Abstract

Manage knowledge is actually how the organization manages staff, so that knowledge managementis how people from different places start talking to each other, which is now popular with the label learning organization. Expected with implementation knowledge management system will be able to improve the performance of Higher Education so that it has a competitive advantage in facing global competition. Knowledge management is basically a view that information is power, but now it is proven that ownership of information is not enough, but more importantly how the information is judged so that it becomes an idea, and the idea is then given context so that it becomes knowledge. Because the position of knowledge is so important in context that it becomes knowledge. To maintain a sustainable competitive advantage, organizations can do this by adding new knowledge. The combination of old and new knowledge creates new uniqueness which ultimately creates opportunities for knowledge synergies. Knowledge can be a long-lasting competitive advantage when an organization knows more about something than its competitors. Not like resources other traditional methods that can be reduced when used, knowledge will actually increase when used. The more frequently used knowledge, the more valuable it will be to the organization.

Abstract

Among the learning alternatives that can be used to answer one of the problems in educationrelated to the learning experience is to use an experiential learning model which is almostsimilar to the scientific approach in thematic learning. Where thematic learning emphasizesmore on the application of the concept of learning by doing something (learning by doing).Therefore, teachers need to package or design learning experiences that will affect thesignificance of student learning. Learning experiences that show the relationship of theseconceptual elements make the learning process more effective. The conceptual relationshipbetween the subjects studied and will form a schema, so that students will gain knowledgeabout unity and unity. In addition, the implementation of thematic learning in elementaryschools will help students, because it is in accordance with the stage of development ofstudents who still see everything as a whole (holistic). Learning will provide opportunities forstudents to understand the complex problems that exist in the surrounding environment with acomplete view. With this thematic learning, students are expected to have the ability to identify,collect, assess and use the information around them in a meaningful way. This can be obtainednot only through the provision of new knowledge to students but also through the opportunityto strengthen and apply it in a variety of new situations that are increasingly diverse. Thus, theintegration in this thematic learning can be seen from the process aspect, curriculum aspect,and teaching and learning aspect.

Abstract

One of the strategies and learning models is a cooperative learning strategy. Cooperative learning is a learning strategy that has recently received attention and is recommended by education experts to use. There are two reasons why cooperative learning is the choice, first, several research results prove that the use of cooperative learning can improve student achievement while at the same time increasing social relationship skills, fostering an attitude of acceptance of the shortcomings of self and others, and can increase self-esteem. Second, cooperative learning can realize students' needs in learning to think, solve problems, and integrate knowledge with skills. And these two reasons, then cooperative learning is a form of learning that can improve the learning system that has had weaknesses. In a good learning plan, a teacher must prepare carefully the learning scenarios that will be carried out in the class later. Starting from the goals and competencies that will or must be achieved in the meeting, certain methods and teaching aids needed, evaluations to be used and so on, so that with detailed preparation procedures will make a teacher really ready to teach.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk mengeksplorasi dasar dasar kepemimpinan visioner. Pemimpin yang ideal harus mampu meyakinkan pengikutnya untuk mewujudkan impian yang diharapkan dalam bentuk visi organisasi. Visi organisasi ini memandu sekolah ke masa depan sehingga dapat membuat perbedaan dalam pertumbuhan sekolah untuk mencapai tujuan visi organisasi. Gaya kepemimpinan efektif yang dipraktekkan di era social adalah gaya kepemimpinan visioner karena dipandang sebagai gaya kepemimpinan yang menuntut setiap organisasi untuk mengikuti perubahan. Artikel ini dibuat dengan menggunakan metode pencarian literature dengan mencapai dan mengkaji sumber sumber yang terkait dengan penelitian kepemimpinan berwawasan kedepan. Hasil studi literature kepemimpinan visioner adalah pengembangan berbagai kepemimpinan transaksional, termasuk kepemimpinan visioner dan kepemimpinan budaya.

Abstract

Penetapan standard SPMI merupakan kegiatan penetapan standard yang terdiri atas Standar Nasional Pndidikan Tinggi (SN Dikti) yang ditetapkan oleh PT sendiri. Standar nasional di dalam UU No 3 tahun 2020 terdiri dari standard pendidikan, standard penelitian dan standard pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Penetapan standard dibutuhkan untuk melakukan penjaminan mutu internal, meliputi visi, misi, peraturan akademik, selanjutnya untuk program studi tersedia spesifikasi program studi, kompetensi lulusan, instruksi kerja dan manual prosedur ditambah dengan dokumen pendukung. Penetapan standard ditambah dengan dokumen internal dan eksternal yang mengacu kepada Undang-undang/ Peraturan PT serta visi dan misi PT. Butir butir mutu pedoman penjamin mutu Dikti. Badan Nasional PT dan bisa ditambahkan standard mutu akreditasi Internasional bagi PT yang sudah maju.

Abstract

Fokus pembahasan di penelitian ini adalah pada permasalahan. Jasa pendidikan di lembaga pendidikan yang pada saat ini memiliki banyak tantangan di era global. Pemasaran jasa pendidikan merupakan strategi peningkatan kuantitas peserta didik yang merupakan suatu elemen bagi kemajuan taraf pendidikan pada suatu lembaga pendidikan. Tulisan ini secara khusus akan membahas bagaimanakah pemasaran yang diterapkan MA Muhammadiyah Metro sebagai strategi peningkatan kuantitas peserta didik. Abstract

Kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin sekolah sangat berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas Kinerja guru yang merupakan elemen penting dalam pendidikan, selain itu juga merupakan penentu tinggi rendahnya kulitas pendidikan. Kinerja guru dilakukan oleh guru dalam melaksanakan tugas seoerang pendidik. Kualitas kinerja sangat menetukan pada hasil pendidikan dikarenakan guru adalah elemen terpenting dalam pendidikan. Guru merupakan sosok yang paling sering berinteraksi secara langsung dengan siswa saat proses pemebelajaran .Untuk melakukan itu semua , guru sebagai pengajar dan siswa sebagai subjek belajar, dituntu adanya profil kualifikasi tententu dalam pengetahuan, kemampuan, sikap dan tata niali serta sifat-sifat pribadi, agar proses itu dapat berlangsung dengan efektif dan efesien Namun dalam pelaksaanannya pembelajaran masih dianggap rumit oleh sebagai guru, karena guru harus memahaminya dengan baik agar dalam pembelajaran terjadi interaksi belajar yang baik. Oleh karena guru memmerlukan mentor atau pemimpin yang dapat membantu memahami semua konsep pembelajaran dengan baik.
