Abstract

Abstract This study aim stoanalyze service quality and price on the interest of returning tourists. The population of this research is visit or swho are visiting and visitors who have visited the Srikandi Polesincere ayu swimming pool in the sub-distric to foverlappingwith a total sample of 65 respondents. This research his a type of quantitative research that uses primary data and uses a questionnaire data analysis method. The questionnaire was distributed to respondents who had certain criteria to provide answers regarding the statements given by the researcher. The criteria for the sample of this research are visitors who are a tleast 5 year sold and over and visitors who have visitedor are currently visiting the Seikandi PoleTulusayu Swimming Pool, Tumpang District. To measure respondents' answers to the questionnaire using a Likert scale. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis method and the results study indicate that the quality o fservice has a positive but not significant effect and the price has a positive and significanteffect on the interest of returning to uriststo visitors to the Srikandi Pole Tulusayu Swimming Pool, Tumpang District. Keywords: qualityofservice, priceandinterest in returningtourists.

Abstract

AbstractA goal of this research is 1)  Knowing the impact of relationship marketing on customer loyalty PT. Gadai Terang Abadi Mulia Unit Bangkalan. 2) Knowing the impact of customer value on customer loyalty PT. Gadai Terang Abadi Mulia Unit Bangkalan. 3) Knowing the impact of service quality on customer loyalty PT. Gadai Terang Abadi Mulia Unit Bangkalan. The study describes the kind of research explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The source of data used in this study is primary and secondary data. Sampling techniques and populations using non sampling techniques. The analysis used in this research is the instrument test, classic assumption, regresi linier berganda, Uji t, and coefficient determination (R2). The result of the study show 1) Relationship marketing has an impact on customer loyalty PT. Gadai Terang Abadi Mulia Unit Bangkalan. 2) Customer loyalty has an impact on customer loyalty PT. Abstract

AbstractThis study was conducted to test whether the variables of Liquidity, Solvency, Activity on Profitability with Firm Size as Moderating Variables in Food and Beverage Subsector Companies Listed on the IDX for the 2017-2020 period. The population in this study amounted to 32 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and obtained as many as 12 companies as research samples. The research method used in this study is the normality test and the MRA test. The results showed that liquidity had a significant effect on profitability and solvency and activity had no significant effect on profitability. Firm size is not able to moderate the effect of Liquidity and Activity and is able to moderate the effect of Solvency. Keywords: Liquidity, Solvability, Activity, Profitability, Firm Size

Abstract

AbstractIndonesia has many natural resources in abundance. Indonesian people are required to take advantage of existing natural products, by making food or other products and can be a source of community income. With the revolution era that is constantly rolling, all aspects of human needs are assisted by sophisticated technology so that it is easier to sell a product. MSME are examples of businesses that utilize natural products. Armed with quality service and good quality, so that it can create purchasing decisions. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of Service Quality and Product Quality on Village MSME Product Purchase Decisions. The case study in this research is MSME UD. Tiga Saudara consumers. The sample in the study used purposive sampling technique and a sample of 100 respondents could be obtained. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Multiple linear regression analysis is an analytical technique used in this study. This research shows that there is a simultaneous influence between service quality and product quality which has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. And also partially service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while product quality has no significant effect on purchasing decisions.Keywords: Purchase Decisions, Service Quality, Produk Quality

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Literacy, Trust and Image on Behavior Intention to use Fintech in Management Study Program Students Class of 2018 Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. Methods of analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were Active Students of Management Study Program Class of 2018 Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, which was obtained as many as 518 students. In this study, the sample selection used the Slovin formula with purposive sampling technique, in order to obtain 84 students who met the criteria. The results of this study indicate that (1) Financial Literacy has no significant effect on Behavior Intention to use Fintech, (2) Trust has a significant and positive effect on Behavior Intention to use Fintech, (3) Image has a significant and positive effect on Behavior Intention to use Fintech. . Keywords : Financial Literacy, Trust, Image, Behavior intention to use Fintech.

Abstract

Abstract The current high inflation rate and low yields on banking products make people have to be smart in managing their finances so that the value of money does not shrink when spent. Investment instruments in stocks that already exist in the Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulations are an alternative choice for managing finances. This study is a quantitative study using secondary data in the form of technical analysis and bandarmological analysis obtained from the stock trading facility of one of the securities companies in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the stocks studied are JII (Jakarta Islamic Index) stocks for the 2018-2020 periode. Based on the research made, conducting technical analysis, fundamental analysis and bandarmology analysis simultaneously can provide higher  profits for stock investors than if doing technical analysis, fundamental analysis and partial bandarmological analysis.  Keywords: Technical Analysis, Fundamentals, Bandarmology, Investor  profit

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine how the effect of capital structure and company growth on firm value with profitability as an intervening variable case study on property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 to 2020. The population in this study are all property and real estate companies. registered. on the IDX for the period 2018 to 2020 with a total of 63 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method obtained a sample of data from as many 43 companies. This research data collection uses the method of documentation in the annual report on the IDX. The data analysis technique in this study used path analysis with SPSS 26 software. The results showed that partially the capital structure had a negative significant effect on profitability. The company's growth has a positive significant effect on profitability. Capital structure has positive not significant effect on firm value. Company growth has positive not significant effect on firm value. Profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value. Mediation in this study is completely mediation. Profitability is able to mediate the capital structure of the firm value. Profitability is able to mediate the growth of the company to the value of the company. Keywords: Firm Value, Profitability, Capital Structure, Company's Growth

Abstract

Abstrack This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, communication, and work discipline on employee performance at the PR Factory DD Tajinan Malang. The population in the study who were recorded as permanent employees was predominantly male with an average high school education. The analytical technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The influence of organizational culture, communication, and work discipline simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the PR factory DD Tajinan Malang. Organizational culture has a partial effect on the performance of employees of PR DD Tajinan Malang factory. Communication has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PR DD Tajinan Malang factory. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of product diversity, price, promotion, location and service on purchasing decisions for consumers of Supermarket Minimarket 89 Probolinggo City. The sample in this study amounted to 120 respondents who were consumers of 89 supermarkets in Probolinggo City. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data used in the study used primary and secondary data. The method used is data analysis by using validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis test, f test, t test and coefficient of determination with the IBM statistical SPSS version 25 program. With research results showing that simultaneously each product diversity, price, location promotion, and service equally affect purchasing decisions, while partially variable product diversity, price, promotion, and location have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Supermarket Minimarket 89 Probolinggo City Keywords: Product Diversity, Price, Promotion, Location, Location, Purchase Decision Keywords : Purchase Decision, Product Diversity, Price, Promotion, Location and Service
