Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the effectiveness of the family hope program in overcoming poverty in West Aceh District. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the Effectiveness of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Reducing Poverty in West Aceh Regency, the biggest expenditure of the population in West Aceh Regency is food consumption of IDR 1,200,000 per month. After that, the second largest consumption is non-food consumption in the form of education, which is IDR 600,000. This amount represents school fees in the form of snacks for children at school and photocopying costs. Followed by a medical fee of Rp. 350,000.00. This amount is calculated based on the minimum contribution required for certain BPJS participants. Then for other expenses in the form of electricity and water in the amount of Rp. 250,000.00 with details of electricity Rp. 100,000.00, for gallons of drinking water Rp. 70,000.00 and PDAM water Rp. 80,000.00. And the lowest consumption is clothing consumption of IDR 150,000. According to interview results, this is because most people buy clothes once a year, namely during Eid al-Fitr or at certain times such as weddings. While the results of the questionnaire answers (questionnaire) from 99 informants it could be concluded that the obstacle to the effectiveness of the Family Hope program in West Aceh District was the inaccuracy of PKH beneficiary targets caused by the determination of PKH beneficiaries not by the Regional Government of West Aceh District, but by the central government. So the data is not appropriate.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the Effect of Providing Sharia KUR Financing on Increasing MSME Turnover, Case Study of PT. Sinabang Sharia Pawnshop. It is hoped that this article will be able to provide input to the competent authorities in order to maximize MSME lending given the importance of the business unit's role in the Indonesian economy, especially when the COVID-19 type corona virus outbreak is currently sweeping the world. With the characteristics of SMEs that are more flexible compared to large industries, SMEs are able to revive the vibrancy of the Indonesian economy as happened after the 1997-1998 monetary crisis in Indonesia previously. This research took place at PT. Pegadaian Syariah Sinabang by taking 78 research samples of UKM actors who are taking care of KUR loans. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the provision of KUR had a positive impact on increasing turnover, but the policy of granting KUR still depended on the assets that were pledged as collateral because credit service providers did not dare to take the risk of bad credit.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of Bappeda's role in the preparation of the strategic plan for the Simeulue administrative region. Using a qualitative method, data was collected through interviews and document analysis. The study finds that while Bappeda has provided guidelines and regulations for the preparation of the strategic plan, there is still a gap between planning and financing, particularly in the regional development work. This gap is evident in the preparation of the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RKPD) and the General Policy and Temporary Budget Ceiling (KUA-PPAS). The study suggests the need for improved coordination and integration between planning and budgeting processes to enhance the effectiveness of Bappeda's role in the strategic planning process. This research contributes to the understanding of the challenges in the preparation of development plans and offers insights for policymakers to enhance the effectiveness of Bappeda in the region.

Abstract

This article contains the impact of usury from a legal perspective and its interpretation as well as bank interest from a review of Islamic law and analyzes its impact on economic development, both as stated by Islamic law experts and based on hadith books. There are several differences of opinion in the consideration of establishing bank interest laws in Islam. Some scholars are of the opinion that bank interest is not permissible and is forbidden because it includes usury. On the other hand, there are also scholars who are of the opinion that bank interest is not haram unless bank interest is multiplied or the amount is not reasonable. This difference of opinion is referred to by differences in interpretation of the verses and hadiths regarding usury. The impact of bank interest or usury on economic development can hinder economic development. The research method for writing this journal uses the literature method or literature review by looking deeply at several books, articles and hadiths about bank interest. The purpose of this writing is to determine the impact of bank interest on economic development.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the role of staffing agencies and human resource development on the performance of civil servants in West Aceh. The West Aceh District Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) is the government agency responsible for managing the staffing, education and training sectors in West Aceh District. To achieve the desired performance, employees must receive training in accordance with their duties so that they can carry out their duties in a professional manner. Education and training are important factors in forming professional human resources. In an organization, it is necessary to involve employees in training activities that are expected to improve employee performance and productivity. In this article the method used is qualitative analysis, where the research results are more oriented towards describing and describing information obtained through interviews and observation.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the Role of the Simeulue Regency Regional Financial Management Agency in the Preparation of Regional Government Work Plans. The Simeulue Regency Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) was formed based on the Simeulue Regency Qanun Number 7 of 2007 concerning the implementation of duties, always trying to organize a clean and authoritative government (Good Government) in accordance with the aspirations and expectations of all levels of society. This research is a type of qualitative research. The data in the study were obtained through direct observation and interviews with several informants. The results showed that the BPKD of the Simeulue district played an important role in preparing the local government work plan in the Work Plan and Budget of the Regional Work Unit (RKA-SKPD) of the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) of the Simeulue Regency as a whole in accordance with Permendagri Number 21 of 2011 for the stage of preparing the work plan in the SKPD and the Procedures for preparing the Work Plan and Budget (RKA) in the Simeulue Regency Regional Financial Management Agency for the most part were in accordance with the SOP, and the implementation stage of preparing the RKA had proceeded properly and systematically.

Abstract

Human capital plays a crucial role in productivity within economic growth. The development of human capital can be measured by the Human Development Index (HDI), an indicator to gauge the potential of Human Resources (HR) from various aspects The available capital in Indonesia to compete with fellow ASEAN nations remains significantly restricted, particularly when it comes to the international level. Indonesia's capital for competing with other ASEAN countries remain considerably low, even more so when competing on a global level. To measure the extent of the relationship between human capital and economic growth in Indonesia, the Human Capital Augmented Solow Growth Model was adopted to determine the interdependence of capital stock, labour, and technology on the total output of goods and services. This study uses panel data from three components in the HDI, namely health, education, and a decent standard of living from 2014-2018 in 34 provinces in Indonesia from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). Based on the research findings using panel data regression, all HDI components significantly influence the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), thus proving that human capital, as measured by HDI components, has an impact on economic growth. Life expectancy and years of schooling have a negative correlation with GRDP, while average years of schooling and per capita expenditure exhibit a positive correlation with GRDP.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the acceptance of digital Islamic pawnshop application systems in customer transaction processes. The use of digital applications in pawnshop services is a new thing in the application of information technology. Pegadaian as a non-banking financial institution is also required to improve in order to be able to keep abreast of developments in digital technology in the financial sector. Sharia principles are applied in the pawnshop system by applying the rahn principle in the pawn contract. Respondents in this study amounted to 112 people who were taken by the convenience sampling method. As many as 74.77% of research respondents said they had heard of the Digital Sharia Pawnshop Application and as many as 61.26% said they had used it. The results of the study show that apart from the compatibility and self-efficacy aspects, all research variables influence the desire of pawnshop customers to use the Digital Sharia Pawnshop Application.

Abstract

There is a threat of scarcity of fossil fuels, especially diesel fuel, which are non-renewable. Biodiesel30 fuel with 30% of its ingredients is vegetable oil and 70% fossil can be an alternative but in the distribution process it has started gradually since it was decided to replace pure diesel in 2019. Its existence is still questionable whether it is capable both in terms of quality and price to replace pure diesel especially biodiesel consumers30 PT. Pertamina working area of Medan sandpaper sub-district. This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and price simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions for B30 fuel at PT. Pertamina working area of Medan Amplas District. The form of research used in this research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The results of this study indicate that product quality variables (X1) and variables (X2) affect employee performance. The adjusted R square value indicates that the product quality and price variables contribute 39.3% to the purchasing decision variable. The conclusion in this study is that the product quality variable (X1) influences purchasing decisions, price (X2) influences purchasing decisions, and product quality variables (X1) and price (X2) simultaneously influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the level of community satisfaction with employee performance at Bank Aceh Syariah Meulaboh Branch. This research is considered important to see how employee performance is significantly influenced by community satisfaction which significantly drives the performance itself. The development of Bank Aceh Syariah in serving customers can actually be an indicator to see how Bank Aceh Syariah employees carry out the process of providing financial services. So far, Bank Aceh Syariah, which is the pride of the people of Aceh Province, has made many improvements step by step in terms of service. This study took place in West Aceh District with 102 research respondents who were collected as samples. Broadly speaking, all questions indicate that there is an influence of community satisfaction on employee performance and can be a reference for the management of Bank Aceh itself to pay attention to responses from customers in the process of improving the company's internal performance.
