Abstract

The Bakrie Mosque is a religious tourism area with strategic potential in shaping the identity of the city. This study discusses the concepts of accentuation and escalation in the development of the mosque area as an effort to strengthen its appeal, social function, and city image. Accentuation is understood as the affirmation of the visual, architectural, and narrative character of the area, while escalation refers to the increase in capacity, facilities, and diversification of tourism activities. The study aims to identify visual characteristics and formulate design guidelines that align the public corridor with the mosque's grandeur. Using a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study strategy, data were collected through structured observation and visual recording of street elements within a 500-meter radius. The results indicate that applying these concepts contributes significantly to creating a sustainable tourism ecosystem and positioning the Bakrie Mosque as a representative city icon. The analysis reveals a visual disparity between the landmark and micro-street elements, necessitating a "Visual Harmonization" strategy. This article provides a conceptual perspective that can be utilized in development strategies for other religious tourism areas.

Abstract

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications such as Odoo generally do not have predictive analytics capabilities for time series data and are limited to recording historical financial data. The limitations of ERP systems make companies dependent on traditional statistical models such as ARIMA, which often fail to capture complex non-linear patterns in financial data. However, the ability to accurately predict cash flow is crucial for strategic financial management in companies. This study aims to develop and evaluate a predictive model using a Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) approach that is accurate and integrated into Odoo ERP. The research method includes designing a microservices architecture with FastAPI as a bridge between Odoo ERP, the predictive model, and prediction graph visualization. The LSTM model is evaluated by comparing it with the ARIMA model using 3,740 Daily cash flow data, with evaluation metrics MAE, MAPE, R2. System testing will use Black Box Testing and White Box Testing. The research results show that LSTM significantly outperforms the ARIMA model with an R2 evaluation of 0.8801 and an accuracy of 96.62%. The system testing results also yielded positive outcomes as the integration architecture runs stably and functionally. This research contributes by providing an Odoo ERP system that has predictive analysis capabilities with interactive graphical visualizations through Grafana, which helps companies make decisions effectively.

Abstract

This study examines digital public relations strategies employed through Instagram in promoting environmental sustainability, focusing on the official account of NU Care-LAZISNU, @nucare_lazisnu. Using a qualitative research design, the study applies descriptive thematic content analysis to Instagram posts related to environmental sustainability published over a defined period. The analysis reveals that sustainability communication is predominantly oriented toward informational and educational messages, supported by visual storytelling that enhances message clarity and public awareness. Image-building strategies play a significant role in integrating environmental sustainability into the organization’s humanitarian identity, thereby strengthening organizational credibility and public trust. Persuasive messages and explicit calls to action generate higher levels of audience engagement, indicating the importance of participatory communication in sustainability campaigns. However, the findings also show limited dialogic interaction, suggesting that Instagram is primarily utilized as a one-way communication channel rather than a fully interactive public relations platform. This study contributes to the literature on digital public relations and environmental communication by providing empirical evidence from a non-profit, faith-based organizational context in a developing country. The findings offer practical insights for organizations seeking to enhance the effectiveness of sustainability communication through social media.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the ease, speed, security, and accounting literacy in the use of QRIS affect accounting students' interest in it as their electronic payment method. The study uses a quantitative approach by distributing a Likert scale questionnaire to accounting students at Medan State University who were selected through purposive sampling. The analysis was conducted through validity, reliability, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, t-test, F-test, and multiple linear regression tests. The results revealed that convenience, speed, and security had a positive and significant effect on interest in using QRIS. On the other hand, accounting literacy did not show a significant effect even though the coefficient was positive. Simultaneously, all independent variables were proven to have an effect on interest in using QRIS and were highly significant. The study concludes that student interest is more determined by the aspects of convenience, speed, and security of transactions, while accounting literacy is not a determining factor in the use of QRIS.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of using rice husk charcoal as an adsorbent in adsorption-assisted distillation for bioethanol purification. The research is motivated by the need for more efficient, low-cost, and sustainable bioethanol purification methods, considering the limitations of conventional distillation due to azeotrope formation and high energy consumption. An experimental laboratory method was employed by varying the mass of rice husk charcoal at 3 g, 5 g, and 7 g under a constant operating temperature of 78 °C and an initial ethanol concentration of 70%. Performance parameters analyzed included ethanol concentration improvement, separation efficiency, bioethanol yield, and condenser performance. The results indicate that increasing adsorbent mass significantly enhances ethanol purity, with the highest concentration of 89.4% and maximum separation efficiency achieved at 7 g of adsorbent. However, the highest bioethanol yield was obtained at 3 g of adsorbent, indicating a trade-off between product purity and quantity. Overall, rice husk charcoal is proven to be an effective, environmentally friendly alternative adsorbent with strong potential for application in small- to medium-scale bioethanol purification systems.

Abstract

This research aims to develop teaching materials for writing short stories with the help of Moodle with a differentiated learning approach at SMA Triguna 1956 to overcome student demotivation and the limitations of conventional methods. Using the Research and Development (RD) method with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model, this research involves needs analysis, expert validation (media and materials), and trials to grade XI students. The validation results showed a very high level of eligibility, namely 91.07% (media experts) and 88.3% (material experts), while the students' trial obtained an average score of above 74%, proving that this teaching material is effective and suitable for use. The research findings revealed that the integration of Moodle with a differentiation approach successfully facilitated more adaptive learning, although further testing in various school contexts was required, technology training for students, and the development of materials for other language skills. This study makes a significant contribution to the development of differentiation-based digital teaching materials, with recommendations for further research to evaluate its long-term impact.

Abstract

The adoption of QRIS in Pontianak has continued to grow in line with changing payment patterns among the community. This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived ease of use and perceived benefit on QRIS user satisfaction. A quantitative method with an associative design was employed, involving 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed through validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that all instruments were valid and reliable, the data were normally distributed, and no multicollinearity was detected. Regression analysis produced a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.708 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.502. The F-test confirmed that both independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on satisfaction (F = 48.806; p 0.001). Partial tests showed that perceived ease of use (β = 0.401; p 0.001) and perceived benefit (β = 0.274; p = 0.002) each exert a significant positive influence. In conclusion, QRIS user satisfaction is determined by the perceived ease of use and perceived benefits. The practical implication emphasizes the need for service providers to continuously improve accessibility, security, and the added value of transactions. Future research is recommended to incorporate additional variables such as trust or service quality and to extend the scope of study areas for broader generalization.

Abstract

Corruption is an extraordinary crime that causes great harm to the country's finances and threatens social justice and national economic stability. The urgency of this study lies in the search for effective strategies to cause a deterrent effect against corruption perpetrators who have been considered still weak. This study aims to analyze the concept of asset seizure as an instrument of impoverishment of corruptors in order to strengthen the effectiveness of law enforcement and recovery of State losses. The research method used is juridical normative, with an analytical approach to legislation, legal doctrine, and relevant academic literature. The Data was collected through a literature study of primary legal materials (such as the corruption law and the TPPU law) and secondary legal materials in the form of research results and views of criminal law experts. The application of asset confiscation has a strategic role in returning state losses and impoverishing corruption perpetrators so that they no longer enjoy the results of their crimes. However, its effectiveness is still hampered by the absence of the Non-Conviction Based (NCB) asset seizure law and weak coordination between law enforcement agencies. The concept of impoverishment of corruptors through asset expropriation also has a philosophical basis in retributive justice theory and deterrence theory, which emphasize deterrent effects through the removal of economic gains from criminal acts. Asset seizure as an additional crime needs to be regulated more comprehensively in special regulations so that it can be applied consistently and transparently. Legal reform, increased inter-institutional coordination, and accelerated ratification of the asset seizure law are important steps in strengthening the eradication of corruption in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on firms’ financial performance and explores the moderating effects of Ownership Concentration (OC), Ownership Balance (OB), and Ownership Type (OT) within Indonesian mining companies. Adopting a quantitative research design, the study utilizes secondary data derived from annual and sustainability reports of mining firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Corporate financial performance is proxied by Return on Assets (ROA), while CSR is assessed through the extent of CSR disclosure. Data analysis is conducted using multiple regression techniques, including moderated regression analysis. The empirical findings reveal that CSR exerts a positive and statistically significant impact on financial performance, indicating that greater CSR disclosure and implementation are associated with higher ROA. The results further show that Ownership Concentration diminishes the positive effect of CSR on financial performance, implying that controlling shareholders may emphasize short-term objectives, thereby limiting the strategic benefits of CSR initiatives. Ownership Balance enhances the relationship between CSR and financial performance by promoting stronger oversight and improved corporate governance. Ownership Type does not serve as a significant moderating variable, suggesting that the CSR–financial performance relationship does not differ between state-owned and non-state-owned enterprises. The findings highlight that while CSR contributes to improved financial outcomes, its impact is contingent upon the firm’s ownership structure. This study offers valuable insights for policymakers and corporate leaders in formulating governance arrangements and CSR policies that foster long-term corporate sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of product quality, price, and promotion on consumers’ purchase decisions at Garis Coffee, Pontianak City, within the context of increasingly intense coffee shop competition in South Pontianak. The study employs a quantitative approach with a survey design. Primary data were collected through questionnaires and supported by brief interviews with management to enrich contextual business information, while secondary data were obtained from internal business documents. The sample consisted of 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling, with the criteria that respondents were 17–40 years old and had previously made or were currently making a purchase at Garis Coffee. Data were analyzed using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. The results indicate that the regression model is significant simultaneously (F = 43.850; p 0.001) and explains 57.8% of the variance in purchase decisions (R² = 0.578; R = 0.760). Partially, product quality (β = 0.239; t = 2.859; p = 0.005), price (β = 0.163; t = 2.226; p = 0.028), and promotion (β = 0.301; t = 4.042; p 0.001) show that all independent variables have positive and significant partial effects on purchase decisions. These findings confirm that purchase decisions in coffee shops are not determined by a single factor, but by a combination of product attributes, value perceptions reflected through pricing, and promotional effectiveness. The study recommends strengthening quality consistency, implementing measurable pricing strategies, and designing more targeted promotional activities. Future research is encouraged to incorporate variables such as service quality, store atmosphere, and brand image to improve the model’s explanatory power.
