Developing a global leadership bench by advancing human resource management is an important concern for the Company to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. Therefore, the main objective of this paper is to emphasize the role of transformational leadership of line managers in developing leadership competencies, with theoretical support from transformational leadership theory. For the above purposes, data was collected using a questionnaire and it was found that there is a large influence of line manager transformational leadership in the development of human resource management

This study aims to analyze the satisfaction of UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten students with the use of Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). This study used the ndust method by taking samples as many Students who use banking services at both banks. The data were analyzed using descriptive and t-test difference test. The results showed that the majority of students who were respondents preferred to use banking services at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) rather than at Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN). The main reason stated is because Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) provides better services and is more in accordance with sharia principles. Overall, the level of student satisfaction with the use of banking services at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) is higher than at Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN). However, the results of the t-test difference test showed that there was no significant difference between the satisfaction of students who used banking services at the two banks. This research provides useful information for both banks to improve services and increase customer satisfaction, especially among students. In addition, this research can also be a reference for future research on customer satisfaction in the banking industry.

Elementary schools for children aged 4 to 6 years usually have extracurricular activities at all levels of education, from junior high and high schools to academic schools and universities. The extracurricular activity policy is part of the policy of the Ministry of National Education, which before the reform was called the Ministry of Education and Culture. To support the implementation of the extracurricular program at SDN Jelegong 01 it is necessary to have various instructions and guidelines, both regarding the material and activities, with the hope that the extracurricular program can be carried out in accordance with the objectives outlined. This research approach is a qualitative descriptive case study type approach, where this research focuses more on the results of data collection from certain informants or respondents; the data needed is the distribution of teacher data that does not need to be quantified, and describes what objective conditions are in accordance with the teacher's effective strategy in developing students' interests and skills at SDN Jelegong 01 through informative presentations. The techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. With this research, the researcher intends to understand, study and develop strategies and evaluations in developing the interests and talents of students at SDN Jelegong 01 Rancaekek.

Peningkatan kebutuhan mobilisasi masyarakat di Jawa Tengah, terutama Kota Salatiga, dipandang sebagai suatu peluang dan dapat dimanfaatkan oleh para pengusaha transportasi dalam membantu pemerintah untuk meningkatkan pendapatan daerah dan nasional. Mobilitas sangat berkaitan erat dengan kebutuhan transportasi. Kebutuhan akan transportasi untuk kegiatan wisata dan mobilisasi masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhan atau kepentingan masyarakat memberikan peluang bagi Jeggboy Salatiga untuk merilis aplikasi rental kendaraan pertama di Salatiga. Karena berbasis start-up, Jeggboy Salatiga menerapkan pemasaran digital dan juga dibantu dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan brand awareness. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 75 responden dengan kriteria berusia 16 tahun ke atas dan pernah memanfaatkan Jeggboy Salatiga. Kuesioner digunakan dalam pengumpulan data untuk kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data Partial Least Square SEM. Hasil dari penelitian yang didapat menunjukkan: 1) Variabel pemasaran digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand awareness. 2) Variabel pemasaran digital memiliki berpengaruh sangat kecil dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. 3) Brand awareness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian

This study aims to determine the Role of Communication in Resolving Organizational Conflict. This research was conducted on students who served as Student Council at Triguna Vocational School. The research method used is interviews and literature review. The results of this study say that communication plays an important role in resolving conflicts in the organization. The sample shows that without good communication it can lead to miscommunication and misunderstanding among members of the organization. Therefore, the five elements of communication must be maximized properly so that conflicts do not occur in the organization.

The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of Perceptions Of Financial Rewards (X1), work engagement (X2) to organizationcommitment (Y1) and employeeperformance (Y2). In this study, data were collected through questionnaires to 90 respondents to determine the response of respondents to each variable. Then analyze the data obtained in the form ofquantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis include validity and reliability test, the classicassumption test, hypothesis testing via the F test and t test and analysistest, the coefficient of determination (R2). Data analysis techniques used were linear regression analysis that serves to prove the research hypo thesis. The datathat have met the test validity, test reliability, and classical assumption processed so as to produce the followingregression equation: Y1= 0.244X1 + 0.467X2 and Y2 = 0,202X1 + 0,394X2 + 0,209X3 . Results of the analysis with sobel test found that Perceptions Of Financial Rewards (X1), workengagement (X2) has a positive and significant influence on organization commitment (Y1) and Perceptions Of Financial Rewards (X1), work engagement (X2) , Perceptions Of Financial Rewards (X3) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y2) . Hypothesis testing using t-test showed that independent variables found to significantly affect dependent variables.

This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality, price perceptions, and sales promotions on customer loyalty (a study on Grab online transportation service customers at KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah University, Jombang). This research uses quantitative methods with type research used, namely surveys. The population in this study are students of the economics faculty who use the Grab online transportation service. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, with a total sample of 80 respondents. The data collection technique uses an online questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression, coefficient of determination R2, T-test, and F-test. The results of this study show 1) There is no effect of e-service quality on customer loyalty study on Grab online transportation service customers at KH University. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang. 2) There is an influence of price perceptions on customer loyalty study on Grab online transportation service customers at KH University. A. The fastest growing financial sector is investment activity. The investment business is certainly included in the scope of supervision by the Financial Services Authority. But in practice, many people carry out their rotten ideas for personal gain which can harm many parties who invest in these people or individuals. The rise of fraudulent investments is certainly part of the responsibility and supervision carried out by the Financial Services Authority. This research is qualitative research using the literature study approach method, the data collection refers to previous research, books, newspapers, documents, and other reading sources. This research focuses on discussing the role of the OJK in preventing and eradicating illegal/bodong/fictitious investments. In an effort to regulate and prevent fraudulent investment practices, the actions launched by OJK are conducting socialization and counseling to the public, providing investment entity establishment licenses only to those who meet the criteria, providing consumer complaint services, forming a fraudulent investment alert task force, issuing regulations and forming capital market protection institutions. The obstacles in efforts to eradicate fraudulent investment are in the form of difficulties in establishing communication between institutions, there is a barrier between OJK and Bank Indonesia as the highest supervision of the financial and banking sectors in Indonesia, this is due to the distance and long transition from OJK to Bank Indonesia.

The main problem in this research is the management of drugs in the Pharmacy Installation of RSUD Prof. Dr. H. M. Anwar Makkatutu which has not been handled properly. There are various types of pharmaceutical logistics, namely drugs and consumables, many types of incoming drugs and medical equipment, with different delivery times and drug expiration dates, the pharmacy must manage it well, starting from the process of distributing and storing drugs and consumables. from warehouse to depot. The pharmaceutical system that is still manual causes repeated double checks, the data collection of expired drugs is not correct, there is no application that makes it easy for pharmacy officers to check what drugs are about to expire and are about to expire so that it requires a long time and excessive energy. With the above problems, the development of drug management applications through the fifo and fefo methods in SIMRS when receiving, storing and releasing drugs and medical equipment is needed for smooth service in pharmaceutical installations so that officers can work effectively, efficiently, and improve service quality. as well as the economic disadvantages of hospital management can be minimized and produce reports that are faster and more accurate in the management and planning of drug supplies. Pharmacy officers can take advantage of drug management through the fifo and fefo applications based on batch numbers and expiration dates to complete all the shortcomings and weaknesses of the existing SIMRS application in order to maximize services at the Pharmacy Installation. This research is a quasi experimental research to determine the difference in the duration of the use of time and energy before and after using the application. The research was carried out at the pharmacy installation of Prof. Dr. H. M. Hospital. Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng from August to October 2020.
