Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to describe the brand ambassador, product quality, brand image and purchasing decisions and determine the influence and analyze the brand ambassador and product quality on purchasing decisions with brand image as an intervening variable. The method in this study is to use quantitative methods.The sample of this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Management Department of Malang Islamic University by using purposive sampling, as many as 77 respondents. Methods in collecting data using questionnaires. The analytical method used in this study is the path analysis with SPSS 14.0 FOR WINDOWS.The result of this research indicate that brand ambassador have an insignificant effect on brand image, brand ambassador have no significant effect on purchasing decision, product quality has significant effect to brand image, product quality has significant effect on purchasing decision, brand image has significant effect to purchasing decision, and product quality direct influence on purchasing decisions is greater than the quality of products for purchasing decisions indirectly through brand image.Keywords: Brand Ambassador, Product Quality, Brand Image, and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

AbstractBased on the research carried out with the aim of knowing and analyzing the effect of competence and professionalism on the performance of the case study employees at the Pakis Village Unit Cooperative. This research belongs to the type of quantitative descriptive research. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used a saturated sample, namely all 36 samples of the Pakis Village Unit Cooperative employees. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling where the determination of the sample when all members of the population are used as samples. To solve the problem in this study using SPSS assistance with validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, f test, and t test. From this study, it was found that the competence and professionalism variables had a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance, partially the competence variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the professionalism variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Competence, Professionalism, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to determine the effect of discipline, work motivation and work environment on employee performance (Case Study on Flora Wisata Santerra De Laponte). This study uses a quantitative approach. Saturated sample is a sampling technique if the entire population is used as a sample, the total sample in this study is 70 people. To solve the problem in this research, using validity test, reliability test, normality test, path analysis test, hypothesis test which includes direct effect with t test, indirect effect with Sobel test, and coefficient of determination test R2. This study uses hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS 16.0. The results of this study are the independent variables Discipline, Work Motivation, Work Environment have a significant effect together on the dependent variable of Employee Performance. Discipline variables have a significant effect on employee performance, discipline variables significantly affect employee performance and work environment variables significantly affect employee performance Flora Wisata Santerra De Laponte. Keywords : Employee performance, discipline, work motivation, work environment

Abstract

ABSTRACTMaximizing enterprise value is one of the company's goals that can be achieved through the financial management functions. In this case, one financial decision will influence other financial decisions and have an impact on the enterprise value.  This study aims to measure the impact of investment decisions, funding decisions and dividend policies on property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2016-2018 with the selection of samples using purposive sampling technique. Based on several tests on 57 samples obtained, by using normality test, autocorrelation test, heteroskidasticity test and multiple linear regression test, concluded that investment decisions and funding decisions have a significant positive effect on the enterprise value. While the dividend policy has a negative effect that is not significant on the enterprise value.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to know the influence of investment decisions and funding decisions on the company's value in the manufacturing company sub-sector of food and beverage listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017, which is as much as 18 companies. Selection of samples using purposive sampling where samples were taken based on certain criteria, thus obtained as many as 16 food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The data analysis techniques in this study used the normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression tests and hypotheses testing. Measuring instrument used to measure investment decision is Price Earning Ratio (PER), for funding decision is Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and for company value is Price to book value (PBV). The results of this study show that the investment decisions positively and significantly affect the value of the company and the funding decisions are negatively and insignificant to the value of the company. Keywords: investment decisions, funding decisions, and corporate values

Abstract

AbstackThe purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Price, Innovation, and Product Quality on Consumer Satisfaction at RM Cak Sur Sigura - Gura Malang. The variables used are price, innovation, and product quality as independent variables. Whereas Consumer Satisfaction is the dependent variable. The population in the study were 150 consumers. The sampling method in this study was purposive sampling with a total sample of 60 respondents. Quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded as follows: (a) Price, Innovation, and Product Quality simultaneously affect customer satisfaction at RM Cak Sur Sigura - Gura Malang. (b) Price influences customer satisfaction at RM Cak Sur Sigura - Gura Malang. (c) Innovation influences consumer satisfaction at RM Cak Sur Sigura - Gura Malang. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social security, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance at the Tulungagung regional development planning agency. This research uses a quantitative type. The data used in this study use primary data obtained directly from respondents in the Tulungagung regional development planning agency. Data were taken from 78 (seventy eight) respondents who are employees of regional development planning agencies.This study used analysis tools in the form of validity, reliability, normality test, multiple linear regression, multicollinity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, and t test and measured using a Likert scale. Where the results of the analysis depend on the scores obtained from respondents.The results of this study are (1) social security has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Tulungagung regional development planning agency (2) Work discipline has a negative and not insignificant effect on employee performance at Bappeda Tulungagung (3) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. at the Tulungagung regional development planning agency. Keywords : Social Security, Work Discipline, Work Motivations, Performance.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Debt Ratio, and Net Profit Margin to Return on Investment Telecommunication service companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). In this study, the researcher used quantitative method which consist of five variables, including Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Debt Ratio and Net Profit Margin as independent variables and Return on Investment as a dependent variable. The technique used for sampling using purposive sampling so that obtained by fourcompany. The result of this research based on result of regression analysis show that Current Ratio has value equal to 0,942 with significant value t> 0,05 (0,355> 0,05), means that Current Ratio has effect negatively and significant to Return on Investment, Debt to Equity Ratio has value equal to -2,945 with significant value t<0,05 (0.007 <0.05), means that Debt to Equity Ratio has effect positively and significant to Return on Investment, Debt Ratio has a value of -0.2244 with significant value t>0.05 (0.809> 0.05), means that Debt Ratio has effect negatively and significant to Return on Investment, Net Profit Margin has a value of 0.667 with significant value t <0,05 (0,510 <0,05, means that Net Profit Margin has effect negatively and significant to Return on Investment. Keywords: Return on Investment, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Debt Ratio, and Net Profit Margin.

Abstract

AbstractThe main of this research are to examine the impact of dividend policy, thedebt policy and profitability though the value of company. The data that used onthis research is secunder data, that is a report of company’s debit in ConsumerGoods, listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id) annual report in2012-2015. The sampling method used in this study is purposive samplingmethod. Samples that passed the criteria in this study were 19 company inConsumer Goods. Data processing method used is descriptive analysis, theclassical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, F test, T test and the coefficientof determination test. The results showed that the dividend policy significantnegative effect on the value of the company and the debt policy has no effect onthe value of the company. As for the effect on the profitability of the company'svalue. Simultaneously, the house variable, DPR, DER, ROE significant effect thePBV. Furthermore, to examine determination of coefficient R2 value squard is0,0545 it means that the changing of dependent variable is caused by independentvariable that is 54,5%. While 45% the rest it is caused by other factor which isoutside from this research.Keyword: Dividend Policy, Debt Policy, Profitability and Firm Value.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of multiple role conflict, and job stress, on the work motivation of female employees at PT. Manunggal Indowood Investindo is located at Jl. Lumbang, Blk. Tempuran, Wringinom, Kec. Tongas, Probolinggo, East Java. The population used is female employees who are married. The sample used was 32 respondents. The analytical tool that the researcher uses is the spss analysis tool (Statistical Package for the Social Sciens).From this research, the following results are obtained: From this study it is concluded that both multiple role conflicts and work stresses both affect the work motivation of female employees who are married to PT Manunggal Indowood Investindo. The dual role conflict affects the work motivation of female employees who are married to PT Manunggal Indowood Investindo. Job stress affects the work motivation of female employees who are married to PT Manunggal Indowood Investindo. Keywords: Multiple Role Conflict, Job Stresss, Work Motivation
