Abstract

Abstract Indonesia is predicted to have the 4th largest GDP in the world by 2050. One of the major contributors to GDP is investment. Based on KSEI data (2020) the number of investors in Indonesia is still 3.27 million investors or 1.73% of the total productive age population. This proves that Indonesia still needs encouragement to become the country with the 4th largest GDP in the world. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence between financial literacy, investment community and capital market schools on the ease of investing. The method used is quantitative with a survey approach. The results show that there is an influence between financial literacy, the investment community and the capital market on the ease of investing, which means that if there is an increase in financial literacy, the investment community and capital market schools, there will also be an increase in the ease of investing. Keywords: Financial Literacy, Comunity Investment, Capital Market School, Easy To Invest

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the market reaction and company performance to the employee stock option program. This research is quantitative research with secondary data collection techniques. In this study numbered 12 companies in a five-year period. Sampling techniques used are purposive sampling method. Secondary data processing using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously market reaction and company performance have a positive and significant effect. Partially, the market reaction has a positive and significant effect on the employee stock option program, while the company's performance has no effect on the employee stock option program. Keyword: Market Reaction, Company Performance, Employee Stock Option Program.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of work motivation, organizational culture, and quality of work life on employee performance (study at the Department of Housing and Settlement Areas (DISPERKIM) Bondowoso Regency). the population in this study were employees who were registered as civil servants at the Bondowoso Regency Housing and Settlement Area (DISPERKIM). The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. based on the results of the study showed that motivation, organizational culture, and quality of work life simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Housing and Settlement Areas (DISPERKIM) Kab. Bondowoso. Work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Housing and Settlement Areas (DISPERKIM) Kab. Bondowoso. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Housing and Settlement Areas (DISPERKIM) Kab. Bondowoso. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of reward, punishment, and job satisfaction on the performance of nurses at RSUD dr. Soedarsono, Pasuruan, East Java. The samples used in this study were 90 nurses in the non-covid internal room, children's room, operating room, and pavilion room. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (F) and partial hypothesis testing (t). The results showed that simultaneously the variables of reward, punishment and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at RSUD dr. Soedarsono Pasuruan and based on the results of the partial test (t test) the reward variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at RSUD dr. Soedarsono Pasuruan, punishment variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at RSUD dr. Soedarsono Pasuruan and job satisfaction variables have a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at RSUD Dr. Soedarsono Pasuruan.Keywords: Reward, Punishment, Job Satisfaction and Nurse Performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of price, service quality and online marketing on purchasing decisions. While the independent variables used in this study are price, service quality and online marketing and the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. The sample used in this study was a simple random sampling technique consisting of 86 respondents. Then the research data was processed using instrument tests, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing, namely f-test and t-test.The results of this study indicate that price, service quality and online marketing have an effect on purchasing decisions at Gealsy Malang shoe stores. Keywords: Price, service quality, online marketing, and purchasing decisions

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this to analyze and explain the influence of motivation, intellectual quotient, emotional quotient, and spiritual quotient on the performance of teachers at SDN Kandangsapi 2 Pasuruan City. The dependent variable in this study is teacher performance. And there are 4 independent variables used, namely motivation, intellectual quotient, emotional quotient, and spiritual quotient. The population in this study were teachers of SDN Kandangsapi 2, Pasuruan City. The sample in this study was taken using census research techniques. The data collection method used is the method of distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the study stated that simultaneously the variables of motivation, intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence had a significant effect on teacher performance. Partially the variables of motivation and intellectual intelligence have no significant effect on teacher performance, the emotional intelligence variable has a negative and insignificant effect on teacher performance, while spiritual intelligence has a significant effect on teacher performance. Keywords: Motivation, Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence and Teacher Performance.

Abstract

AbstractFrom this study, the following results were obtained: From this study it was concluded that both Education and Age had an effect on labor productivity in the Nongkojajar apple plantation. Education has an effect on labor productivity in the Nongkojajar apple plantation. Age has no effect on labor productivity in the Nongkojajar apple plantation. The level of education and age simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on labor productivity. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and communication on employee performance. The purpose of this research is the employees of UD Sumber Rejaki Konang Bangkalan. The sampling method used is a saturated sampling technique. it can be concluded that leadership has no significant effect on employee performance, which partly comes from changes in motivation that affect employee performance. While the part that comes from the communication variable has an effect on employee performance. Consistent with the results of the research being tested, it proves that changes in Leadership, Motivation and Communication that are consistent with the results of tests carried out together have an impact on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Leadership, Motivation, Communication and Employee Engagement

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to analyze the impact brand image, brand equity, promotion and price on purchasing decisions on honda vario . motorcycles. The samples used in this study refer to Ferdinand's Snowball sampling technique  that is, the researcher chose the Snowball sample to ensure that the respondents' criteria were in accordance with the specified and the sample consisted of 100 respondents. The results of this study simultaneously show that there is a significant influence between the variables of Brand Image, Brand Equity, Promotion and Price on Decision Making on the purchase of Honda Vario motorcycles. While the partial test results have a positive and significant effect between the Brand Image variables on purchasing decisions for Honda Vario motorcycles and Price on the decision to purchase a Honda Vario motorcycle while for the Brand Equity and promotion variable it partially has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions for Honda Vario motorcycles.Keywords: Brand image, Brand equity, Promotion, Price, Purchasing decisions
