Abstract

This study aims to determine "The Influence of Brand Image and Product Quality on Purchase Decisions of Acer Brand Laptops (Case Study of STIE BINA KARYA TEBING TINGGI STUDENTS)". The sampling method used in this study was to use the Saturated Sampling formula for 39 samples who were Acer laptop users at STIE BINA KARYA students. Based on the results of the analysis of hypothesis 1, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Brand Image variable (X1) influences the Purchase Decision variable (Y) with a tcount (3.359) > ttable (2.434) . Based on the results of the analysis of hypothesis 2, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is rejected, meaning that the Product Quality variable (X2) has no effect on the Purchase Decision variable (Y) with a tcount (0.387) < ttable (2.026). 3.

Abstract

This research was conducted in 2022 in Huta Koje Village, Padangsidimpuan Tenggara sub-district. This study aims to determine the relationship between the duration of breastfeeding and the nutritional status of infants, to determine the relationship between complementary feeding and the nutritional status of infants and to determine the relationship between weaning and the nutritional status of infants in the village of Huta Koje. In this study, researchers used a cross-sectional method which aimed to determine the relationship between the duration of breastfeeding, early complementary feeding, early weaning of infants with the nutritional status of infants in Huta Koje Village, Padang Sidimpuan Southeast District. Anthropometry by measuring baby's weight based on body weight per baby's age. Body weight is one of the parameters that provide an overview of body mass. Body mass is very sensitive to sudden changes, such as a decrease in appetite, due to infection and a decrease in the amount of food consumed. Body weight is an anthropological parameter. From the results of this study, it was found out the relationship between the length of time the baby was breastfed, the provision of MP-ASI with nutritional status and the relationship between weaning. It was found that the duration of breastfeeding had a relationship with nutritional status, the provision of MP-ASI also had a relationship with the nutritional status of infants while in this study weaning did not have a significant relationship with the nutritional status of infants. due to infection and a decrease in the amount of food consumed. Abstract

The e-commerce business is growing and developing rapidly in Indonesia, the high interest in online shopping in the community has made a lot of new e-commerce pop up in Indonesia. One of the largest e-commerce providers in Indonesia is Shopee. Flash sale programs and free shipping promotions make Shopee one of the most popular online platforms in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze how the effect of flash sales and free shipping promotions on purchasing decisions of e-commerce Shopee (a case study on STIE Bina Karya Tebing Tinggi student). This type of research is quantitative research with an associative approach. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique and used 65 respondents as samples. The primary data used in this study was obtained by distributing questionnaires via Google form, while the secondary data was obtained through a literature study. The data analysis method used the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis test. The results of the research conducted showed that the flash sale variable (X1) did not significantly influence purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the variable free shipping promo (X2) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, however, the flash sale and free shipping promo variables simultaneously (simultaneously) affect purchasing decisions (Y). The coefficient of determination test shows that there is a fairly close relationship between flash sales and free shipping promotions on purchasing decisions with an R-value of 0.836. Through the adjusted R square value, it is also known that the flash sale variable and free shipping promo contributed 69% to the purchasing decision variable,

Abstract

Clean water is a basic need for humans, so it is only natural that the clean water sector is given priority in handling and fulfilling it. PDAM as a regional clean water management company should be able to meet this need. With the existing treatment system and piping network system, PDAM is expected to be able to meet the clean water needs of the people in Pematangsiantar City. The purpose of this study was to find out whether it is necessary to increase water production to meet the current clean water needs of PDAM Tirtauli customers, to simulate clean water distribution pipelines in Pematangsiantar City using the EPANET 2.0 program, and to compare the simulation results of clean water distribution pipelines using the program. EPANET 2. 0 with the results of the distribution pipe network system planning for the current existing conditions. Based on the simulation results, the pressure value for the peak hours of water use is 0.2 kg/cm (2 m) for the lowest pressure, while the highest pressure is 2.19 kg/cm (21 m). In addition, a comparison of the pressure value from the simulation results was also carried out with the results of field measurements at Karangsari Permai Housing Complex. From this comparison, the pressure value obtained from the simulation results was 0.2 kg/cm (2 m), while the pressure value for field measurements carried out by the NRW PDAM Tirtauli team in this housing was 0.14 Kg/cm (1.4 m). The difference in pressure values was caused by the age factor. pipes, water leaks, and limited research data. Abstract

In this Final Project a submersible pump type pump has been applied. From the data pump the capacity is 27.10 l / sec. The pump head is 14.62 m based on calculations in the field. By using empirical equations, we can determine the main parameters of pump planning, namely specific speed, pressure loss on the pipe wall, length, diameter and type of pipe, the number and type of pipe accessories used.By conducting research and measurements on the field obtained a 6 inch pipe diameter, Ci type and 1260 meter pipe length using Hazen William formula and continuity of flow and pressure loss along the pipe (loss head friction) and pressure loss (minor loss head) is 20.50 meters.

Abstract

StudyThis study aims to determine the service of distribution of clean water from the Bahsikam spring at PDAM Tirtauli, Pematangsiantar City, especially for the Siantar Marihat sub-district. Where the sample is 100 people. It is known that there is a significant influence between the variables of water color (X1), water odor (X2), water odor (X3) and water pressure (Continuity) on consumer satisfaction (Y) in PDAM Tirtauli, Pematangsiantar City. Based on the table above, the partial test results state that the variable smell of water (X1), taste of water (X2) and color of water (X3) can be seen by comparing the significance value of the variable with α = 5%, so if the significance value is <0.05, the variable is partially independent. significant effect on the independent variable. As for Continuity,The known R Square value is0.993 or 99.3 %indicates that the variable job satisfaction (Y) is affectedthe smell of water (X1), the taste of water (X2) and the color of water (X3),99.3% and the remaining 7% are influenced by variables not examined.in this research.
