Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to know the Store Atmosphere impact, and service quality toward consumer purchase interest at Damar coffee Malang. The customer of Damar coffee are the population and sample of this research for about 75 respondents.This study collect the data by giving questionnaire and interview. In addition, the instrument of this study was SPSS Software 16 version. Then the method of analysis of this study uses slovin path analysis. The instrument test of this research was in the shape of validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test. The result showed that partially store atmosphere and service quality have totally significant effect toward consumer purchase interest. Even, simultaneously it indicated that store atmosphere and the service quality also show significant effect toward consumer purchase interest. Keyword : Store Atmosphere, The Service quality and Consumer Purchase Interest

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Firm Size, Growth Opportunity, and Liquidity on Hedging decisions in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2018 . This type of research is a quantitative study and the data used is secondary data in the form of company financial reports. The population of companies used are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that conduct foreign exchange transactions and hedging . The research sample was obtained by using purposive sampling method , from 38 companies, There are 13 companies that match the criteria that have been determined as samples with a research period of three years. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Logistic Regression method because the dependent variable is dichotomous. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the Firm Size variable proxied by LnTA has no and insignificant effect on the hedging decision , the Growth Opportunity variable which is proxied by Growth has an effect and is significant on hedging decision making , and the Liquidity variable proxied by CR has no effect and is not significant hedging decisions . Keywords: Firm Size (LnTA), Growth Opportunity (Growth), Liquidity (CR), Hedging.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted with the aim. 1) To determine and analyze the effect of working capital management on profitability. 2) To determine and analyze the effect of liquidity on profitability. 3) To determine and analyze the effect of solvency on profitability. 4) To determine and analyze the effect of activities on profitability. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The criteria that have been determined in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2019 period, manufacturing companies that have positive working capital management during 2017-2019, manufacturing companies that issue financial reports using rupiah. and audited and reported reports at the end of December. Based on observations of these criteria, 36 companies were obtained. Methods of data analysis using quantitative methods using descriptive statistical testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear analysis testing, t test (partial testing). The results showed that all working capital turnover (WCT) variables had a negative and significant effect on earnings per share (EPS), current ratio (CR). has no significant effect on earnings per share (EPS), the debt to equity ratio (DER) has a positive and significant effect on earnings per share (EPS), and total assets turnover (TAT) has no significant effect on earnings per share (EPS). Keywords: Working Capital Management, Financial Ratios, Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turnover (TAT)

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was purpose to determine the effect of lifestyle, brand image, product quality and store image on purchasing decisions at the Three Second store located at Jl. Soekarno Hatta No.A3, Kav.3, Jatimulyo, Lowokwaru, Malang City, East Java 65141. The method used is explanatory research which aims to explain the position of each variable and its effect between one variable with another variable, and the data source used primary method is by distributing likert scale questionnaires to respondents who have visited or bought Three Second products. The sample calculation in this study uses the Slovin formula which produces 87 respondents. The results of this research variable lifestyle, brand image, product quality and store image partially have a significant on purchasing decisions and simultane variables together have a significant effect on purchasing decisionsKeywords: Lifestyle, Brand Image, Quality Product, Store Image and Purchasing Decision.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at the Human Resources Development and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) of Malang City. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of the work environment, work discipline and supervision on the performance of employees of the Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) Malang.The variables used are the work environment, work discipline and supervision as independent variables, while the employee performance variable is the dependent variable.The sampl used in this study was 44 employees, using quantitative methods. Data collection methods by collecting primary and secondary data. The anlysus used includes instrument testing, classic assumption tests, normality tests, multiple linear regession, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test using multiple regression analysis using SPSS 26 for Windows software.The results showed that the variables of work environment, work discipline and supervision had a simultaneous or partial effect on employee performance.Keywords: Work environment, work discipline, supervision, performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study was conducted to determine the effect of Intellectual Quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ) and Spiritual Quotient (SQ) on the Performance of Employees in the Office of the City of Malang City of East Java. Which is located at Jl. Bingkil NO.1 Ciptomulyo, Sukun District, Malang City. The method used is explanatory research is a research method that aims to explain the position of the variables studied as well as the influence between one variable with another variable, and the source of the data used is primary data that is by distributing linkie cyclists to the employees of the Malang City Hygiene Office. The sample calculation in this study uses the Slovin formula which produces 84 respondents. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to analyze how the influence of segmenting, targeting and positioning strategies on purchasing decisions in the Ayam goreng Nelongso in Malang city simultaneously and partially. This research is a quantitative study using Explanatory Research techniques with a sample of 90 respondents and use non probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The data source used in this study uses primary data sources with the method of data collection using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis and using SPSS Software for windows to analyze hypothesis testing. The conclusions of this study are (1) Segmenting, Targeting, and Positioning simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. (2) Segmenting, partially, does not significantly influence Purchasing Decisions. (3) Targeting and Positioning partially have significant influence on Purchasing Decisions. Keywords: Segmenting, Targeting, positioning, Purchasing decisions.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the Determination of Factors of Capital Structure and Its Impact on Corporate Value Case study in food and beverage companies. The independent variables in this study are profitability, company size, company growth and capital structure, while the dependent variable in this study is firm value. This type of research is empirical research with the data used are secondary data obtained by searching for and collecting annual report data obtained from the website. The population in this study are food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2017-2019 with a total of 26 companies. The sample selection technique was obtained by a sample of 14 companies. To solve the problem in this study using normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test. The results of data analysis show that: There is a positive influence on profitability, firm size, and capital structure variables on firm value, while company growth has a negative effect on firm value in food and beverage companies. Keywords: Profitability, Company Size, Company Growth, Capital Structure Against Company Value

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis current study aimed to empirically examine the effect of Cash Turnover, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Operating Cost Operating Income (OCOI) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on the Profitability of Islamic Financial Institutions which is listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2019. The sample of this study was obtained by using a purposive sampling method. Based on the criteria, 48 samples were gained to be the research subjects. The data analysis and technique used in this study was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the study revealed that the variable of Cash Turnover has a negative significant effect on Profitability, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has no effect on Profitability, Operating Cost Operating Income (OCOI) has a negative significant effect on Profitability, and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) has a positive significant effect on Profitability. Keywords: Profitability, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Operating Cost Operating Income (OCOI), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Profitability.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted to determine the effect of work motivation, organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development in Malang. The method used is quantitative. The sample used in this study was 44 employees, the method of data collection using primary and secondary data. using saturated sampling, so get 44 respondents who aim to explain the position of each variable and its influence between one variable with another variable, and the source of the data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees of the BKPSDM Agency in Malang. The results of this study are the variables of work motivation, organizational culture, and organizational commitment simultaneously and partially influence employee performance. Keywords: Work motivation, organizational culture, organizational commitment, performance
