Abstract

Abstract The aims of this study are: 1) To find out how the effect of the use of village funds for improving the welfare of the Pandansari village community in Lumajang Regency, 2) To find out how the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget effect on improving the welfare of the Pandansari village community in Lumajang Regency. By using a non-probability sampling technique, the results of the study indicate that the utilization of the Village Fund and Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget has a significant positive effect on Community Welfare. This study also indicates that the use of Village Funds and Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget can improve Community Welfare. Keywords: Village Fund, Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Brand Ambassador, Brand Image, Scarlett Whitening Price on purchasing decisions of Scarlett Whitening Brand products. The location of this research was carried out on teenagers in Sumenep City who became consumers of Scarlett Whitening products. This research is a quantitative research. This study used a case study method where data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to adolescents in Sumenep City who were selected by purposive sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Ferdinand formula and the results obtained were 80 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression test. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of the F test indicate that Brand Ambassador, Brand Image, Price have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening. Furthermore, the results of the t test show that Brand Ambassador, Brand Image, Price partially have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions for Scarlett whitening. Keywords: Purchase Decision, Brand Ambassador, Brand Image, Price

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of social support, self-esteem, self-efficacy and This study aims to determine the effect of social support, self-esteem, self-efficacy and student burnout on students at the Islamic University of Malang. The location of this research was conducted on students of the Islamic University of Malang. This research is a quantitative research. This research uses a case study method where data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to students of the Islamic University of Malang who were selected by purposive sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 99 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and determination test. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of the t-test indicate that social support partially has a negative but significant effect on student burnout at the Islamic University of Malang. The results of the t test show that self-esteem, self-efficacy partially have a significant positive effect on student burnout at the Islamic University of Malang students. The results of the determination test showed that the percentage was 33.8%, in which student burnout was able to be influenced by social support, self-esteem, and self-efficacy. Keywords: Student Burnout, Social Support, Self-esteem, Self-efficacy

Abstract The purpose of this study is to find out the description of communication, work environment, human resource development, motivation and work spirit. Abstract

AbstractThe goal of this study is to pinpoint and examine factors that simultaneously and partially influence consumers' intent to make purchases at Tiket.com, including brand ambassadors, online reviews posted to YouTube, online shopping experiences, perceived convenience, and risk perceptions. The independent variables in this measurement are Brand ambassador, YouTube Online Review, Online Shopping Experience, Perception of Ease, and Perception of Risk, while the dependent variable is buying interest. Quantitative research using a descriptive methodology is the sort of research used in this study. From the outset to the creation of the study design, the quantitative research method's specifications are systematic, well-planned, and clearly defined. The SPSS program's multiple linear regression analysis tool was used to manage the data. The data used includes both primary and secondary data that were gathered through surveys, interviews, and both direct and indirect observations. Since the sample size for this study is unclear, the maholtra calculation with data  24 indicators multiplied by 5 results in 120. The analysis of the data revealed that the variables of brand ambassador, youtube online review, online shopping experience, perceived convenience, and perceived danger simultaneously and partially influence the purchasing intentions of Tiket.com users in Malang City. Keywords: Purchase Intention. Abstract

Abstract The studied aiming to be determining serviced qualitied, producted qualitied and promotional mixing on purchased decisioning for Jasa Pengiriman DPA Express Sumenep products, Malang College. Goods quality can attract customer's special interest. In order to face the competition, a company implements a marketing strategy for the goods produced. In a position to try to increase competition for similar goods and the behavior of customers who prefer new variants of goods issued by competitor issuers for satisfaction, more benefits & curiosity (Purwita, 2019). The company must also show that product quality must be in Barangsi because as well as growing the reputation quality of the issuer, it will increase so that the issuer gets a good reputation in the eyes of customers. On the other hand, customers will always remember by definition the quality of the goods is good, even customers will decide to buy the same goods again. In deciding a transaction, one of the factors that will be reviewed by the customer is price. Award Determination Strategy is a fundamental function that must be carried out by a company in responding to the market. Awards are also by definition one of the points taken into consideration by customers in determining transaction policies on goods (Kotler, 2005:18). Where the award is the amount of money that the customer must give fish in order to obtain or use an item or service. In addition, awards will be an important consideration for customers in deciding their transactions, customers will compare the goods awards of their choice, then whether such awards are appropriate or not with the value of the goods and the amount of money that must be spent, so of course, customers choose other customer awards (awards). Keywords: Purchase Decision, Service Quality, Product Quality, Promotional mix

Abstract

Abstract  This study examines the effect of price, service quality and cafe atmosphere on consumer satisfaction at the Floating Cafe Rowo Klampok in Senggreng Village, Krajan Hamlet, Sumber Pucung District, Malang Regency. The type of research used is explanatory research. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents who were consumers of the Floating Cafe Rowo Klampok. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at Mini Market Al-Khaibar Jl. Solar system. The type of research used is a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, promotion and service quality, on consumer satisfaction with the Al-Khaibar Mini Market. The independent variables used are price, promotion and service quality, while the dependent variable is customer satisfaction. The sample used in this study was 91 respondents who were students of the Islamic University of Malang class 2018. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analytical method used is instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, f test, t test and determination test using SPSS computer software for data processing. The results of this study indicate that price affects consumer satisfaction, promotion affects consumer satisfaction and service quality affects consumer satisfaction and simultaneously price, promotion and service quality affect consumer satisfaction. Keywords: Price, Promotion and Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the difference in stock prices before and after the stock split, empirical studies on companies that carry out stock splits in 2016-2020.This research is a type of event study research, using a quantitative approach or positivism. The analytical method used is descriptive statistics in the form of mean and standard deviation. The sample used in this study amounted to 27 companies.The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference between stock prices before and after the stock split. Thus it can be concluded that the stock split has an effect on the company's stock price. Keywords : Before, After Stock Split and Stock Price

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of understanding investment, minimum capital and service quality of investment galleries on student interest in investing in the capital market. The type of research used is quantitative research, with the method of data collection with the method of distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study were 91 respondents and data processing using the SPSS data processing program. This research has met the validity and reliability tests. The data analysis used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination. The variables used in this study are understanding of investment, minimum capital and service quality of investment galleries, which are independent variables, while the dependent variable in this study is student interest in investing in the capital market. Keywords: Investment Understanding, Minimum Capital, Investment Gallery Service Quality.
