This research is one of the human resources research that includes the application of scientific methods to find out the truth about human resource management. This study is one of the quantitative research taking the number of respondents, namely as many as 31 employees at the head office of PT. Agro Sinergi Nusantara Ujong Beurosok Aceh Barat, in the sampling process using the Saturated Sampling technique, where library research, interviews and questionnaires or questionnaires have been prepared in advance before conducting research. There are two independent variables in this research process, namely work experience and motivation and the dependent variable, namely employee performance, which is tested by multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it is known that the work experience variable and the motivation variable have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the employee performance variable at the head office of PT. Agro Sinergi Nusantara Ujong Beurosok Aceh Barat, but partially the work experience variable has a significant and positive effect on the employee performance variable at the head office of Pt. Agro Sinergi Nusantara Ujong Beurosok Aceh Barat, Work motivation has a significant and positive effect on employee performance at the head office of PT. Agro Sinergi Nusantara Ujong Beurosok Aceh Barat

This study aims to describe the empowerment program of mualaf (convert) at the Baitul Mal Aceh, Indonesia. The case study using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews with the head of the field of collection in Baitul Mal Aceh, mualaf, stakeholders and direct participatory observation and documentation. In validating data, this study uses data triangulation techniques before being analyzed through data reduction and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the empowerment program implemented by Baitul Mal Aceh through its work programs has a role and influence in the empowerment of mualaf in Aceh. Muslim converts have a good relationship with neighbors and have been able to meet the needs of daily life. Not only empowered economically, converts also experience an increase in spiritual terms.

Kinerja guru sangat menentukan mutu pendidikan setiap daerah di Indonesia. Guru harus memahami tugas dan tanggunjawab yang diberikan kepadanya. Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya maka guru harus mampu menghasilkan pembelajaran bermutu, hal ini harus didikung oleh kemampuan dalam mentranfer ilmu kepada siswa dan mampu mendesain pembelajaran yang aplikatif sehingga terciptanya prosespembelajaran yang baik. Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, seorang guru harus dilakukan pengawasan dan evaluasi terkait dengan tugas dan tanggungjawab yang dibebankan kepadanya agar tercapai visi dan misi yang telah dibuat sebelumnya. Monitoring, evaluasi dan memotivasi merupakan tugas dan tanggungjawab kepala sekolah selaku pimpinan dalam sebuah sekolah. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di sekolah menengah pertama sekecataman Meureubo kabupaten Aceh barat.

This survey examines relationship between recruitment, sport facilities and empowerment through motivation toward athletes’ prestations. The survey took 119 athletes as data whose included in Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Pelajar (PLPP) dan Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Daerah (PPLD) Aceh. This research used path analysis to analyze the data and finds that recruitment, sport facilities and empowerment have an impact to the motivation and athletes’ prestations directly and indirectly. Through that condition indirectly all the exogenous factors have impact to athletes’ prestations. Key words : recruitment, sport facilities, empowerment, motivation, athletes’ prestations

This study aims to describe how the process of preparing the Treasurer's Accountability Report (LPJ) on the SPRINT application and the preparation of Financial Statements on the E-rekon LK application. This research method uses qualitative research methods. Where qualitative research is descriptive research and tends to use inductive analysis and approaches (Rahmat, 2019). With data collection techniques, namely from primary data and secondary data, where primary data was obtained from interviews that were asked directly to the Verification and Accounting Section employees at KPPN Meulaboh and secondary data was obtained from the Ministry of Finance and DJPB websites online. This research was conducted at KPPN Meulaboh Jl.sisingamangaraja, West Aceh Regency. And also this research was carried out from March 2021 to August 2021. However, the problem that sometimes arises is the delay in submitting the LPJ Treasurer and Financial Report to KPPN Meulaboh so that the preparation of LK related to BUN (State Treasurer) is late. The results of the use of these two applications can make the satker or KPPN easy and fast in preparing the LPJ Treasurer and Financial Statements.

Indikator Kinerja Pelaksanaan Anggaran (IKPA) adalah peraturan yang dibuat oleh Kementerian Keuangan selaku BUN sebagai alat pengukur pelaksana kinerja. Penggunaan IKPA adalah salah satu bentuk pola perubahan pemikiran bahwa kinerja pelaksanaan anggaran bukan hanya dinilai dari penyerapan anggarannya tapi juga mengingat pada saat ini banyak aspek kinerja pelaksanaan anggaran yang tersedia dalam database pelaksanaan anggaran yang relevan untuk dijadikan bahan evaluasi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis perhitungan kinerja dengan mekanisme IKPA terhadap kepuasan dan kinerja satker pada Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara (KPPN) Meulaboh. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data adalah mewawancarai, deskriptif kualitatif, dan membagikan kuesioner kepada satuan kerja (satker) Meulaboh. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah satuan kerja yang menjalin kerja sama dengan KPPN yaitu sebanyak 4 kabupaten wilayah aceh, diantaranya Aceh Barat, Aceh Jaya, Nagan Raya dan Seumelue. Hasil penelitian ini penulis dapat menguraikan tentang bahwa Satuan Kerja (satker) puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pegawai KPPN Meulaboh.

Penelitian sebelumnya telah memberikan wawasan berharga tentang bagaimana dan mengapa karyawan membuat keputusan tentang adopsi dan penggunaan teknologi informasi (TI) di tempat kerja. Dari sudut pandang organisasi, bagaimanapun, masalah yang lebih penting adalah bagaimana manajer membuat keputusan tentang intervensi yang dapat menyebabkan penerimaan yang lebih besar dan pemanfaatan TI yang efektif. Ada penelitian terbatas dalam literatur implementasi TI yang berhubungan dengan peran intervensi untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan manajerial tersebut. Khususnya, ada kebutuhan untuk memahami bagaimana berbagai intervensi dapat mempengaruhi determinan adopsi dan penggunaan TI yang diketahui. Untuk mengatasi kesenjangan dalam literatur ini, kami mengambil dari banyak penelitian tentang model penerimaan teknologi (TAM), khususnya pekerjaan pada faktor penentu kegunaan yang dirasakan dan kemudahan penggunaan yang dirasakan, dan: (i) mengembangkan jaringan nomologis yang komprehensif (model terintegrasi) dari faktor-faktor penentu adopsi dan penggunaan tingkat individu (TI); (ii) menguji secara empiris model terintegrasi yang diusulkan; dan (iii) menyajikan agenda penelitian yang berfokus pada potensi intervensi sebelum dan sesudah implementasi yang dapat meningkatkan adopsi dan penggunaan TI oleh nasabah. Temuan dan agenda penelitian kami memiliki implikasi penting untuk pengambilan keputusan manajerial pada implementasi TI dalam organisasi.

The purpose of this community service is to develop the ability of youth to develop an ability to build a business using online methods, especially in marketing area. This is important because technology can help entrepreneurs to access more customers and it is easy to practice with only little knowledge. Covid-19 pandemic also bring a new situation and entrepreneurs should be creative to cope with this change. The problem of many young entrepreneurs are they still feel reluctant to use technology as they think it is expensive and complicated. Other problems are some of them have difficulty to build a new business as they have a lack of fund and access to financial institutions, not knowing how to conduct an accounting or manage the financial things and cannot handle the marketing of their business. So, this socialisation brings some solution to young people to improve their ability to conduct a business using online methods, provide business skills especially in online marketing area, and motivate them to eager to conduct business during Covid-19 pandemic.

Komunikasi merupakan bagian integral dari kualitas pelayanan dalam industry jasa termasuk industri pariwisata. Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik yang dimiliki oleh pelaku pariwisata mengindikasikan profesionalitas dan meningkatkan kenyamanan pengunjung saat menikmati liburan. Di era modern saat ini komunikasi Bahasa Inggris menjadi krusial untuk mempromosikan pariwisata. Terlebih lagi wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Aceh Jaya tidak lagi hanya terbatas pada wisatawan local ataupun domestic. Banyak juga wisatawan asing yang berkunjung untuk menikmati eksotisme alam Aceh Jaya. Oleh karena itu kemampuan komunikasi Bahasa Inggris akan sangat membantu pelaku wisata untuk memberikan pelayanan optimal kepada para wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Aceh Jaya.Communication is an integral part of service quality in the service industry, including the tourism industry. Good communication skills possessed by tourism actors indicate professionalism and increase the comfort of visitors while enjoying holidays. In this modern era, English communication is crucial to promote tourism. Moreover, tourists visiting Aceh Jaya are no longer limited to local or domestic tourists. Many foreign tourists also visit to enjoy the exotic nature of Aceh Jaya. Therefore, the ability to communicate in English will greatly assist tour operators in providing optimal service to tourists visiting Aceh Jaya.

This study aims to understand how perceived organizational politics affects the interactions among Civil Servants (Pegawai Negeri Sipil - PNS) in West Aceh. 472 respondents were collected for the study and analyzed using the partial least square method. The research findings revealed that relationship and communication do not directly influence meaningful work. However, in the context of perceived organizational politics (POP), meaningful work plays a crucial role in reducing the negative effects of organizational politics. Employees who perceive their work as meaningful show higher motivation, reduced tension, increased engagement, and greater commitment to the organization. A positive organizational reputation and meaningful work together contribute to reducing perceived organizational politics, creating a harmonious and productive work environment. While resource does not affect meaningful work, unfair resource competition can impact employee engagement by causing dissatisfaction and reduced collaboration. Therefore, PNS management needs to create a fair, transparent, and empowering work environment to enhance employee engagement and well-being. These research findings offer valuable insights for organizational managers in understanding the importance of fostering a meaningful work environment and reducing disruptive organizational politics for employees.
