Abstract

With the rapid development of technology at this time, internet services cannot be separated from everyday human activities. the many conveniences of using internet services make people involve internet services in doing business online using social media services. Business competition is also one that must be faced by creative economy actors. With competitors or competitors making similar products increasing, while products that are made are less well known to consumers, creative businesses cannot reach market segments effectively. Some of the social media that are most often used to carry out online buying and selling activities are: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp, Tiktok, and others. The application of the Decision Support System uses the SAW and TOPSIS methods in selecting the best social media as a means of promotion, and choosing which method is most appropriate for determining social media as a means of promotion in Tembilahan. The SAW method is the most relevant in solving this case and the Facebook alternative is chosen as a good and effective social media to be used as a promotional medium.

Abstract

To be a philosopher, we must think philosophically. But not a few people know how and what we should know in thinking philosophically, one of which is the axiology of philosophy of science. This study aims to enable us to think through an axiological lens. In this study using qualitative methods so that it can be understood and described in detail and depth. In the axiology of the philosophy of science we can find out where knowledge comes from, what the purpose of science is and how we use the knowledge we have. Not infrequently a person does not know where the knowledge he is learning comes from and whether he has used this knowledge properly, so many people think that it is in vain for them to learn this knowledge. If knowledge is used as it should be, surely many people want to study science so that they have a broader way of thinking and can help solve certain problems. For example, a person has Management knowledge that he studied in college, but the problem is that he still has difficulty managing his finances. If he uses the management knowledge he has, he will have no difficulty managing his own finances. Because managing finances doesn't have to have management knowledge first, but if you have it it will make it easier for us to manage finances. Thus We can conclude that a person must know where the knowledge comes from so that he does not learn wrong knowledge or deviate from the path of truth, and must be able to use the knowledge he has so that it can benefit himself and others.Untuk menjadi seorang filsuf, kita harus berfikir secara filsafat. Tetapi tidak sedikit orang yang tau bagaimana cara dan apa saja yang harus kita ketahui dalam berfikir secara filsafat, salah satunya aksiologi filsafat imu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk agar kita dapat berfikir dengan kacamata aksiologi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif agar bisa dipahami dan menggambarkan secara detail dan mendalam. Dalam aksiologi filsafat ilmu  kita dapat mencari tahu dari manakah ilmu itu muncul, apa tujuan ilmu itu ada dan bagaimana kita menggunakan ilmu yang kita miliki. Tak jarang seseorang tidak mengetahui dari mana asal ilmu yang ia pelajari  dan apakah ilmu tersebut  sudah ia gunakan sebagaimana mesti nya, sehingga banyak orang yang berfikir bahwa sia-sia saja mereka mempelajari ilmu tersebut. Jika ilmu itu digunakan sebagaimana mesti nya pasti banyak orang yang ingin mempelajari ilmu-ilmu pengetahuan agar lebih luas cara berfikir dan bisa membantu dalam menyelesaikan masalah-masalah tertentu. Misalnya, seseorang itu mempunyai ilmu Manajemen yang dipelajarinya di perguruan tinggi, tapi masalahnya ia masih saja kesulitan dalam mengatur keuangannya. Jika Ia menggunakan ilmu Manajemen yang dimiliki pasti ia tidak akan kesulitan dalam mengatur keuangannya sendiri. Karena mengatur keuangan itu tidak harus memiliki ilmu Manajemen terlebih dahulu, tapi jika memilikinya akan memudahkan kita untuk mengatur keuangan. Dengan demikian Kami dapat menyimpulkan bahwa seseorang itu harus mengetahui dari mana ilmu tersebut agar tidak mempelajari ilmu yang salah atau melenceng dari jalan kebenaran, serta harus dapat menggunakan ilmu yang dimiliki agar dapat bermanfaat bagi diri sendiri dan orang lain.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk-bentuk labelling anak pekerja seks komersial dan menganalisis dampak stigma sosial yang di berikan oleh masyarakat terhadap anak pekerja seks komersial. Dalam disiplin ilmu sosial, prostitusi dikatakan sebagai suatu penyakit sosial. Jadi dalam hal ini bukan hanya para pelaku pekerja seks komersial akan tetapi anak mereka juga mendapat stigma buruk dari masyarakat. Anak para pekerja seks komersial ini dianggap dapat membawa pengaruh buruk bagi anak-anak lainnya, sehingga anak dari pekerja seks komerisial sering mendapat label negatif dari masyarakat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara. Informan penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang melakukan pelabelan pada anak pekerja seks komersial. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bentuk pelabelan yang terjadi adalah berupa pemberian stigma negatif terhadap anak pekerja seks komersial membawa pengaruh buruk yang kemudian diasingkan oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

In the employee percentage management information system running at SMK Dr. Indra Adnan Indragiri Collage Tembilahan still uses a simple method or in writing, where employees fill in attendance data when they enter working hours. In every attendance activity, there is often fraud by employees who leave their signatures or fill out attendance lists according to their arrival so that the finance department cannot control the delays of employees who come beyond the time set by SMK Dr. Indra Adnan Indragiri Collage Tembilahan, or go home earlier than the specified time. In designing an employee attendance management information system, the author uses a modeling tool, namely UML where the diagrams used are Usecase diagrams, Activity diagrams and class diagrams. The results of this study are in the form of designing a Web-Based Employee Attendance Management Information System prototype and SMS Gateway that can assist in overcoming the problems that occur in Dr. Vocational High School. Abstract

This research examines the use of zakat funds on Asnaf fi Sabilillah in the context of school development within Islam. The objective of the study is to analyze the legal aspects of zakat fund utilization and explore the positive impacts of zakat in enhancing educational access. A qualitative approach with a descriptive research design was employed. Data was collected through interviews with relevant stakeholders, including zakat managers, administrators of zakat organizations, beneficiaries, and by studying related documents such as literature, fatwas, regulations, financial reports, and documentation of school development projects funded by zakat. The findings indicate that utilizing zakat funds on Asnaf fi Sabilillah for school development is valid and compliant with the principles of Sharia in Islam. The implementation of zakat-funded school development projects has improved educational access for economically disadvantaged communities and enhanced school infrastructure in rural areas. Additionally, community participation and involvement of beneficiaries in zakat fund management have increased the effectiveness of the programs. The recommendations include raising public awareness regarding the significance of zakat in enhancing educational access, fostering partnerships with the private sector to augment funding for school development, and promoting transparent and accountable zakat fund management practices. Furthermore, capacity building for zakat managers and beneficiaries, as well as periodic evaluations and monitoring of zakat-funded school projects, are deemed necessary.

Abstract

Burnout is a collection of symptoms that arise due to the use of energy exceeding one's resources resulting in the appearance of physical, emotional and mental exhaustion. Context about burnout appears in public services such as nurses, social workers, service companies, the education sector, and others related to services that involve interpersonal relationships which cause the appearance of the three signs burnout. Experienced nurse burnout will tend to be cynical towards other people and patients, feel tired all day long, feel unable to do work and even start to be reluctant to work. In severe conditions there will be a desire to stop working. If the nurse experiences burnout , of course, will hinder performance and be inconsistent with the vision and mission of the hospital in improving the quality of nursing services. Burnout It has a huge impact on the human immune system. Excessive stress will have an impact on increasing hormones cortisol which can cause prolonged stress, even lead to depression. Purpose : Obtain in-depth information about the description of the incident burnout executive nurse in the inpatient room of the Dokter Soedarso Pontianak Regional General Hospital. Research methods : This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Sampling technique using engineering purposive sampling and proportional stratified random sampling with the number of respondents as many as 155 people spread across 13 inpatient rooms. The data analysis used was univariate and bivariate using the correlation test Spearman's rho. Research result : there were 76 respondents (49%) experienced burnout low category, 56 respondents (36.1%) experienced burnout moderate category, and 23 respondents (14.8%) experienced burnout high category. There is a relationship between age and level burnout ( p-value = 0.032), there is a relationship between gender and level burnout ( p-value = 0.005), there is no relationship between education level and level burnout ( p-value = 0.224), and there is no relationship between length of service and level burnout ( p-value = 0.099). Conclusion : as a whole the implementing nurses in the inpatient room of the Dokter Soedarso Pontianak Hospital experienced burnout , more than 50% of them are in the medium and high categories. Of the four variable characteristics of the respondents, which have a significant relationship with the level burnout are age and gender.

Abstract

In this journal, the author will examine and analyze the practice of dividing inheritance at the Inhil Peduli Tembilahan foundation, which uses Islamic legal sources instead of avoiding inheritance law using the Islamic law method but using the grant method. In the process of making this journal, the author uses a qualitative approach and a library method in which the author obtains data through interviews, observation, documentation and collects material through books and several other online media. Based on the results of the researcher's analysis, the distribution of inheritance at the Inhil Cares Tembilahan foundation does not use the Islamic law method but uses the practice of grants. In terms of dividing this inheritance, the kyai, ustadz and ustadzah who have fields of knowledge turn a lot away from the Qur'an and Sunnah but rather for the priority of the people or what is also known as maslahah mursalah, where the goal is to avoid disputes and conflicts as well as problems around the kyai's family and the foundation itself. And in the distribution of inheritance, the implementation is based on what has been agreed upon by all related parties and has a relationship and is carried out for maslahah mursalah for many people.

Abstract

Breast cancer is a health problem and cause of death for women today both in Indonesia and throughout the world, the prevalence of breast cancer in the world is 508,000 deaths (World Health Organization, 2013). Objective: This research aims to see the influence of Health Education on examining BSE knowledge in ITEKES Muhammadiyah West Kalimantan students. Methodology: This research uses a pre-experimental method with a pre-post test without control, the sampling technique in this research uses total sampling. Research Results: The results of the Wilcoxon statistical test show (p value = 0.000 p value < 0.000, meaning that there is an influence of Health Education on the level of examination of BSE knowledge before and after being given health education using the audiovisual method. Conclusion: There is a difference in the level of knowledge before and after being given Health Education using the audio-visual method regarding SADSARI knowledge of West Kalimantan Muhammadiyah ITEKES students.

Abstract

Perusahaan asuransi merupakan lembaga keuangan non bank yang mempunyai peranan yang tidak jauh berbeda dengan bank, yaitu bergerak dalam bidang layanan jasa yang diberikan kepada masyarakat. Asuransi merupakan solusi yang dapat dimanfaatkan manusia untuk mempersiapkan diri apabila risiko yang tidak disenangi dan merugikan terjadi, serta merupakan salah satu bentuk pengendalian atas risiko yang dilakukan dengan cara mengalihkan risiko dari pihak tertanggung ke pihak penanggung melalui suatu perjanjian asuransi. Meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat mengenai pentingnya asuransi, menyebabkan perlunya kerja sama yang baik antara perusahaan asuransi, regulasi dan sistem perasuransian, agar dapat semakin meningkatkan rasa percaya masyarakat terhadap perusahaan asuransi itu sendiri. Fokus penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan Produktivitas Kerja Dan Tekanan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Finance Non Bank Di Bali. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian survei dan metode penelitian deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Kantor Prudential Anugrah Sunset Point yang berjumlah 37 orang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 37 responden yang ditentukan dengan metode Sampling Jenuh. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan selanjutnya diuji menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Produktivitas kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Tekanan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Produktivitas kerja dan tekanan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Melihat hasil penelitian, ke depannya Prudential Anugrah Sunset Point harus mampu meningkatkan produktivitas pegawainya dengan menjalankan SOP perusahaan yang baik. Seluruh pegawai harus dituntut untuk bisa bekerja dengan baik agar nantinya menghasilkan kinerja yang berkualitas.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the results of using Realia to increase the ability to guide in English ASIDEWI in the tourist village of Patin village, Koto Masjid village, XIII Koto Kampar sub-district, Riau. This research uses the Classroom Action Research method which has several procedures in each cycle. For one procedure cycle there are four; Planning, Action, Observation, Reflection. After running one cycle, a total of four meetings, researchers have found results from the use of realia in English guiding which has been practiced by ASIDEWI. To find out the results of applying Realia in teaching English Guiding, at the end of the meeting, the researcher gave a test, namely the guiding test in English. The test results show that there is no improvement in ASIDEWI's English Guiding ability by using realia. This occurs due to several factors that have been obtained through Qualitative Data. First, ASIDEWI members do not have sufficient knowledge of English. Generally, ASIDEWI members have a diploma at the Senior High School (SMA) level. Second, ASIDEWI members are not yet confident or shy about speaking English. Third, ASIDEWI has a very minimal vocabulary. In conclusion, ASIDEWI's ability in English Guiding whether using realia media or not using media is the same.
