Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand ambassadors and product quality on purchasing decisions. The sample used in this study were 86 respondents who were Unisma Management Students Batch 2019 users of Scarlet skincare. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 16.0 computer software for data processing. The results of this study indicate that brand ambassadors, product quality has a significant positive affects purchasing decisions.  Keywords: Brand Ambassador, Product Quality and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of promotion and shopping lifestyle on impulse buying  for Shopee consumers in Malang. The data source for this research is primary data obtained from answers to questions when distributing questionnaires to Shopee consumers in Malang. The sample method used is purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The number of samples in this study were 130 respondents obtained from the Hair et. al. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results showed: (1) promotion and shopping lifestyle simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on impulse buying for Shopee consumers in Malang, (2) promotion partially had no significant effect on impulse buying for Shopee consumers in Malang, (3) ) shopping lifestyle partially has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying for Shopee consumers in Malang Keywords : Promotion, Shopping Lifestyle, Impulse Buying

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research was conducted at PG Kebon Agung Malang, East Java. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of intellectual quotient, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance.The variables used are intellectual quotient, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence as independent variables,  employee performance as the dependent variable. The sample used was 88 PG employees of the Agung Malang garden in East Java using the proportional stratified random method. Data collection method used is questionnaire. The analysis used includes instrument testing, classical assumption test, normality test, linear regression multiple regression, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient test using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 14.0 for Windows software.The results showed0that intellectual quotient, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence had a significant effect on the employees performance of the Malang Kebon Agung PG in East Java.Keywords : Intellectual Quotient, Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence and Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to test and analyze the effect of Profitability, Company Growth and Capital Structure on Firm Value. The population and sample are all Food and Beverage Companies that are Registered on the Stock Exchange for the 2015-2017 Period. Data analysis in this study using SPSS version 20. The sampling technique of this study using purposive sampling method and data testing techniques used in this study include normality test, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, and testing the research hypothesis. The results of this study that Profitability have a significant positive effect on firm value. Company growth has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value. Capital structure has a significant positive effect on firm value.            The results of this study indicate that: (1) profitability has a positive effect on corporate value., (2) company growth has a positive effect on corporate value and (3) capital structure has a positive effect on corporate value.Keywords: Profitability, Company Growth, Capital Structure and Corporate Value.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial capital structure, interest rate and price earning ratio on the stock return in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2018, using a purposive sampling method with data from 61 samples to 45 because there are 16 samples that do not meet the sample selection criteria. This type of research is explanatory research. The method used in this study is a multiple linear regression method. The results of this study found that simultaneous capital structure (DER), interest rates (BI Rate) and price earning ratio have a significant effect on stock return. And that partial capital structure (DER) and price earning ratio have not significant effect on stock return, interest rates (BI Rate) have a significant effect on stock return. Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to determine the influence of internal factors and external factors on entrepreneurial interest.The object of this research is a student of the Faculty of Economics and Business of Malang Islamic University, especially in management and accounting, by having samples of 90 students with records that have taken entrepreneurship courses. Sampling techniques use Random Sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis tools.Based on the results of partial research analysis of internal factors, significant impact on entrepreneurial interest of students with beta coefficient value of 0,467 and sig.0,000. Whereas partially external factors, significant influence on the interest of entrepreneurial students with the value of beta coefficient of external factors of 0,366 and sig.0,000. Simultaneously internal and external factors significantly influence the interest of student entrepreneurship with a beta coefficient value of 87.591 and sig.0,000.  Keywords:internal factors, external factors and entrepreneurial interests

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to describe work discipline, work stress, work motivation and employee performance and to know the influence of work discipline, job stress, and work motivation on partial employee performance. The method in this research is using quantitative method. This type of research is replication research.The sample of this research is employees at the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Malang Regency using systematic sampling method, which is as much as 73 respondents. Methods in collecting data using questionnaires. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 14.0 FOR WINDOWS.The results of this study indicate that work discipline, job stress, and work motivation have a significant partial postive influence on the performance of employees of the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Malang Regency.Keywords: Work Discipline, Job Stress, Work Motivation, and Employee Performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims the effect of capital expenditure, profitability, leverage, and corporate social responsibility disclosure on the financial performance of case studies in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. In this study, there are 4 (four) independent variables used to measure the capital adequacy ratio, namely capital expenditure, profitability, leverage, and corporate social responsibility disclosure. And the dependent variable in this study is financial performance. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period with a total of 193 manufacturing companies and the samples in this study were taken using a purposive sampling technique, namely the selection of sample members based on certain criteria and obtained a sample of 95 manufacturing companies. The data collection method used is the documentation method, namely by recording or documenting the data listed in the annual report at (IDX). The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of the study state that simultaneously capital expenditure, profitability, leverage, and corporate social responsibility disclosure have a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Partially, capital expenditure, profitability, and corporate social responsibility disclosure have a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, career development, and maintenance of human resources on employee performance at PT Rajawali 1 PG Krebet Baru, either simultaneously or partially. The analytical method used in this research is explanatory research and uses a quantitative approach. Collecting data using a questionnaire from a population of 51 employees and the sample used is 51 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of the study state that the variables of organizational culture, career development, and maintenance of human resources simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has an effect on employee performance, meaning that if the organizational culture is getting better, the performance will increase. Career development has no effect on employee performance, meaning that career development has no effect on employee performance. HR maintenance affects employee performance, meaning that if HR maintenance is getting better, performance will increase. Keywords : Organizational Culture, Career Development, Maintenance Of Human Resources, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how the influence of Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitudes and Islamic Ethics in Financial Management on Financial Management Behavior. The population used in this study is the Entrepreneur of RPMR Malang Raya. The technique used in sampling in this study is purposive sampling. The variables in this study are Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitude, Islamic Ethics in Financial Management and Financial Management Behavior. The data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire given to customers and the library, namely from journals and articles. The analysis used is multiple linear regression.The results of this study explain that the financial knowledge variable has an effect on Financial Management Behavior, the Financial Attitude variable has an effect on Financial Management Behavior, the Islamic Ethics variable in Financial Management has an effect on Financial Management Behavior. Keywords : Good Corporate Governance, Board of Directors, Independent Board of Commissioners, Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Liquidity Ratio, Leverage Ratio, Profitability Ratio and Financial Distress
