Abstract

The number of tourists visiting Aceh increases every year . This is due to the fact that there are numerous kinds of tourist attraction in Aceh. These tourism objects are scattered from districts to cities in Aceh. Accessibility in reaching these tourist destinations is also effortless. It is challenging to determine which tourism object you want to visit, therefore better search more information prior visit the destination. Afterwards, prospective tourists compare and choose tourism objects that suitable with the criteria. Decision support systems can assist prospective tourists in choosing tourist destinations using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The data used in this study derived from internal data as well as external data, several tourist destinations with several criteria to be used are alternatives to be compared. In this study, there are several criteria needed to guide prospective tourists to take decisions, such as distance, cost, facilities, time and age. This study used interviews, literature studies and data analysis method. The criteria for distance and cost are the criteria that have the greatest contribution in determining the best alternative tourist destination in Aceh. Based on the entirely alternatives and criteria in this study, the Baiturrahman Grand Mosque was chosen as the best alternative tourist destination in Aceh with a total preference value of 3. The SAW method is an effective and practical calculating method to determine the best tourist destination in Aceh, therefore the potential tourists will conviniently determine tourist destination that suitable their criteria and desires.

Abstract

The chili plant is one of the plants cultivated in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT). Kupang Regency is one of the chili producing areas in NTT. Overall chili production in Kupang Regency from 2019 to 2020 has increased. However, the increase in production has not been maximized considering the large amount of land that has not been used as agricultural land. Therefore we need a system that helps in determining the suitability of agricultural land for planting chilies. In this research case-based reasoning (CBR) in determining the suitability of agricultural land for chili plants. The method used in this research is Naïve Bayes with 7 criteria, namely, rainfall, drainage, soil texture, soil depth, C-organic, land slope and the danger of a disaster. The process of finding a solution begins by eliminating irrelevant data using the Naive Bayes method and continues with ranking the best similarity values ​​using KNN. Based on the test results with 110 cases of chili fields, the highest accuracy result is 92.2%, and the average accuracy result of the entire fold is 89.1%.

Abstract

In NTT, the number of malnutrition cases among children under five have increased annually. TTS regency is in the top three in terms of the number of cases of malnutrition with 442 cases of under-five in 2016. In Tetaf Health Center, Kuatnana Disctrict, the status of malnutrition has been determined manually which results in the inappropriate service. Therefore, a system is needed aiding in providing right recomendation which leads to appropriate service. In this paper, a decision support systems (DSS) approach in determining malnutrition status in toddlers has been implemented by using Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting (F-SAW) with four criteria, namely, age, a comparison of weight (kg) to age, a comparison of height (cm) to age, and gender. This study uses accuracy testing. Accuracy testing obtained an accuracy rate of 100% from 50 data, with 8 under-nutrition toddlers, 7 malnourished toddlers, and 35 toddlers with good nutrition.

Abstract

Futsal is a sport that is currently popular in Indonesia, including in the city of Bandar Lampung which has quite a lot of fans of this futsal sport. One thing that makes this sport very popular is that in futsal, each team can compete with other teams. However, to be able to compete with other teams, sometimes each team has to wait for a futsal competition or tournament. Meanwhile, for playing matches with other teams when there is no competition, each team finds it difficult to find other teams that are willing to compete as a step to train in preparing the team for competitions or tournaments. The purpose of this study was to build an Android mobile based Futsal Match Training Application (ALT + F) to make it easier for every futsal team in Bandar Lampung to find sparring opponents. The software as a service methodology is used as the basis for the stages to build this application. Based on the results of testing using blackbox testing, the function of each feature developed in the ALT + F application is 100% functioning, so that the ALT + F application can find sparring opponents for the futsal team in Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

The use of social media during the current pandemic is the choice of the community in expressing their thoughts, one of which is Twitter. With the hashtag feature in the Twitter application, people can find out the latest trending information. With the current pandemic condition that raises many social, political, economic problems and so on, making Twitter a place for people to express their emotions. Not long ago, the hashtag #IndonesiaTerserah became a byword in the community because it described the public's disappointment with the handling of the Corona virus (COVID-19) in Indonesia. This study aims to see how the sentiments of the Indonesian people through the hashtag #IndonesiaTerserah. The sentiments were analyzed through the sent-strength algorithm, and classified into 3 classes, namely positive, neutral, and negative. This algorithm uses the lexicon as the basis for calculating the weight of the sentiment strength. The stages carried out in this study are the data crawling stage, data preprocessing and word weighting. The results of this study obtained 236 tweet data with 41.5% neutral sentiment, 32.2% negative sentiment, and 26.3% positive sentiment. This research is expected to be a benchmark for stakeholders in making a decision.

Abstract

In the current era, technology has developed very rapidly, where smartphone and laptop users are increasing very rapidly, of course with the help of these tools we can complete various jobs and also to learn. This research was conducted by studying the literature with data collected from several sources related to the topic and by doing this research we can find out how effective the use of LMS is. During the current pandemic, learning was carried out using distance learning methods with many methods, one of which was the Learning Management System (LMS). There are many things that must be considered in the Distance Learning process, including the use of information technology and the given learning model. By utilizing this LMS learning model, the distant learning process can take place effectively.

Abstract

SIAPPARA is an application that used to manage market retribution by Dinas Koperasi, Perdagangan Dan Industri kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan. The SIAPPARA application consists of two platforms, namely a web application used by the admin and treasurer and a mobile application used by market officers. The application has been used by market officers in 12 people's markets in Humbang Hasundutan. To ensure that all functions in the application have been running according to the design and requirements, it is necessary to test both functional and non functional features. Testing is carried out with the aim of finding failures in applications that have been used. Before testing the application, the researcher makes a test design including the selection of methods and stages of testing. The method used in this research is literature study and experiment. Researchers used the literature study method in collecting theoretical references and information related to functional and non functional testing of applications. Researchers use the experimental method to choose the test method to be used and make a test design for the method that has been selected.The results of this study is a design of testing activities using Category Based Partition testing method, the Usability Testing test method with the Heuristic Evaluation technique, and the Performance Testing method.

Abstract

In this paper, the mathematical model used is the host-vector model for transmission on of dengue hemorrhagic fever where the host population consists of three compartments, namely susceptible host, infected, and recovered, while the vector population consists of two compartments, namely susceptible vector and infected vector. From this model, an estimate of the basic reproduction number will be constructed with the assumption that the number or humans and mosquitoes infected with the dengue virus grows exponentially with the same growth rate. Applications using field data in the City of Bima obtained an basic reproduction number estimates of . Because the estimated values for the basic reproduction number are greater than one, it illustrates that the spread of dengue hemorrhagic fever in Bima City from 2018 to 2020 is categorized as an epidemic.

Abstract

Red apple is one of the fruit plants with a lot of enthusiasts so it is very popular in the market. Red apples also have several types that at first glance look similar to one another. This is what makes it difficult for people to distinguish between red apples that are consumed, especially since there is no information label to explain these apples. Therefore, in this study a classification of red apples was carried out based on their shape and color characteristics. Image data used is secondary data in * JPG format with a size of 100 x 100 pixels. The method used is the extraction of the Mean HSV color feature (the output value is 3) and the Moment Invariant form feature (the output value is 7) so that each image has 10 values. Image classification results were obtained using Euclidean Distance. Meanwhile, the test scenario used K-Fold Cross Validation where 1,710 image data were divided into 10-folds with 171 images in each subset. From 10-fold tested 50 times, so that an average accuracy of 98.82% was obtained. The highest accuracy was obtained in the 46th test of 99.12% and the lowest accuracy was in the 48th test of 98.54%.

Abstract

Modeling an ERD can be done manually, but generally obtaining an Entity Relationship (ER) Diagram modeling manually will usually take a long time. So, it takes an ERD generator automation from the requirements specification to make it easier to do ERD modeling. This study will develop a system that produces ERD from requirements specifications in Indonesian by applying several stages of Natural Language Processing (NLP) according to needs research. The requirements specification used by the research team used technical document analysis. The stages of NLP used by the research team are: case folding, sentence segmentation, tokenization, POS tagging, chunking and parsing. Then the research team will conduct the words from the text that have been studied in the stages of NLP with the Rule-Based method to find a list of words that meet the ERD components such as: entities, attributes, primary keys and relations. The research team will describe the results obtained in the previous stage using the Graphviz library. From the results of the evaluation of the ERD system design, the research team used an expert evaluation evaluation. From the evaluation results obtained based on the evaluation of several cases, the results of the average precision, recall, and F1 scores from each expert are: 91%, 90%, 90% in expert 1; in expert 2 obtained 90%, 90%, 90%; in expert 3 obtained 98%, 94%, 96%; in expert 4 obtained 93%, 93%, 93%; and in expert 5 obtained 98%, 83%, 90%.
