Abstract

AbstractThis study was conducted with the following objectives: Determining and analyzing the impact of product quality on Samsung smartphone purchase decisions. Determine and analyze the impact of price on Samsung smartphone purchasing decisions. Determine and analyze the impact of brand image on the decision to purchase a Samsung smartphone. The data used is primary data, which is obtained from questionnaires filled out directly by the respondents. The population that is the object of this research is students who are at the Ainul Yaqin Islamic Boarding School, Malang Islamic University. The sampling technique used in this study used purposive sampling with a total of 90 respondents. Testing the data in this study used the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. The results of the data analysis in this study describe the variables of product quality, price, and brand image simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Samsung smartphones. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Brand Image, And Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress, leadership style, motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire with a total sample of 64 nurses. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, based on the results of this study that work stress does not affect employee performance, leadership style affects employee performance, motivation does not affect employee performance and organizational culture affects employee performance.. Keywords : Work Stress, Leadership Style, Motivation, Organizational Culture,                    And  Employee Performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find out and analyze whether online promotion and price perception affect purchasing decisions at Rubylicious for 2018-2020 FEB Management Study Program students, Islamic University of Malang. This type of research is explanatory research or explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The theory used is Malhotra theory with the number of samples in this study there are 21 question items. So the number of samples taken in this study were 105 samples (21 question items x 5) which were Rubylicious online shop consumers. Sampling technique used in this research is by using purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the independent variables Online Promotion and Price Perception have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Purchase Decision. Partially, it can be seen from the t-test results which show that the Online Promotion variable has a significance level of 0.005 <0.05. While the price perception variable has a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Based on these calculations, it can be concluded that partially Online Promotion and Price Perception have a significant influence on Purchase Decisions. Meanwhile, descriptive analysis shows that by doing online promotions well, it will increase someone's interest in making purchasing decisions and also create price perceptions that are in accordance with the products offered. Keywords: Online Promotion, Price Perception, and Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of price and promotion on the purchasing decision of Ms Glow in Arjowilangun Kalipare, Malang, East Java, simultaneously or partially. The population in this study were all consumers of Ms Glow in Arjowilangun Kalipare, Malang, East Java. Samples were taken using the Slovin formula, in order to obtain 85 respondents who met the requirements as samples. The type of data used is primary data. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The technique used to analyze multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a simultaneous influence between price and promotion variables on purchasing decisions of Ms Glow consumers in Arjowilangun Kalipare Malang, East Java (2) Price variables affect purchasing decisions on consumers of Ms Glow in Arjowilangun Kalipare Malang, East Java ( 3) Promotional variables affect purchasing decisions on consumers of Ms Glow in Arjowilangun Kalipare, Malang, East Java. Keywords: Price, Promotion, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Service Quality, Price on Repurchase Intention through Customer Satisfaction at the Honda AHASS Sukma Motor II Workshop Malang (Study on customers of Malang Islamic University students). This type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. The data collection method in this study was carried out by distributing online questionnaires with a Likert scale given to respondents who had made repeat purchases at the Honda AHASS Sukma Motor II workshop. The sample used in this study were 75 respondents. Research data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Software. The results of this study found that service quality and price directly affect repurchase intention. Service quality and price have a direct effect on customer satisfaction. Repurchase intention has a direct effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality and price have a direct effect on customer satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. Keywords: service quality, price, repurchase intention, customer satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work safety, training, and teamwork on the performance of Bela Jaya PS employees. This survey method uses a survey survey method, a survey quantitative approach that takes samples from the population and uses a survey as a primary data collection tool. The sample consisted of 37 individuals who were selected using a targeted sampling technique. As a result, occupational health and safety has a positive effect, and training has a positive effect. Team work has a positive effect. Therefore, occupational health and safety, training and teamwork can also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: health and safety, training and teamwork

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe work discipline, competence, job training, work productivity and analyze the effect of work discipline, competence, job training on the work productivity of permanent teachers at SMP Plus Corodova Banyuwangi. This study used a saturated sample, namely the permanent teachers of SMP Plus Cordova Banyuwangi, amounting to 36 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a likert scale. The work discipline variable is measured by using six indicators, competency four indicators, job training five indicators, and work productivity five indicators. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously work discipline, competence, job training have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. The results of this study also show that the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on teacher work productivity. The competence variable has a positive and significant effect on teacher work productivity. Job training variable has no effect on teacher work productivity. Keywords: work discipline, competence, job training, and teacher work productivity

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine how the influence of organizational culture, teamwork, and leadership style on employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency office of Probolinggo Regency. The sample in this study were all employees of the Central Statistics Agency of Probolinggo Regency, totaling 36 people. This data collection method uses a questionnaire distribution method. This data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis technique with SPSS tool. The results showed that simultaneously organizational culture, teamwork, and leadership style had a significant effect. Partially, organizational culture has no significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Abtract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, facilities, and trust on customer satisfaction at the Understell Workshop for Four-Wheel Vehicles. The data used in this study is primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study were customers who used the services of HM Understell four-wheeled vehicle repair shop during the research period, namely December 2021 to February 2022 with an average of 4 customers per day so that it can be seen that the population is 308. The sample used in this study uses the theory according to Arikunto (2010) it is known that a population of 308 can be taken from 20% of the population so that the number of samples is 20% x 308 = 61.6 rounded up to 62 customers. While the sampling technique used in this study is based on non-probability sampling method using purposive sampling research with the characteristics of customers who have used workshop services more than 2 times. The results of the study through the F test and T test showed that simultaneously or partially Service Quality, Facilities, and Trust had a significant positive effect with a sig level of 0.000 <0.05 on customer satisfaction. Keyword: Service Quality, Facilities, Trust, and Customer Satisfaction
