Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study uses quantitative research as the research design. The type of this study is explanatory research. The sample of this study were customer of BRI Bank office KAS Unisma that were 98 respondents. This study used the questionnaire as the data collection and used analysis of multiple linier regression of SPSS 24 aplication for Macbook as the method of analysis the data. The result of this study indicate that Relationship Marketing and Service Quality simultaneously influence the customer loyalty of BRI Bank office KAS Unisma. The relationship marketing has partial effect on customer loyalty of BRI Bank office KAS Unisma. However, service quality does not partially effect the customer loyalty of BRI Bank office KAS Unisma.Keywords: Relationship Marketing, Service Quality and Customer Lolalty

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Work Environment, Work Discipline and Work Motivation on the Performance of Production Section Employees in Public Relations. Trubus Alami Kab. Malang both partially and simultaneously. In this study the population amounted to 85 employees and all were taken as samples. Data collection through questionnaires, data analysis in this study using SPSS version 22. The sampling technique uses quantitative methods, while the data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and testing the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis show that partially or simultaneously the work environment, work discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance on public relations. Abstract

Abstract This studies are aiming to be determining for decising for moments of progressive business development that have changed since a long time ago to become more intimate, corporations in the new world seem to be dealing with progressive humanity, so that it will create an increasingly sustainable stigma. That way corporations should be able to create an innovation that can be used as a differentiator from other companies, besides that companies must be able to treat existence and develop work results in all fields. So with this activity. BEM FEB 2022 using industry, bank loans and investments is considered to be a big problem to be mobilized in other fields so as to increase funds for corporations. With the high activity of the community during the pandemic, it caused changes in all aspects of life that were not spared from technological developments, such as online marketing on the performance of the management on the management of BEM FEB 2022. The results of the determination test show a proportion of 70.8%, where the performance of the management can be influenced by affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment. It is suggested to further researchers that they are expected to be able to examine the performance of the Management using another methodology due to the possibility of bias towards the respondents' answers in the questionnaire.Keywords: Management Performance, Affective Commitment, Continuance Commitment, Normative Commitment

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of financial knowledge, financial attitudes, and personality on financial management behavior on MSMEs actor creative economy culinary sub-sector in Malang Regency. This research is a type of replication research. This research subjects were 41 MSME ctreative economy culinary sub-sector in Malang Regency. Data colleection method is done by using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The result showed that financial knowledge influences financial management behavior, financial attitude does not affect financial management behavior, and personality does not affect financial management behavior. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted to determine the effect of knowledge of halal products, religiosity, and halal awareness on purchasing decisions of wardah brand halal cosmetics consumers who buy wardah products at the Bagaskara Store and Bu Mun stores in Wajak sub-district, Malang Regency, East Java 65141. Methods used is explanatory research which aims to explain the position of each variable and its influence between one variable and another, and the data source used is primary data by distributing a linkert scale questionnaire to respondents who have visited or purchased Wardah products. The sample calculation in this study used the Slovin formula which resulted in 100 respondents. The results of this study were variables of knowledge of halal products, religiosity and halal awareness of purchasing decisions.Keywords: the effect of knowledge of halal products, religiosity, halal awareness and Purchasing Decision.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the prediction of business income for creative economy actors during the COVID-19 pandemic through business capital, length of business, and working hours. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data sample obtained was 40 respondents from the population of creative economy actors in the fashion-culinary sub-sector of Malang Raya. Methods of data collection using the questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the variable of business capital can predict positively and significantly to operating income. Length of business can predict positively and significantly to operating income. Working hours can predict positively and significantly to operating income. Together, the variables of working capital, length of business, and working hours can predict positively and significantly the operating income.Keywords: business capital, length of business, working hours, operating revenues

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine how the influence of consumer perceptions, Instagram Brand equity on customer satisfaction on users of the Instagram shopping feature (Survey on Instagram application users of 2018 & 2019 Management Department Students, Islamic University of Malang). The sample in this study based on Slovin was taken using purposive sampling technique and measured by simple formulas and calculations so that the number of samples was 92 respondents. The data collection method used is the method of distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variable consumer perception and Brand equity simultaneously had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, the variable consumer perception partially had a significant effect on customer satisfaction and the variable Brand equity had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Perception, Brand Equity, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

AbstractSholehuddin, Thesis Title, "The Influence of Fulfillment of Needs, Fulfillment of Expectations and Quality of Service on Customer Satisfaction at the Duta Printer Shop in Malang City". Strata 1 (S1) Management study program at the Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Malang. 2017This study aims to determine the effect of Fulfillment of Needs, Fulfillment of Expectations and Quality of Service on Customer Satisfaction at the Duta Printer shop. The type of research used is a survey, the data collection method uses a questionnaire with a sample of 99 respondents who use products at the Duta Printer shop in Malang.The results of statistical calculations with multiple linear regression analysis can be shown by the regression equation Y = 0.879 + 0.163X1 + 0.094X2 + 0.115X3 + e. From the regression equation, it is known that the fulfillment of needs, fulfillment of expectations and service quality have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. This means that the better the fulfillment of needs, the fulfillment of expectations and the quality of services provided by the company, the greater the satisfaction felt by the customer. Keywords : Fulfillment of Needs, Fulfillment of Expectations, Quality of Service and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract Human resource management deals with policies and practices that need to be implemented by managers. Every company organization operates by using all of its resources to be able to produce products, both goods/services that can be marketed. This study aims to determine how the simultaneous influence of training and motivation on employee productivity.In this study, the data analysis used was quantitative data in the form of numbers from calculations and measurements and then analyzed using SPPS 24. The data source was obtained from the results of in-depth interviews with individuals, namely directly between the interviewer and the research respondent.Work Productivity is a comparison between the results obtained (output) with the amount of resources used as input (input). In general, work productivity can be interpreted as the output value in its interaction and interrelation with the unity of input values. Employee productivity is usually expressed as a balance of the average results achieved by the workforce, during the working hours available in production.Training and motivation have a simultaneous effect on work productivity, training has no significant effect on work productivity and motivation has a significant effect on work productivity. Keywords: Work Productivity, training and motivation, Human Resource Management
