Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze various efforts in developing the professionalism of Islamic Religious Education teachers who are able to overcome the challenges of education in the digital era through the activities of the Islamic Religious Education Working Group (KKG PAI). This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data were obtained from the results of observations, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed by reviewing, reducing data, and then interpreting data. The results of the study indicate that KKG (Teacher Working Group) is a forum formed to improve teacher competence and professionalism, both inside and outside the classroom. To find out the implementation of the program being implemented, of course, an evaluation program is needed with elements of context, input, process, and product. The components of the context evaluation are: 1) whether the KKG PAI program is a must for Islamic Religious Education teachers; 2) what is the purpose of the KKG PAI program; 3) who are the targets of the KKG PAI program. The elements of input evaluation are: (1) human resources; (2) supporting facilities and infrastructure; (3) funds; and (4) regulations. Basically, the process evaluation is to find out to what extent the plan has been implemented and what components need to be improved. Product evaluation is an assessment carried out in order to see the achievement or success of a program in achieving previously set goals. From the results of observations that have been made, the KKG program in an effort to improve teacher competence in facing the challenges of the digital era can be implemented in the future.

Abstract

Productive language skills play a very important role in supporting communication in the modern era which is marked by rapid development in various aspects of life. This ability is the main foundation in conveying information clearly, building harmonious social relationships, and achieving success in the professional world. This article discusses in depth the importance of productive language skills and provides practical guidance for developing them through consistent practice, understanding the audience, and applying appropriate communication techniques. By having these skills, individuals can more easily face complex and dynamic challenges, including situations that require clarity, accuracy, and flexibility in communication. In addition, effective communication skills also help individuals increase their competitiveness, both in social interactions and the work environment. Mastery of these skills is becoming increasingly relevant to achieving success in various aspects of daily life in the midst of the ever-changing modern era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work environment, and work motivation on employee job satisfaction in minimarkets. In the context of increasingly fierce business competition, companies are required to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction, which heavily relies on employee satisfaction. The research method employed is quantitative, with data collection conducted through a Likert scale-based questionnaire. The sample consists of 100 respondents who are employees of minimarkets. Data analysis is performed through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. The results indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, supporting the proposed hypothesis. Additionally, normality and multicollinearity tests show that the data used are suitable for further analysis. This research provides important insights for management in designing effective strategies to enhance employee job satisfaction, which in turn can positively impact overall company performance. Thus, effective human resource management becomes key to achieving organizational goals in this era of globalization.

Abstract

Based on the problems that researchers found in the field, female students were still found neglecting prayers, chatting and making noise when arranging the rows, as well as a lack of supervision and control from the dormitory supervisors. The aim to be achieved in the results of this research is to determine the role of dormitory supervisors in guiding the implementation of fardu prayers, as well as to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for dormitory supervisors in guiding the implementation of fardu prayers. The research method that the author used for this research was descriptive qualitative field research. The key informant in this research was the dormitory supervisor, while the supporting informants were twenty female dormitory students who were interviewed. In collecting the required data, the author carried out observations, interviews with informants and documentation. After the data is obtained, it is then processed using descriptive data analysis and data triangulation by comparing data obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. Based on the research results, the role of the dormitory supervisor in guiding the implementation of fardu prayers for female students in the women's dormitory at MTs N 3 Limapuluh Kota is that the dormitory supervisor provides explanations, teaches related movements, reading prayers, dhikr and prayers. Dormitory supervisors also provide facilities in the form of a series of alarms to remind you of prayer times. Provide warnings and other sanctions for those who violate the rules. Collaborating with parents, dormitory supervisors coordinate using WhatsApp Group (WAG) to send documentation photos of children's activities in the dormitory, as well as a worship control book. It's just that here because of the lack of time for dormitory supervisors to control and supervise female students in carrying out fardu prayers.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the application of Islamic learning methods in the learning process of Islamic Religious Education  (PAI) learning process delivered by lecturers. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with case study method. The research subjects were Islamic Education lecturers, while the data were collected through observation, and documentation techniques. TThe results showed that PAI lecturers applied various learning methods in a varied manner varied. They combine several methods in one learning activity to learning activities to complement the shortcomings of each method, so that learning process becomes more effective and efficient. The methods used include the method of targhib and tarhib, exemplary, stories, habituation, tamtsil, ibrah with i'tibar, and reward and punishment.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to increase students' activeness in learning Indonesian through the utilization of Wordwall media and the application of the Kemp model. The method used in this research is literature study, in which researchers rely on various reference sources to collect data. This research relies on books, dictionaries, journals, magazines, and other sources without the need to make direct observations in the field. Based on the results of research conducted by the author through literature review, there is a solution to the problems raised, namely the application of the Kemp model in the use of Quiz Wordwall media to increase student activeness in learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI). Kemp's model, as a flexible learning design, is very relevant to be used together with Quiz Wordwall, because it can increase student participation. The use of this technology makes learning more interesting, interactive, and in accordance with the learning characteristics of today's students. In addition, it makes it easier for teachers to design an effective, efficient, and quality learning process.

Abstract

Islamic economics integrates Sharia principles into economic activities, emphasizing a balance between material and spiritual needs to achieve collective welfare. This study aims to explore how national income, exports, and imports are viewed in Islamic economics, contrasting with conventional economics that prioritizes wealth accumulation and efficiency. In Islamic economics, national income considers not only material value but also equitable wealth distribution to prevent social inequality. Exports and imports are seen as instruments for both economic and social benefit, including da’wah (spiritual outreach). The results indicate that Islamic economics prioritizes justice, halal standards, and sustainability in international trade, with the government playing a crucial role in aligning policies with Sharia principles.

Abstract

This article explores the development of Islamic banking in Indonesia, starting with the establishment of Bank Muamalat in 1992. It highlights the growing public demand for a banking system that is in accordance with Islamic principles and discusses the importance of the regulatory framework in ensuring operational legal certainty, consumer protection, and national financial stability. The hierarchy of the legal basis for Islamic banking in Indonesia is examined, including constitutional provisions, relevant laws, and technical regulations. The article concludes with recommendations for regulatory improvement and suggestions for industry growth, emphasizing the need for education, innovation, and collaboration among financial institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the classroom management strategy. Given that in order to achieve the expected learning objectives, various strategies are certainly needed, one of which is the classroom management strategy. In the classroom, teachers play an important role as the main actor in implementing learning activities. This study is the result of a study or literature review sourced from Library literature or Library materials, both in the form of books and articles published through printed and online scientific journals. The focus of the study in this article is on classroom management strategies that are relevant to Islamic religious education learning. The data obtained are reviewed/analyzed and then presented descriptively in the form of an article. The results of the study show that classroom management strategies are a conscious and planned effort to organize teaching and learning activities systematically which lead to the preparation of facilities and infrastructure and teaching aids, arrangement of learning spaces, realizing situations or conditions for the teaching and learning process so that they run well and achieve the goals set. The conclusion is that classroom management creates an effective and enjoyable teaching and learning atmosphere and can motivate students to learn well.
