Abstract

This journal investigates efforts to optimize digital marketing strategies to increase the competitiveness of local Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the digital era. Technological developments and changes in consumer behavior have driven a significant shift in the way UMKM market their products and services. This research aims to identify the most effective and relevant digital marketing strategies for local UMKM, as well as analyze their impact on increasing their competitiveness in an increasingly competitive digital market. Experimental quantitative research methodology involving data analysis, surveys and case studies of a number of local UMKM that have implemented digital marketing strategies. The results of the research analysis show that the average difference in scores before and after the intervention in the intervention group was 15.07, with a t test statistical value of 11.16 and a significance level (p-value) very close to zero (p < 0.001), this shows that there is a significant influence use of media to increase UMKM marketing. The interviews also showed that the use of social media, content marketing, is a key factor in increasing the exposure of UMKM and their attractiveness to digital consumers. These findings can provide valuable guidance for local UMKM in facing digital challenges and improving their position in the rapidly developing digital era.

Abstract

Student Work Lectures (KKM) are one of the outdoor activities carried out by students with the aim of providing services to the community and helping them in solving development problems. Through KKM, students serve the community in various aspects of development, including: (1) outdoor activities, (2) implementation in community areas such as villages, (3) community services as the main focus, and (4) helping the community in overcoming challenges development in the village. The implementation of KKM by Group 43 is located in Sukamanah Village, Rajeg Regency, Tangerang City. Sukamanah Village is one of the developed villages in Tangerang Regency but also needs more attention to improving the welfare of rural communities. Sukamanah Village consists of 11 sub-districts, and its residents mainly work as daily workers, personal businesses and livestock. Apart from that, the majority religion in this village is Islam.

Abstract

Community service is an integral part of the mission of the Santo Bonaventura Pastoral College in shaping the spiritual character of SEKAMI children at the Stasi Santo Joseph Freinademetz, Bandar Setia. This program involves students in weekend pastoral activities using lecture, question and answer, and modeling methods. The main objective of this service is to help SEKAMI children understand and internalize spiritual characters in everyday life. The program evaluation showed a significant increase in the understanding and application of spiritual values ​​in SEKAMI children, reflected in their attitudes and actions. This structured approach has succeeded in bringing significant positive impacts in shaping the character of SEKAMI children through direct interaction and active learning. As a recommendation, it is necessary to strengthen and expand the program with an inclusive and in-depth approach to support the spiritual and moral growth of SEKAMI children in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

The return of face-to-face learning after the era of online learning triggered by the pandemic brings new challenges for teachers and students. Accompanied by the launch of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum, teachers need to re-adapt their teaching methods to suit the ongoing learning conditions. A training program on the use of Wordwall as a creative evaluation medium for teachers at MI Hidayatul Mubtadiin Wates, Tulungagung, using the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. This program aims to improve teacher competence in creating interesting and innovative learning evaluations, by integrating technology into the learning process. The training involves observation, interviews, and direct practice in creating educational games based on Wordwall. The evaluation results show that this training is effective in improving teacher skills in creating creative and interesting learning media for students.

Abstract

Kumantan Village, Kampar Regency, requires adequate sports facilities. The design of this Sport Center aims to provide eco-friendly and sustainable facilities to support community sports activities such as football, volleyball, and futsal. The Neo Vernacular architectural approach is applied to create a design that aligns with the local identity. A SWOT analysis reveals significant potential to improve public health, sports achievements, and open economic opportunities. The design includes a stadium, jogging track, multipurpose hall, and supporting facilities, which are expected to become a hub for sports and social activities in the village.
