Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work stress and work conflict on employee performance at KUD simultaneously or partially. This study uses quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were KUD Pakis employees. The sampling technique used by the researcher is saturated sample or total sampling. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis which was processed with SPSS 25 software. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The results showed that the variables of leadership, work stress and work conflict had a simultaneous effect on employee performance at KUD Pakis. The results of the study partially stated that the leadership variable had an effect on employee performance at KUD Pakis, the work stress variable had an effect on employee performance at KUD Pakis, and the work conflict variable had no effect on employee performance at KUD Pakis. Keywords  :  Leadership, Work Stress and Work Conflict on  Employeed performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT               This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity and growth opportunity on the capital structure. This study uses Explanatory Research. The population in this study were all Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2015 until the end of 2017, and a sample of 13 companies. Methods of collecting data through library methods and documentation methods. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. In this study the data analysis used was using SPSS version 20. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method using several criteria. Data testing techniques in this study include: normality test, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.               The results of this study indicate that: (1) profitability has a positive effect on capital structure, (2) liquidity has a negative effect on capital structure and (3) growth opportunity has a positive effect on capital structure. Keywords : Profitability, Liquidity, Growth Opportunity and Capital Structure.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of brand image on purchasing decisions through word of mouth as an intervening variable in shopee online shop users in Rusunawa II Malang Islamic University students. The variables used in this study are brand image variables, purchasing decisions and word of mouth as intervening variables. Data collected through the questionnaire method with the number of samples used as respondents as many as 65 respondents. The result of this research concludes that there is an influence between the variable brand image directly influences the purchase decision, brand image has a direct effect on word of mouth, word of mouth has a direct effect on purchasing decisions and brand image has an indirect effect on purchasing decisions through word of mouth as a variable intervening.Keywords: Brand Image, Purchase Decision, Word Of Mouth

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe phenomenon that occurs at this time work motivation, work environment and wages become the main topics in the world of work because it is able to make a major contribution to the performance and even employee productivity so as to minimize existing unemployment. This research was conducted at the Shuttlecock Industrial Center in Sumengko Village, Sukomoro Subdistrict, Nganjuk Regency with the aim of analyzing the influence of work motivation, work environment and wages on employee productivity partially or simultaneously, the variables used were work motivation, work environment and wages as independent variables, while productivity employee work as the dependent variable. The sample used was employees in each place of work at the Shuttlecock Industrial Center in Sumengko Village, Sukomoro Subdistrict, Nganjuk District, with 60 respondents using a survey method. The method used is a questionnaire. The analytical tool used is test instrument, classic assumption test, normality test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination test with the help of SPSS 14.0 software. The results showed that Work Motivation (X1), Work Environment (X2) and Wages (X3) had a joint (simultaneous) effect on Employee Productivity (Y) at the Shuttlecock Industrial Center in Sumengko Village, Sukomoro District, Nganjuk Regency. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Environment, Wages And Employee Productivity

Abstract

ABSTRACT            The purpose of this study was to discuss and analyze emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on teacher performance in SMAM 1 Kota Malang, East Java both partially and simultaneously or together. The population and sample used were all teachers in SMAM 1 Kota Malang, East Java who collected 43 people. Data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 21. The sampling technique used a questionnaire with a scale scale rikert and data testing techniques used in this study using validity test, reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and t test.            The results obtained from the evaluation and analysis show that emotional intelligence is positively insignificant towards teacher performance, while spiritual intelligence has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. Testing intellectual intelligence, and spiritual intelligence has a significant positive effect on teacher performance.Keywords:Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence, Teacher Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was completed for some purposes : 1) to know the impact of GrossDomestic Product to the stock price, 2) to know how the inflation influences thestock price, 3) to discover what possibly happens to the stock price when theinterest rates rises, 4) to understand the correlation of PPh Tax and the stock, 5)to perceive the influence of Gross Domestic Product, inflation, interest rates, PPhTax, to the stock price.This research involves whole property and real estate companies which arelegally registered in BEI period 2012-2016. The sample selection of this researchwas using purposive sampling. According to aforementioned criteria, the totalsample was about 27 companies. The analysis method used in this research islinier regression analysis method.This research shows that there are some conclusions, those are: 1) the result of Tshows that variable of Gross Domestic Product does not have any impact to thestock price 2) the variable of inflation does not have any influence to the stockprice, 3) the variable of interest rates does not have any effect to the stock price,4) the variable of PPh Tax have correlation to the stock price, and 5) the result ofF shows that those variable of Gross Domestic Product, inflation, interest rastes,and PPh Tax impact gradually to the stock price.Key Words : Gross Domestic Product, Inflation, Interest Rates, PPh Tax, andStock Price

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the implementation of an effective marketing mix strategy to improve marketing performance that focuses on sales growth. Research locations at the company CV. Sarjana Tembakau Malang. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation study. The data analysis technique of this research uses two analytical approaches, namely quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, the marketing mix strategy is a combination of the marketing mix consisting of products, prices, distribution channels, and promotions. The strategy was carried out by CV. Sarjana Tembakau Malang looks at marketing effectiveness points to provide the accuracy of marketing strategies implemented by the company. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of the use of social media, and entrepreneurial knowledge on the interest in entrepreneurship in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, either partially or simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach and the type of descriptive research. The population in this study amounted to 830 students with a sample of 89 respondents with the criteria of students from the economics and business faculty of the Islamic University of Malang majoring in management and accounting class 2017 who are active and have businesses, and have taken entrepreneurship courses. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS 22 software. The results show that (1) the use of social media and entrepreneurship knowledge has a simultaneous effect on entrepreneurial interest in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, (2) the use of social media has a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest in students. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of brand trust and celebrity endorser on purchasing decisions. This research was conducted on Samsung smartphone consumers in Surya Phone Lamongan with a sample of 45 respondents. The research method used is non-probability sampling with accidental sampling technique. The data used from the results of distributing questionnaires to samples at the time of the study will be collected and processed using one of the software, namely SPSS 25. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it shows that brand trust and celebrity endorsers have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. Brand trust has an effect on purchasing decisions. Celebrity endorser has an effect on purchasing decisions. The better the brand trust and celebrity endorser, the better it is for consumers to make a purchase decision. Keywords : Brand Trust, Celebrity Endorser, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of education level, tenure and commitment to employee performance at Radio Republik Indonesia Malang City. The sample in this study amounted to 75 respondents who are employees of Radio Republik Indonesia Malang City. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling or census. The data used in this study used primary data and secondary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to employees of Radio Republik Indonesia Malang City. The method used is data analysis with validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis test, f test, t test and coefficient of determination. With the results of the study showed that simultaneously the level of education, tenure, commitment affect employee performance, while partially education level, tenure, commitment affect employee performance at Radio Republik Indonesia Malang City. Kata kunci : Tingkat Pendidikan, Masa Kerja, Komitmen, Kinerja Karyawan
