Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Study Habits and Mathematics Learning Outcomes of Class V students at SDN 106806 Cinta Rakyat. This research includes correlation research with quantitative methods. The sample of this study used the Probability Sampling Technique, namely the VA class of 27 people. Data collection in this study was carried out with instruments. Data analysis techniques use the Product Moment correlation formula and t-test. The results of this study indicate that the study habits of students at SDN 106806 Cinta Rakyat are in the Good category with an average score of 28.25 while for Mathematics learning outcomes students are in the Good category with an average of 86.19. Henceforth, the hypothesis is accepted or Ha which states that there is a significant relationship between study habits and mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN 106806 Cinta Rakyat. This is proven based on the results of the correlation test with the Product Moment technique found rcount > rtable (0.819> 0.381) with a significant level of 0.05. To find out the contribution of the X and Y variables, the formula R2 x 100% = (0.819)2 x 100% = 67.07% is used so that it can be said that the study habits of fifth grade students at SDN 106806 Cinta Rakyat have a 67.07% relationship with learning outcomes. Mathematics Class V SDN 106806 Cinta Rakyat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to establish an effective and optimal nurse schedule at the Regional General Hospital dr. Hadrianus sinaga Pangururan. RSUD dr.Hadrianus Sinaga Pangururan is still scheduling nurses manually with a total of 20 nurses and has three work shifts namely morning, afternoon and evening. As a result of manual scheduling, it takes quite a long time and is less efficient due to imbalances in the distribution of shifts. The method used to solve nurse scheduling problems is Goal Programming. Goal Programming is the development of linear programs that are used to solve linear programming problems with multiple objective functions. In modeling this scheduling problem, there are two systems of constraints that must be met, namely the main constraints and additional constraints. The main obstacle is hospital rules that must be complied with while additional obstacles are hospital rules that are still given tolerance for violations. In modeling the nurse scheduling problem, each problem is converted into a mathematical model and the completion of the goal programming model is assisted by LINGO software. From the LINGO output, the results show that nurse scheduling using goal programming meets all system constraints, while the hospital's manual schedule does not meet system constraints.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the educational snakes and ladders game influences the cognitive development of children aged 5-6 years at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 41 Private Kindergarten. This research was conducted at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 41 Private Kindergarten, with a population of 54 children and 15 children as a sample. who is in the Tulip class. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. In this study the method used was the Quasi Experimental Designs research method using the Equivalent Time Samples Design research design. The data collection instrument uses an observation sheet. The first treatment (X1) which was given treatment, the child obtained an average score of 7.4 included in the Less Good category. The second treatment (X0) which was not given child treatment obtained an average value of 6.3 included in the Not Good category. Furthermore, in the third treatment (X1) which was given treatment, the child got an average value of 13 included in the Very Good category. And finally the fourth treatment (X0) which was not given treatment, the child got an average value of 12.2 which was in the Good category. Based on the results of the Friedman test calculations, it shows the Asymp Value. Sig (0.000) < 0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the educational snakes and ladders game on the cognitive development of children aged 5-6 years in TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 41.

This study aims to determine the effect of using magic puffer ball media on creativity aged 5-6 years at TK Budi Murni 2 Medan. This study uses an approach with an experimental method (Quasi-experiment design) in the form of The Equivalent Time Samples design. The population in this study were all children aged 5-6 years in class B3 with a total sample of 20 children in Kindergarten Budi Murni 2. The study was conducted with 3 treatments. The data collection instrument utilizes the observation sheet. From the data analysis, the data had an average score for treatment 1 of 5.65, then treatment 2 received an average value of 9.6 while the third treatment had an average value of 12.95. Based on data analysis through non-parametric hypothesis testing, the SPSS 23 statistic test value is 0.000. Therefore it can be concluded that the use of magic puffer ball media has a significant influence on the creativity of children aged 5-6 years at Budi Murni 2 Kindergarten.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the traditional mallogo game on the social skills of children aged 5-6 years at Amalia II Kindergarten, Labuhan Batu Selatan Regency, in the 2022/2023 academic year. This research uses a quasi-experimental design in the form of The Equivalent Time Sample Design. The research population was all children aged 5-6 years in Kindergarten Amalia II in 2 classes. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling technique so that the sample is the Ar-Rahim class, which consists of 30 children. The variables of this study consist of the independent variable, namely the traditional mallogo game and the dependent variable, namely social skills. Data collection techniques using observation with observation sheet instruments. Data were analyzed using the t-test with a significant level of α=0.05 with a critical value of 0.161. The results showed that there was a significant effect of the traditional mallogo game on the social skills of children aged 5-6 years at Kindergarten Amalia II, South Labuhan Batu Regency. This is evidenced by the results of statistical calculations of the difference in the average data given the second treatment with data without being given the second treatment, where the results of tcount (13.808) > ttable (1.699) which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected or means that the traditional mallogo game has a significant effect on social skills of children aged 5-6 years in Kindergarten Amalia II Labuhan Batu Selatan District for the 2022/2023 Academic Year.
