Abstract

The increasingly lucrative Muslim market has caught much attention from Muslim and non-Muslim tourism service providers. They have begun offering services and products that suit the demands and needs of Muslims, while still maintaining their non-Muslim clienteles. Different qualifiers have been used to terms such kind of tourism, including halal, Islamic, Sharīʿah, and Muslim-friendly. There is currently a large disparity among stakeholders of such tourism in the understanding of the meaning and scope of these terms, which could lead to severe misunderstandings among them. This paper attempts to elucidate the similarities and differences of those terms and promote the appropriate usage for each term. It also discusses the implications of each term and how it may affect the perception of Muslim and non-Muslim travelers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze marketing communication strategies used through the Facebook platform, focusing on case studies of Skintific skin care products. The research method used is qualitative analysis, which includes collecting data from the content of Skintific marketing communications on Facebook, as well as reviewing user responses and interactions to the content. The results of the analysis show various communication strategies used, including the use of visual content, keyword selection, and direct interaction with users. These findings provide deep insights into how marketing communication strategies can be optimized through social media platforms such as Facebook, particularly in the context of the skincare industry

Abstract

The creation of tourism-aware youth groups, or Pokdarwis, in various communities along the coast of Aceh Jaya Regency has demonstrated actual awareness of the huge potential of tourism. Pokdarwis Pasie Luah, located in Dayah Baroe Village, Krueng Sabee District, is one of these pokdarwis. Teuku Umar University collaborates with Pokdarwis Pasie Luah through community service activities to improve the quality of human resources in the tourism sector and to develop a marketing mix plan to entice tourists to visit tourist spots in Aceh Jaya. The execution of capacity building training and culinary instruction is the concrete aspect of this community service initiative.  Electric scooters, tents, and advertising materials have also been supplied to assist with promotional operations in order to boost visitor visits. Community service activities that contribute to the empowerment of the Pasie Luah Pokdarwis could serve as a model for initiatives to empower other pokdarwis in Aceh Jaya Regency. So that the results of this community program can be sustained and turned into a movement for all tourist stakeholders to work together to promote the Aceh Jaya tourism sector.

Abstract

In the dynamic realm of modern tourism promotion, the influence of social media cannot be ignored. As the digital landscape continues to evolve, the art of copywriting is emerging as an indispensable tool for capturing audiences and driving target market engagement. This article discusses the implementation of copywriting training in the context of promoting tourist destinations on social media platforms. By exploring the interplay between persuasive language, storytelling, and the immersive nature of social media, this article highlights how effective copywriting techniques can transform ordinary travel narratives into engaging and irresistible tales. Through comprehensive analysis of successful campaigns, it uncovers strategies for creating compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences, elicits emotional connection, and ultimately fosters a desire to explore the causes on display. The implementation of this copywriting training has added insight to harness the power of words to arouse the desire to visit and inspire tourists to start a pleasant tour.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi telah berdampak terhadap perubahan sosial. Menghadapi perubahan dunia yang sangat dinamis, generasi muda sangat penting untuk dibekali dengan bekal berupa iman dan taqwa serta ilmu pengetahuan yang memadai serta penguasaan teknologi yang mumpuni. Sederhananya, bekal tersebut dapat disebut sebagai IMTAQ dan IPTEK. Bekal tersebut sangat penting untuk menuntun generasi muda dapat menjalankan berbagai aktivitasnya saat ini dan di masa mendatang. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masayrakat ini dilakukan untuk membekali para siswa selaku generasi muda untuk lebih siap menghadapi era disrupsi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk memberi pembekalan kepada para siswa untuk membaca peluang dan tantangan yang potensial terjadi di era disrupsi. Harapannya, para siswa dapat memahami dengan baik berbagai tantangan yang akan mereka hadapi di era disrupsi serta dapat membekali diri dengan baik untuk meraih kesuksesan di masa mendatang.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in PT. New World Meulaboh. Service quality is a major basis for determining the level of customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Dunia Barusa Meulaboh workshop. This study uses simple linear regression using primary and secondary data. This sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The results of this study show that the simple linear regression equation shows that service quality affects the level of customer satisfaction at PT.Dunia Barusa Meulaboh Workshop. Therefore, companies need to continue to strive to improve service quality so that customers are more satisfied.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung dan menganalisis valuasi saham perusahaan LQ45 selama lima tahun yaitu periode 2020 sampai dengan 2024. Terdapat 25 perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel penelitian setelah dilakukan seleksi menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, berupa data-data yang terdapat dalam laporan keuangan yang terdiri dari laba bersih, ekuitas, dividen. Data lainnya yang dibutuhkan adalah data harga saham dan jumlah lembar saham yang beredar selama periode pengamatan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan perusahaan mana saja yang memiliki nilai undervalued dan overvalued. Hasil analisis merekomendasikan beberapa perusahaan yang dapat dijadikan pilihan bagi calon investor untuk melakukan investasi di periode mendatang.

Abstract

Academics are burdened with supplemental tasks that surpass their main responsibilities of teaching, research, and service. These tasks are often ambiguous and demanding, yet they are rarely beneficial for their career development. This conflicting role may result in burnout. Academics, however, may cope with these demands in numerous ways, including religion. This study examines the influence of teaching and life interference with research (TLR) on burnout, with religiosity as a moderator. The sample was 91 Muslim higher education academics in Indonesia. Hierarchical regression was used for analysis. The results showed the positive effect of TLR on burnout and the buffering effect of religiosity against burnout. However, religiosity did not moderate between TLR and burnout. Policymakers should design policies that reduce the workload of academics, while academics themselves should consider turning to religion to reduce their work stress.

Abstract

The implementation of public services carried out by the government still does not have a special orientation regarding effectiveness and quality improvement in providing services to the community. Service quality is comprehensive and does not fully become a component of government organizations in carrying out services to the community. This study aims to see how the service quality of Bappeda employees in Aceh Barat Daya Regency is. Where, this case study was conducted in the field of data development control and planning, control, evaluation of regional development, research, and development that have not been maximized in meeting the wishes of the community by using 5 dimensions which include reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangible, and quality. The research method used is descriptive research method with data analysis method using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The research sample was taken by purposive sampling totaling 50 respondents. Based on the results of the research, the conclusions that can be drawn are that all attributes have been carried out well by the Bappeda. Meanwhile, from the analysis of the gap between expectations and performance of Bappeda employees of Aceh Barat Daya Regency, none of them has exceeded consumer expectations.

Abstract

Service quality is an act or service within a company to meet the requirements and all needs are made to meet consumer needs. Perceived price is a consumer's assessment of the price offered whether it is appropriate and reasonable when compared to the quality of the product. Product quality is the capability, advantages, durability and functions possessed by the product. The purpose of this study was conducted to determine service quality, perceived price and product quality on purchasing decisions for Toyota Avanza cars at PTDunia Barusa. The population of Toyota Avanza car buyers and their samples is 120 buyers taken by means of the sampling method. Multiple linear regression is the analytical method used. According to research, consumer decisions to buy goods are influenced by service quality, price perceptions, and product quality
