Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at Zam Zam Hotel & Convention Kota Batu. In this research, the type of research used is quantitative research where the data is expressed in numbers and analyzed by statistical techniques. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, organizational commitment, and performance appraisals on turnover intention. The independent variables used are organizational culture, organizational commitment, and performance appraisal, while the dependent variable is turnover intention. The sample used in this study were 44 respondents who were employees at Zam Zam Hotel & Convention Kota Batu. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the instrument test, morality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, test of determination, test f and t test using the help of computer software SPSS 25 data processing. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture, organizational commitment, and performance appraisals simultaneously affect turnover intention. In addition, each independent variable, organizational culture, organizational commitment, and performance appraisal partially also has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, Performance Appraisal, Turnover Intention.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability Ratio, Leverage Ratio, and Firm Size on Stock Return. The population in this study are Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample selection in this study using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used was 12 companies. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis techniques.The results of this study indicate that (1) Profitability Ratio, Leverage Ratio and Firm Size simultaneously have an effect on Stock Return (2) Profitability Ratio partially has a positive and significant effect on Stock Return (3) Partially Leverage Ratio has a positive and significant effect on Stock Return (4) Partially Firm Size has a positive and insignificant effect on Stock Returns Keyword: Profitability, Leverage, Firm Size, Stock Returns

Abstract

AbstractThe stock price is a very important factor and must be considered by investors in investing because the stock price shows the value and achievements of a company. This study has the objectives: 1) Return On Equity and Current Ratio Simultaneously to Stock Prices, 2) Return On Equity and Current Ratio Partially Against Stock Prices. This research method is quantitative. This population is food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 study period. The method of determining the sample by using purposive sampling method with several predetermined criteria, the sample size is 17 companies. The research data is secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) and Financial Reports (Annual Report) for the 2017-2019 period. Answering research problems and testing research hypotheses used panel data analysis techniques, with SPSS version 25 application tools.The results of this study indicate that the simultaneous calculation of the hypothesis between the ROE and CR variables has a significant effect on stock prices with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. While the partial calculation of the hypothesis, namely ROE, there is a significant effect on stock prices, indicated by a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, and CR has no significant effect on stock prices with a significant level of 0.665> 0.05. Keywords: Return On Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR), and Stock Price.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at UMKM in Malang City. This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy and financial management on financial performance of UMKM in Malang. The variables used are financial literacy and financial management as independent variables, while financial performance is the dependent variable. This type of research is explanatory research. The research method used in this research is a questionnaire. The tool used for data analysis in this study was to use a software application in the form of SPSS. The analysis used includes instrument testing, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results showed that financial literacy and financial management had a significant effect on the financial performance of UMKM in Malang. The results of the study using the F test indicate that financial literacy and financial management simultaneously affect the financial performance of UMKM in Malang.Keywords: Financial Literacy, Financial Management and Financial Performance.

Abstract

Abstract The aims of this study is to determine the profit rate comparison against financial performance at PT Bank Mandiri, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, and PT Bank Tabungan Negara in the 2019 period. The sample used in this study are the financial reports of 2019 period from PT Bank Mandiri, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, and PT Bank Tabungan Negara. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, to explain the level of financial performance using the Comparison of Financial Ratios and Discriminant Test analysis tools. The results of the research in the discriminant analysis, obtained a significance value above 0.05 so that the results of the study showed that there were differences in the data studied between these three banks. The difference in the level of profit and financial performance between the three banks was obtained by the best ranking by Bank BRI with good criteria, followed by Bank Mandiri with good criteria, then Bank BTN with poor criteria. Keywords: Profit Rate Comparison, Financial Performance, Financial Reports

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product quality on loyalty through customer satisfaction hp iphone. This research is an explanatory research type, with a quantitative approach. The research method used is path analysis. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, the sample determined to be sampled obtained by 48 respondents as a sample. The results of this study show that partially all variables have significant and positive influences. While the results of intervening tests showed that customer satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between product quality to customer loyalty hp iphone. Keywords: product quality, customer loyalty and customer satisfaction

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of research is to analyze the effect of store atmosphere, product diversity, and service quality on consumer buying interest at Halalan Mart Sukorejo. The population in this study are consumers of Halalan Mart. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of 90 respondents to Halalan Mart consumers. The method used in processing data using a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis tools through the IBM SPSS 25 application program (statistical product and service solutions). From data management, it is found that store atmosphere and product diversity have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase interest, while service quality does not, and simultaneously the three independent variables have a significant effect on consumer purchase interest. Keywords: Analysis Store Atmosphere, Product Diversity, Service Quality, Purchase Interest

Abstract

AbstractThe purposive of this study was to determine and analyze the decision to stay in the Covid-19 pandemic at the Riche Heritage Hotel in Malang City. The variable that can be affected are online marketing and price. This type of research is explanatory research, which means that it explains the causal relationship between the independent variable and dependent variable. The method used is descriptive analyze, which uses quantitative methods to manage dats obtained using questionnaire technology. According to data from Riche Heritage Hotel, 1500 consumers were acquired at that time. In addition, purposeful sampling is performed and the slovin formula is used, a technique used to determine the number of samples up to 93 samples. Based on the above data management, the results show that online marketing and price at the same time have a significant positive impact on the decision to stay in the Covid-19 pandemic, Online marketing has a partial positive influence on the decision to stay in the Covid-19 pandemic, and some prices have an important positive influence on the decision to stay in the Covid-19 pandemic.Keywords: Overnight Decision-Making, Online Marketing and Price

Abstract

Abstract The purpose and function of this research is to find out how the purchasing decisions of a consumer at the Prabujaya Shop Malang by using product quality, price, location and promotion as predictor variables. This type of research is included in the explanatory research with a quantitative approach using the SPSS statistical program. Then the data used are primary data. Based on the data on the number of visitors at the shop, there were 2100 visitors. Then, using non-probability sampling techniques and incidental sampling, the researcher finally got a sample of 100. And from the results of data processing, it was concluded that product quality, price, location and promotion simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, individually, only the variables of product quality and price have an effect. For location and no promotions. Keyword: Product Quality, Price, Location, Promotion, Buying Decision

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of price, product quality and location on the purchase interest of the millennial generation in the Dinoyo traditional market. This research is an explanatory research type, with a quantitative approach. The research method used is multiple regression analysis. The sample used in this study used the Maholtra formula with purposive sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample based on certain considerations which are considered suitable with the characteristics of the specified sample to be sampled and obtained 80 respondents.The results of this study indicate that partially there is a significant influence between price on purchase intention, product quality has a significant effect on purchase intention, and location has a significant effect on the purchase interest of millennial generation in the Dinoyo traditional market. Meanwhile, the simultaneous test results show that price, product quality and location have an effect on the buying interest of the millennial generation in the Dinoyo Malang traditional market. Keywords: Price, Product Quality, and Location and Purchase Interest.
