Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effects of work motivation and workload on the performance of nurses outsourced by PT Alametric Teknologi Asia. The performance of outsourced nurses plays an important role in maintaining the quality of healthcare services provided at partner facilities. This study employed a quantitative approach with an associative design. Primary data were collected through questionnaires completed by 92 active outsourced nurses. The research instrument was evaluated through validity and reliability tests, and the regression model was assessed using normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to examine the partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables. The results showed that work motivation had a positive and statistically significant effect on the performance of outsourced nurses, whereas workload had a significant negative effect. Simultaneously, work motivation and workload had statistically significant effects on performance. The coefficient of determination showed an R Square value of 0.749, indicating that both variables explained 74.9% of the variation in the performance of outsourced nurses, while the remaining 25.1% was influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings suggest that PT Alametric Teknologi Asia and its partner hospitals should strengthen employee motivation through fair rewards, recognition, professional development, and supportive supervision while maintaining proportional workload distribution, adequate staffing, and effective work scheduling.

Abstract

In structural analysis, earthquake loads are generally calculated using either equivalent static or dynamic approaches (response spectrum and time history), as specified in the SNI 1726:2019. This study aims to evaluate and compare the behavior of the Collins Boulevard Apartment building structure under earthquake loads using these three methods. The analysis was conducted using the structural modeling of a high-rise building with a dual system. For the time history method, three real earthquake records were used: Chi-Chi, Ibaraki Off, and Tohoku, which represent shallow crustal, Benioff, and megathrust earthquake sources, respectively. The results indicate that the equivalent static method produced the highest base shear of 51,761 kN, followed by the response spectrum method with ratios of 0.55 and 0.51 for the X and Y directions, respectively, relative to the static value, and the time history method with ratios of 0.48 and 0.42 for the X and Y directions, respectively. The maximum inter-story drift occurred in the equivalent static method, exceeding the allowable limit specified in SNI 1726:2019, while the two dynamic methods remained within safe limits. The internal forces in the beams and columns ranged from 0.3–0.9 times those produced by the static method, with the time history method exhibiting more fluctuating yet realistic structural responses.

Abstract

This study examines the brand awareness and identity of Papermark, a Jakarta-based creative stationery brand, and proposes strategies to strengthen its position in Indonesia’s stationery market. Although Papermark has grown steadily, its visibility, digital presence, and customer engagement remain limited compared to those of its emerging and established competitors. This study identifies the drivers of awareness, diagnoses gaps between internal brand intentions and consumer experiences, and formulates recommendations to support long-term development. A mixed-method approach was used. Quantitatively, an online survey was analyzed using descriptive statistics and reliability testing to capture the perceptions of product aesthetics, functionality, personalization, digital touchpoints, and brand recall. Qualitatively, structured interviews with internal stakeholders, loyal customers, and potential customers explored operational priorities, brand meaning, and customer discovery paths. The integration of both sources enables an assessment of the current performance. The findings indicate that Papermark is perceived positively in terms of product quality, design consistency, and lifestyle. However, awareness is constrained by weak digital engagement, limited community building, and the underutilization of social media. Many respondents discovered the brand through offline retail, bazaars, or word-of-mouth rather than through digital channels. Younger consumers particularly associate stationery brands with high online activity, interactive content, and collaborative campaigns. This study recommends a digital community-centered strategy: identity-led content curation, consistent posting cadence, collaboration with creative communities, user-generated content activation, and interactive engagement tactics. Strengthening storytelling, improving search visibility, and integrating online and offline touchpoints are also recommended to elevate visibility, reinforce perceived value, and build customer relationship

Abstract

This study examines the effect of digital literacy on women’s intentions to report gender-based violence among participants of the Womenspirasi Summit. Employing a quantitative explanatory design, data were collected through an online survey distributed to 212 female participants selected using purposive sampling. Digital literacy was measured using a multidimensional framework adapted from UNESCO, while reporting intention was analyzed through the Theory of Plannssed Behavior, encompassing attitudes toward the behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression with IBM SPSS 25. The findings indicate that participants exhibit a very high level of digital literacy (mean = 4.34) and a very strong intention to report gender-based violence (mean = 4.54). Regression analysis demonstrates that digital literacy has a positive and statistically significant effect on reporting intention (β = 0.498; p < 0.001), accounting for 61.2% of the variance in reporting intention. These results suggest that digital literacy enhances women’s perceived control over the reporting process, fosters positive attitudes toward reporting, and strengthens supportive social norms within digital and community-based environments. The study concludes that digital literacy is a key determinant in increasing women’s intentions to report gender-based violence, highlighting the importance of integrating digital literacy development into gender-based violence prevention and response strategies to address underreporting and promote access to justice.

Abstract

The digital transformation in Indonesia's land system marks a significant paradigm shift from manual systems to integrated electronic systems. This study examines the implementation of electronic certificates and online land registration systems in the context of sale and purchase deeds made by Land Deed Making Officials (PPAT). The main issues studied include: (1) how Indonesia's positive legal framework regulates the digital transformation of land sale and purchase deeds and electronic certificates; (2) legal challenges and obstacles in the implementation of land electronic systems, including aspects of legal certainty, data security, and protection of community rights; and (3) the ideal model for the implementation of digital transformation that can realize efficient land services without sacrificing legal certainty. The research uses a normative juridical method with a statute, case, and theoretical approach. The results of the study show that Indonesia's legal framework has accommodated digital transformation through the ITE Law, PP 24/1997 jo. PP 18/2021 on Land Registration, and other related regulations. However, implementation faces challenges in the form of gaps in technological infrastructure, human resource readiness, system standardization, and regulatory harmonization. The recommended ideal model is phased implementation with strengthened cybersecurity aspects, integrated digital validation, a reliable backup system, and comprehensive legal protection for the parties. Digital transformation must guarantee the principles of publicity, legal certainty, and the protection of human rights in land ownership.

Abstract

The principle of ultimum remedium is a fundamental principle in criminal law that places criminal sanctions as a last resort in law enforcement. This study analyzes the implementation of the principle of ultimum remedium in police action from a fair and humanist lex certa perspective. The research uses normative legal methods with a statutory approach, a case approach, and a theoretical approach. The problems studied include (1) the theoretical conception of the principle of ultimum remedium in the Indonesian criminal law system; (2) the practice of implementing the principle of ultimum remedium in police actions and its challenges; and (3) the ideal construction of the application of the principle of ultimum remedium that is just and humane. The results of the study show that the principle of ultimum remedium has not been fully implemented in police actions due to the unclear norms (lex certa), repressive orientation in law enforcement, and lack of control mechanisms. This study recommends a reformulation of legal provisions that more firmly regulate the principle of ultimum remedium, strengthening the restorative justice approach, and establishing an independent oversight mechanism for police discretion to realize fair and humane law enforcement.

Abstract

The efficiency of inpatient services serves as a critical indicator for the operational sustainability of a hospital, typically quantified through the Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR). This study aims to evaluate the implementation of strategic management to enhance BOR efficiency at PT Alametric Teknologi Asia’s Partner Hospital. A mixed-methods research design was employed, integrating qualitative and quantitative descriptive approaches. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, field observations, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and comprehensive document reviews. The analytical framework utilized several strategic management tools, including MCUA, Fishbone Diagram, SWOT analysis, IFE-EFE Matrix, TOWS, and the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The findings indicate that the BOR at PT Alametric Teknologi Asia’s Partner Hospital has not yet aligned with national efficiency benchmarks. Primary operational bottlenecks identified include sluggish registration procedures, suboptimal hospital information systems (SIMRS), and limited referral network collaborations. Consequently, the Weakness–Opportunity (W–O) strategy was designated as the primary turnaround approach. This strategy focuses on digitalizing the registration process, integrating management information systems, and strengthening external partnerships. The execution of these strategic initiatives is anticipated to optimize bed utilization, streamline patient service workflows, and improve overall patient satisfaction and long-term institutional viability.

Abstract

Interfaith marriage in Indonesia persists in inciting legal controversies due to disparate interpretations and implementations of regulations by the court. This article aims to analyze the legal framework regulating interfaith marriage in the Indonesian legal system, emphasizing statutory provisions and judicial decisions, while evaluating how discrepancies in the interpretation and application of these laws affect legal certainty and the protection of citizens' constitutional rights. This study utilizes normative juridical methodologies, incorporating legislative, conceptual, and case approaches, to analyze Law Number 1 of 1974 on Marriage, Law Number 23 of 2006 on Population Administration, Constitutional Court Decisions Number 68/PUU-XII/2014 and Number 24/PUU-XX/2022, as well as various district court rulings regarding the registration of interfaith marriages. The study's results reveal that, under Indonesian law, the validity of marriage is largely regulated by religious law, but the state retains authority over administrative issues to provide legal order and clarity. Prior to the implementation of rigorous judicial standards, the court used diverse interpretations, resulting in discrepancies in decisions and legal uncertainty. This conflict stems not from an absence of standards but from inconsistencies in legal enforcement. The Constitutional Court has affirmed that restrictions on interfaith marriage do not violate constitutional rights when based on religious beliefs and Article 28j of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The issuance of Supreme Court Circular Letter Number 2 of 2023 has improved normative legal clarity; nonetheless, the subsequent obstacle lies in the consistency of its application in judicial practice.
