possibility of other regulations in the field of consumer protection, so the alternatives development in providing consumer protection is crucial to be able to provide consumer protection that brings benefits and supports the national economy.
