It is known that in realizing superior agriculture it is necessary to have human resources that encourage agricultural excellence in Indonesia, Indonesia is famous for its natural wealth, one of which is from the agricultural system, human resources play an important role in this. However, in realizing superior Indonesian agriculture, there are also many obstacles or risks experienced by human resources in their role. In addition, the problem that is often faced is the limitation of counseling in the field which results in agricultural risks. (Buntuang, P. C. D., & Adda, H. W, 2018). The purpose of this study is to find out how people think about the role of resources in Indonesian agriculture, whether it's what efforts are being made to develop Indonesian agriculture to excel, what strategies are being carried out and what are the obstacles experienced in the process of developing superior Indonesian agriculture.

In the world of education, competition is increasingly unavoidable, even some educational institutions have lost their customers. Conditions of increasingly fierce competition continue to spur in order to exist and survive in carrying out the development of educational services. Some people must be able to understand the concept of marketing education services clearly so that educational services can be maintained. This is in accordance with the concept of loyalty which has an important role to complete the process of doing marketing to gain market share. The purpose of this study is to determine the types of educational services offered, the strategies used in marketing educational services, the obstacles experienced when doing marketing and to determine the response of consumers who use educational services.

The Indonesian state is experiencing increased development in big cities which can encourage the economy to grow. This attracted the attention of the villagers to seek their fortune in the city. However, urbanization events can have both good and bad impacts. Urbanization itself is divided into two types, namely permanent or permanent urbanization and temporary urbanization. The study of this study aims to determine the factors that drive urbanization in urban areas for a case study of the Makassar city area. In this case the researcher focuses on three main factors that are used as research benchmarks, namely the level of economic growth, employment opportunities, and education for their influence on the increase in urban society in the city of Makassar. From this research, it is found that the city of Makassar has an increasing level of economic growth and the availability of existing job opportunities so that the city of Makassar has a special attraction for people outside the city to enter looking for work or entrepreneurship, not only that, the availability of quality educational facilities and infrastructure in Makassar. The city of Makassar makes it a destination city for education or for continuing studies at a higher level so that it makes people, especially young people, to settle in Makassar City.

Youth participation in agriculture is decreasing from year to year. Agriculture was considered unprofitable, unclean, and stupid. The lack of enthusiasm of young people in agriculture will have an impact on the sustainability of agriculture. The pattern of agricultural entrepreneurship is considered capable of increasing farmers' income, which in turn stimulates the attention of young farmers in the agricultural sector. Furthermore, agricultural entrepreneurship is seen as able to provide a new view that agriculture does not have to be old-fashioned, unclean, or illiterate. The purpose of this study was to determine the interest of young farmers in coffee cultivation. The research method used is descriptive, using a qualitative approach. The research data includes primary and secondary sources. Focus Group Discussion and Key Informant Interview approaches were used to obtain data. The key informants in this study were young farmers aged between 18 and 40 years who had their own coffee plantations, came from farming families, and processed their own coffee. Three steps of data analysis were used: data condensation, data presentation, and verification/drawing conclusions. According to the findings of this survey, young farmers between the ages of 19 and 40 are interested in starting their own coffee plantations. This interest stems from the possibility of increasing income through processed coffee. In addition to increasing income, the prestige of being a coffee farmer and processor provides a fresh perspective and pride for young farmers. Access to capital is felt to be lacking because land ownership is still controlled by the family, as well as a lack of discipline and character as an entrepreneur, are some of the challenges faced by young farmers in doing business

This study aims to determine the calculation in determining the cost of goods sold at PT Kimia Farma Apotek Alauddin branch. The variable that is the focus of this research is therecap of Cost of Goods Sold Calculation Data at PT Kimia Farma Apotek Alauddin branch and then measured by comparing it with the determination of the cost of goods sold at the company with calculations according to theory. The population in this study is the data on the calculation of Cost of Goods Sold at PT Kimia Farma Apotek Alauddin branch. Meanwhile, the sample in this study is data on sales of the Company's merchandise in March 2020. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis. The results of this study show that the calculation in determining the cost of goods sold at PT Kimia Farma Apotek Alauddin branch does not deviate from the theory proposed by Sujarweni.

This study uses a qualitative method to determine the competitiveness of traditional sarabba drinkers in this pandemic era against business sustainability in the Cerekang River environment. By using data coding techniques in analyzing, we can interview directly openly. The results show that the competitiveness of traditional Sarabba beverage business actors is still lacking, but the lack of Sarabba business actors still greatly impacts business sustainability, by increasing consumer interest so that the Sarabba business can be more advanced than before.

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of digital marketing on increasing UMKM’s income in Polewali district, Polewali Mandar regency. This research was categorized as qualitative descriptive research. 12345 Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Negeri Makassar the data were collected through observation and distributing questionnaires. The UMKM population was 726 respondents consisting of small businesses amounted to 636 respondents, 77 micro businesses, 13 small businesses and 42 respondents were selected as sampel. In this study using a sampling technique that is proportionate sampling. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of the study showed that they were simultaneous, digital marketing variables have a positive and significant effect on the income of UMKM in Polewali district. The determinant test of R in this study resulted in a value of determinant R 0.214 showing the level of the influence of digital marketing variables on income 21%, with the rest explained by other variables human resources, capital, and so on.

This study aims to determine how well the use of the Siskeudes Application in Financial Management in Belapunranga Village, Kec. Parangloe Kab. Gowa, South Sulawesi. The variable in this study is the use of the Siskeudes Application in Financial Management as measured by Permendagri Number 20 of 2018 concerning Financial Management. The population of this research is Financial Management in Belapunranga Village, Kec. Parangloe Kab. Gowa, South Sulawesi, while the sample in this study used Financial Management Results for the 2021 Fiscal Year. Data collection was carried out using documentation, while the data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis using a rough conformity index measurement. The results showed that the overall use of the Siskeudes Application in Financial Management with 5 indicators namely planning, implementation, administration, reporting, and accountability can still be said to be quite appropriate/good enough with a percentage of 73% from 100%.

This study aims to analyze the effect of people's income, interest rates and inflation on savings in Indonesia. The independent variables in this study are people's income, interest rates and inflation, while the dependent variable is the amount of savings. The population in this study is data on public income, interest rates and inflation, while 15 samples were used, namely from 2005 to 2019. The research data was obtained from publications from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and Bank Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis conducted in this study, it can be concluded that: (1) people's income has a positive effect on saving in Indonesia; (2) interest rates and inflation have no effect on savings in Indonesia.

This study aims to determine the cash and cash equivalent audit procedures at KAP Masnawaty Sangkala, SE., M.Si., Ph.D., Ak., CA., CPA in Makassar. The variable that is the focus of this research is the Cash and Cash Equivalent Audit procedures at KAP Masnawaty Sangkala, SE., M.Si., Ph.D., Ak., CA., CPA in Makassar. The data collection method used is documentation. The data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the cash and cash equivalent audit procedures at KAP Masnawaty Sangkala, SE., M.Si., Ph.D., Ak., CA., CPA in Makassar are in accordance with the theory proposed by Sukrisno Agoes.
