Abstract

Research conducted at SDI Nurul Islam focused on the implementation of counseling guidance services at nurul islam Islamic elementary school. This research aims to objectively understand the situation of guidance and counseling in the school. The results of the interview with the Principal, revealed that guidance and counseling services involve various types, such as orientation, information, individual counseling, groups, and mediation. Class teachers also have a significant role in providing guidance and counseling. This research is a qualitative study that uses observation, interview, and documentation methods. Overall, this study provides an overview of the implementation of guidance and counseling services at SDI Nurul Islam. It was found that the role of teachers, especially class teachers, is very influential in helping students overcome problems. However, the study also highlighted the need for improvement in the thoroughness of guidance and counseling services, with a plan to develop specialized teachers to support students more optimally.

Abstract

Cyberbullying is a detrimental act carried out by a person or certain group in various ways, such as sending rude text messages, degrading photos, sensitive meme images, sensitive videos, and spreading personal information about someone through digital media such as someone's social media. the aim is to harass, insult, insinuate, or lower the self-esteem of other people. The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of cyberbullying on students' mental health, discuss prevention strategies that can be applied in educational environments, review the effectiveness of cyberbullying interventions in helping students who are victims, and identify changes in students' mental health after efforts to implement prevention and intervention strategies. The research method used is a literature review, which combines previous research from relevant literature sources on the theme of cyberbullying. The database was chosen with the consideration that 15 journals and articles were relevant to the 2016-2023 period, using a combination of keywords: cyberbullying, mental health, and students. The results showed that cyberbullying had a significant negative impact on college students' mental health, including depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. Factors that exacerbate cyberbullying include individual factors, groups, mentors, schools, and internet use. Acknowledging these factors can help develop more effective prevention strategies. Conclusion: According to the research mentioned, cyberbullying has a significant negative impact on the mental health of high school students, including depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. This emphasizes how important it is to understand and solve this problem. Several strategies can be implemented to prevent cyberbullying and protect the mental health of high school students. Among these are education and training, computer skills, social networking, scanning and screening, one-on-one instruction, counseling, legal advice, positive reinforcement, and further research. Further studies and continued efforts to prevent and overcome cyberbullying need to be carried out to create a safe and healthy environment for students.

Abstract

This research refers to the lack of enthusiasm for students' learning in Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects. This happens because educators do not provide interesting innovations in learning, so that students easily get bored and sleepy during the learning process. Ice breaking is a simple activity and quite easy to do, it only requires creative ideas from the educator. Ice breaking functions to change the stiffness during learning to become relaxed and relaxing, and reduces feelings of boredom and sleepiness in the learning process. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method and to collect research data, researchers conducted observations, interviews and case studies that occurred where the research took place.

Abstract

The journal entitled "Ice Breaking activities in teaching English for Junior High School students" aims to describe the process of ice breaking activities and the suitability of these activities with the principles of ice breaking activities. This research was conducted at MTsN 11 Agam using a qualitative approach. The participants in this study were one of the English teachers at the junior high school. The results of the study describe the process of ice breaking activities and the suitability of these activities with the principles of ice breaking activities. ice breaking activities used are "Tongue-twister, English Game". ice breaking activities begin by dividing students into groups, revealing the name of the ice breaking that will be applied, explaining the steps that must be carried out in ice breaking activities, and starting ice breaking activities by determining one of the students from several groups to repeat the words that have been conveyed by the teacher. Researchers also found that, ice breaking activities are generally started using mentioning the name of the ice breaking, giving instructions on how the ice breaking is done, conducting simulations, and starting ice breaking activities within five to 20 minutes. Furthermore, the results of the study shared that the ice breaking process carried out was in accordance with the principles of ice breaking.

Abstract

Abstract This article is the result of research which aims to determine the application of information technology-based learning in order to support teacher performance, and what are the obstacles and strategies for implementing information technology-based learning. This research uses a type of qualitative research with a naturalistic approach with primary data sources namely the principal, class teachers and students, while secondary data comes from various documents and writings. Data collection used observation techniques, in-depth interviews and several documentation attachments. Data analysis techniques start from data reduction, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the application of learning using information technology-based media can support teacher performance and students can be active and focused in capturing the learning provided by the teacher. Where by using information technology-based media the process of delivering material is easier and varied in the learning material that will be taught. There are still several obstacles and efforts experienced by teachers and students who have not yet mastered information technology, but these can be overcome. The most popular learning media nowadays is IT-based learning media. IT-based learning media is audio-visual media. With this audio visual, it can grow and even increase the learning motivation of students at all levels of education. IT-based learning media can be electronic, for example; web ebooks, e-modules, flash, interactive multimedia CDs and so on.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the factors that cause children's fixation or bottlenecks in understanding learning both at school and at home. This research method is qualitative using interview techniques and collecting materials in the form of scientific journals. In this research, researchers found several important things from journals and also responses from sources regarding factors that could cause fixation or learning bottlenecks in children, such as attention disorders for example due to the use of social media or electronic devices, the quality of teachers, difficulties in reading, children those with special needs, children who lack self-confidence, learning techniques, poor sleep quality, stress, fatigue, school environmental factors that are less conducive, the role of parents in educating and guiding children, and many more. Researchers also found several solutions from sources regarding what solutions could be taken when children experience fixations or bottlenecks in understanding learning. Abstract

Breakfast for a student is very important, because our bodies require quite a lot of energy and calories. By having breakfast, the brain will feel fresher and can function well, because the impact of not eating breakfast is a decrease in students' thinking and learning abilities. Breakfast is beneficial for every human being to maintain endurance, maintain physical endurance and be able to increase work productivity. In the body there is glucose which functions as the main energy source for the brain. Because nowadays it is very rare for students to eat breakfast, perhaps because of laziness or various kinds of busyness which makes them forget to have breakfast. However, breakfast is very beneficial for the body and health, especially for students so they can focus on studying.

Abstract

The government's policy to replace the 2013 curriculum with an independent learning curricular has influenced paradigm changes as well as the goal of learning generally included in the learning of Islamic religion. The method of research used in this article is by using library methods, i.e. reading various journals and books, collecting literature and storing it on other sources of information in the library to gain a good and correct understanding of the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum in the teaching of Islamic religion.
