<![CDATA[The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Nadiem Anwar Makarim issued a new recruitment system, namely the "teacher marketplace". The teacher marketplace is a place where all teachers who are allowed to teach are entered into a data repository (database) that can be accessed by all schools in Indonesia. The "teacher marketplace" system makes it easy for schools to "compare" teachers with other teachers who have the same area of expertise based on their competencies. This article was created with the aim of providing an overview of the "teacher marketplace" and explaining what competencies prospective teachers must have in order to deal with this new recruitment system. Teacher competences includes pedagogic, personality, social, and professional. By mastering these four competencies, teachers are expected to improve their quality and can be easily selected by the school.]]>

<![CDATA[Dating is a process of introduction between two human beings to get to know each other more deeply, a man and a woman, before they decide to proceed to a more serious level such as marriage. Not infrequently, in this relationship there are conflicts and problems. One of the conflicts that occurs in dating relationships often leads to cases of violence. Unfortunately, the problem of dating violence is not yet known by the general public. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between jealousy and dating violence behavior in college students. This research uses quantitative methods that are correlational in nature. The subjects in this research were students who met the inclusion criteria, with a total sample of 100 people taken using non-probability sampling techniques with the Convenience Sampling type. The instrument used in this research is a Likert scale to measure the behavioral variables of dating violence and jealousy. Data were analyzed using correlation tests with statistical software. The results of the correlation test carried out show a positive relationship, which can be interpreted as the higher/increasing jealousy, the higher/increasing dating violence behavior. Conversely, if the lower the jealousy, the lower the dating violence behavior will be. The advice given to students is that they are expected to be more able to control themselves in relationships and avoid violence]]>

<![CDATA[Religious moderation has become a crucial issue in understanding how the younger generation in Christian communities navigate their religious beliefs in the context of a continuously evolving society. Therefore, this research aims to investigate the factors influencing the level of religious moderation among young Christians. This literature review involves analyzing literature from various sources that discuss key aspects that can influence attitudes toward religious moderation. Through the method of literature review or literary study, this research identifies several key factors that can play a pivotal role in shaping the level of religious moderation among young Christians. These factors include demographic aspects such as age and education, the influence of social environments including family and peers, the role of the church and participation in social service activities, the impact of media and technology, as well as challenges related to religious identity that young Christians may face. The importance of religious education and experiences in the church is also a focal point in this study, considering how understanding religion and participation in religious activities can shape attitudes toward religious moderation. Furthermore, the impact of religious identity crises and spiritual questions is also a relevant aspect in evaluating these factors. The findings of this research are expected to provide a solid foundation for further studies on the factors influencing religious moderation among young Christians. These findings are anticipated to make a significant contribution to spiritual guidance, the development of religious education programs, and the formulation of more effective church policies to support the younger generation of Christians in managing their religious beliefs moderately amid the challenges of the times.]]>

<![CDATA[The practice of money politics is included in electoral criminal offenses, including in the regional elections. This crime often occurs but is difficult to process. This is due to the obstacles faced by Bawaslu in carrying out the handling, namely the absence of criminal sanctions norms, the limited authority of Bawaslu and differences in perceptions at the Gakkumdu Center. For this reason, efforts that must be made in the regional elections are to revise the law and give Bawaslu full authority in handling election criminal violations, including the practice of money politics. It is hoped that the results of this study will provide a better understanding of money politics in legislative regulations in general elections. The findings and recommendations from this research can be the basis for more effective policy making in preventing and dealing with political money in general elections in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[This study focuses on optimizing law enforcement against juvenile crimes in order to reduce the number of criminal acts that commonly occur in Indonesia. Law enforcement is the process of realizing the hopes and desires of the law so that they become a reality to be implemented and respected by society. Teenagers are the country's future assets, in fact currently more and more crimes are being committed by teenagers, such as drug abuse and street crime in the form of gangsters. This problem is no longer strange nowadays. Juvenile crime is an act or conduct that is contrary to the provisions of the criminal law committed by teenagers individually or collectively. It is necessary to pay attention to the many internal and external factors that cause juvenile delinquency. To overcome this, parental supervision and a good environment can determine adolescent growth and development. This research was carried out with the aim of conducting a literature review regarding the meaning of juvenile delinquency, the factors that cause juvenile delinquency, and how law enforcement deals with juvenile delinquency. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method, searches are carried out in the Google Schoolar electronic database. Based on the results of observations made by the author in schools in Bekasi City, currently there are still many forms of non-formal social groups emerging which are thought to be a link in the chain of the free life of teenagers who are commonly called "gangsters" or "gangs". Adolescence, most of whom have the social status of students, especially students at the upper secondary level and above, is the most unstable period because at that age teenagers are most vulnerable to participating in student associations which lead to negative actions. The conclusion regarding law enforcement against juvenile delinquency is that this is an important aspect in maintaining public order and security.]]>

<![CDATA[This research journal investigates how mental health impacts the lives of students, especially those living in unsupportive environments. With a qualitative approach and using a Google Forms survey, this research highlights students' understanding of the definition of mental health according to the Islamic religion. So this journal has several objectives, namely to find out the influence of mental health on students' lives, the causes of students suffering from mental disorders, the relationship between Islam and mental health and the role of Islam in influencing students' mental health. The results show that the majority of respondents consider the role of Islam in influencing their mental health to be important. In dealing with anxiety, most students tend to talk to other people, and listening to the recitation of the holy verses of the Koran is considered a source of calm. The Islamic perspective highlights that good mental health involves physical and mental health, as well as religious beliefs that can provide peace of mind. This study confirms that understanding and practicing the Islamic religion can be an important factor in overcoming students' mental disorders, providing in-depth insight into the role of religion in creating positive mental balance.]]>

<![CDATA[Warung Mak Asep is a Startup that is engaged in the production of healthy food in the form of vegetable boxes, fruit juices and sharing information about health. This study aims to develop a business model for Startup Warung Mak Asep Lean Canvas with the Lean Startup. The method in the data analysis process is using qualitative methods. Primary data was obtained from conducting a semi-structured interview process with a total of 10 informants. At this stage of research, the stages of the Lean Startup are Build, Measure and Learn to develop and innovate Warung Mak Asep products. At the Build stage, which is the stage of making a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), Measure is the validation stage by collecting validation data using the Empathy Map tool, the Javeline Board with the results that 8 out of 10 people state the product is valid and at the Learn, which is the result of benchmarks for innovation. towards products and innovate business models with the Lean Canvas tool. Lean Canvas is a business model adaptation of the Business Model Canvas used because it is valid for implementation on a startup. The Lean Startup can reduce the failure and costs that will be incurred by Startup for product development in accordance with the input and wishes of the customer.]]>

Within the framework of Good Governance, public services must meet certain minimum quality standards. The implementation of Good Governance practices in public services is of great significance because it is crucial for the improvement of public service performance to be considered important by relevant stakeholders such as the government, the public, and the business sector. Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services serves as a foundation to enhance the quality of public services provided by civil servants or the government. It is acknowledged that the evolution of services provided by the government continues, both in terms of paradigms and service formats, in line with the increasing demands from the public and changes in the Governance structure itself. In this context, creating professional public services in accordance with the principles of Good Governance becomes highly important. This is crucial given the various issues in the recent system of providing services to the public. <![CDATA[Broiler chickens and goats are livestock that serve as a source of animal protein. In broiler chickens, productivity is directly proportional to the availability of high-quality feed. Similarly, for goats, feed issues are crucial as they influence carcass composition, particularly fat content. The application of biotechnology in feed processing, utilizing microorganisms through fermentation, is one solution to ensure the availability of quality feed. In this research, data were extracted from relevant research journals and analyzed using a descriptive-analytical approach. The review results indicate that the fermentation of rice bran and unconventional feed fermentation with Aspergillus niger and Saccharomyces cerevisiae is beneficial for broiler chickens. Meanwhile, the fermentation of cassava leaves and peels serves as an alternative feed for village chickens. The utilization of microorganisms in the fermentation of feed for commercial laying hens includes Rhizopus oligosporus, Trichoderma viride, and their combination. On the other hand, cellulolytic bacteria are beneficial for goat feed.]]>
