Abstract

AbstractFinancial management is very important in terms of business, budget or other management such as Village Fund Budget (ADD). The village has the right to regulate its territory which includes public policy, village fund finance, implementation of development and development. The Village Fund Budget (ADD) itself is a fund derived from the District or City BUDGET obtained from central and regional finance allocated from the government then transferred to the region and intended for the area itself. The author will make observations to collect general data as research material whether financial management in Kasembon Subdistrict has been running and carried out in accordance with theory, and evaluate the performance of staff members in Kasembon Subdistrict. This study the author using a qualitative method. Village funds either in terms of management or in terms of taking policies need to be done. Community involvement in the village fund always prioritizes deliberation and mufakad both fellow communities themselves and to community leaders of Kasembon Subdistrict. Another impact of the village fund on the people of Kasembon Subdistrict, namely the development of infrastructure and non-infrastructure, the village is more advanced with development and it is expected that the village can grow independently. Factors that affect the effectiveness of village fund management is human resources, data collected by author during research process identified that there is a form of realization in the form of physical development that can be enjoyed by the community, especially Kasembon Subdistrict since the village fund. The effectiveness of management is also felt by the community, because the development carried out is a community need to support the empowerment of human resources in the future, especially in Kasembon District. Furthermore, this deliberation activity resulted in a village fund management plan related to the financial management of the village itself as well as the development plan to be carried out. The next step then the village device makes RKP Desa, then continued by making the village fund. Village funds with covering the receipt and expenditure of funds. The Kasembon District Government disbursed funds, then after that it was spent in accordance with what was estimated in the Village Fund and carried out programs that had been jointly prepared at village deliberations. Keywords : Implementation, Village Fund, Allocating, Development

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style, Communication, and Management Performance on Organizational Loyalty in the Student Association of Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The variables used in this research are Loyalty variable (dependent variable), while the independent variables are Leadership Style, Communication, and Management Performance. The results of this study conclude that the variables of leadership style, communication, and management performance have a simultaneous effect on organizational loyalty of the Student Association Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang.Keywords: Loyalty, Leadership Style, Communication, and Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze: the effect of management support and adaptability on the work resilience of teachers and employees during the covid-19 pandemic, the direct influence of management support on the work resilience of teachers and employees during the covid-19 pandemic, its direct influence on the work resilience of teachers and employees during the covid-19 pandemic. direct adaptability to the work resilience of teachers and employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. The sample in this study used the entire population, namely teachers and employees yayasan insan mulia malang Foundation which amounted to 51 people. The results of this study indicate:  management support and adaptability have a simultaneous effect on work resilience, management support has no partial effect on work resilience, adaptability has a partial effect on work resilience. Keywords: Management Support, Adaptability and Work Resilience

Abstract

AbstractAlong with the development of today's industry, the level of competition is getting tighter and tighter, where in Malang City there are many manufacturers who sell various kinds of brands both from within the country and abroad related to outdoor activities and now consumers are very concerned about product quality in making purchases. . This study aims to determine the effect of price, brand image, and product quality on buying interest. The case study in this research is consumers of Eiger products in Malang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study were all consumers of Eiger products in Malang and the sampling technique used in this study was using probability sampling technique using simple random sampling and obtained a sample of 100 respondents. The results of this study are price, brand image, and product quality simultaneously affect buying interest. Price has no effect on buying interest. Brand image has an effect on buying interest. and product quality affect buying interest. Keywords: Price, Brand Image, Product Quality, Purchase Interest.

Abstract

Abstract This study examines the effect of ease of use and perceived benefits of the JD.id application on student purchasing decisions. There are several new trends that emerged when the internet and technology began to enter Indonesia, including shopping trends that are now starting to change, namely online shopping, one of which is using JD.Id. Some inconvenience issues with JD.id. when accessing the application, there are still many who say that using the JD.id application is still difficult, such as access failure, unable to check out etc. In addition, the Customer Service service is not responsive enough, the wrong item is sent, to the unilateral cancellation of transactions by the system. This causes lower decision making. This study uses an explanatory with a quantitative approach. Determination of the number of samples using the formula from Malhotra as many as 72 respondents using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the ease of use and perceived benefits of the JD.id application simultaneously influenced student purchasing decisions and partially ease of use had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and brand image on the decision to purchase Narmada bottled drinking water with the IBM SPSS version 21 program. The sample in this study amounted to 60 respondents who lived and had bought Narmada bottled drinking water products in the Unter Iwes sub-district. The data used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using simultaneous and partial hypothesis testing with the results that simultaneously product quality, price, and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, product quality and brand image have no positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, while price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Brand Image, Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the role of communication, work environment and compensation on employee performance with morale as an intervening variable. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Eka Prima Mandiri Sentosa-Surabaya Branch. The sample in this study was 58 respondents. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data used in this study using validity, reliability, normality, path analysis, t test and Sobel test.The results showed that communication did not play a direct role in morale. While the work environment and compensation play a direct role in morale. Communication does not play a direct role in employee performance. Meanwhile, the work environment and compensation have a direct role in employee performance. Morale plays a direct role in employee performance. Communication plays a direct role in employee performance with morale as an intervening variable. Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of training and work discipline on employee performance at the city hall amongtani Batu. The population used in this study are all employees who work at the Among Tani city hall Batu in the human resources departement. The sampling technique used saturated sample technique method obtained a sample of 19 respondents. The data collection method in this study used the questionnaire method.Through this research, it can be concluded effect of training and work discipline has a simultaneoud and significant effect on employee performance , effect of training indirectly has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at the city hall Among Tani Batu. keywords : training, work discipline, employee performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Brand Image and E-Service Quality on consumer purchasing decisions through the Tokopedia marketplace. The population in this study were 2018 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, who had made purchases on the Tokopedia marketplace. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire with a sample of 75 respondents. The independent variable in this study is Brand Image with E-Service Quality and the dependent variable is Purchase Decision. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and processed using SPSS 14. The results of this study simultaneously show that Brand Image and E-Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, Brand Image and E-Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions. Keywords: Brand Image, E-Service Quality, Keputusan Pembelian
