Abstract

The functions and benefits of land are very important for human life, this can be seen from the many land disputes that have long been a social reality in every society, although in different forms and identities. One example is the Tanah Merah Dispute. This study uses a normative approach with data analysis using a qualitative model. The results of the study show that the Tanah Merah land is owned by several parties, namely the people, Pertamina and the private sector. The solution to the Tanah Merah dispute is to relocate the Pertamina Plumpang Depot to the relocation of local residents. In general, the settlement of disputes in society can be classified into two ways, namely through the court (litigation) and outside the court (non-litigation). Out of court dispute resolution that is often carried out by the community includes involving two or more interested parties (negotiation), a dispute resolution process in which the disputing parties utilize the help of an independent third party as a mediator (mediator) and involves more than two parties whose job is to assist the other party. litigants by seeking a solution together (facilitation).

Abstract

Population density is an important problem and often occurs in urban environments. This can lead to new problems, such as an emphasis on the availability of water, infrastructure, energy, electricity, health services and sanitation. Based on the World Population Data Sheet (2014), Indonesia is the 4th country in the world with an estimated population of 251.5 million. Indonesia among ASEAN countries is a country with a fertility rate or Total Fertility Rate of 2.6, where Indonesia is above the average TFR of 2.4. The method used, namely qualitative analysis techniques with an ethnographic communication approach is used to achieve the research objectives. Data were obtained through participatory observation and interview methods with recording and note-taking techniques. Based on the results of the respondents, it is known that the level of population density in the city of Surabaya is uneven, the population density assessment is known that population growth in the city of Surabaya is considered quite bad, as seen from the results of the respondents with an acquisition of 56.7%. The economy is a crucial aspect that causes population density. Therefore, it is necessary to do both the government and its citizens so that the government and society need to work together to strive for balanced and sustainable population density control.

Abstract

Akan terjadi foreign direct investment ketika investor menanamkan modalnya di negara lain. Pelaku dalam FDI meliputi negara penerima investasi yang menjadi home state dan pelaku usaha yang melakukan FDI di negara tersebut. FDI tentu memuat risiko-risiko yang harus dihadapi oleh investor, seperti risiko komersial dan non-komersial. Terutama risiko politik yang muncul ketika pemerintah home state mengambil tindakan atau kebijakan yang berdampak negatif terhadap FDI, sehingga dapat menyebabkan kerugian bagi investor. Kemudian dari penjelasan ringkas tersebut timbul beberapa permasalahan, termasuk mengenai peranan home state dalam mengendalikan dan memberikan perlindungan hukum terhadap FDI. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami dan melihat peranan pengendalian dan perlindungan hukum terhadap FDI dalam konteks hukum nasional Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif, yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan secara sistematis, faktual, dan akurat peraturan yang terkait dengan pengendalian dan perlindungan hukum terhadap FDI Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa pemerintah Indonesia dalam mengendalikan investor asing melalui upaya memperlakukan secara adil dan serata bagi semua pelaku usaha FDI. Selanjutnya berkomitmen untuk memberikan jamian perlindungan hukum nasional dengan diberlakukannya UU Penanaman Modal untuk upaya memberikan perlindungan hukum yang memadai kepada investor. UU Cipta Kerja bertujuan untuk memperbaiki iklim investasi dengan menyederhanakan regulasi dan meningkatkan efisiensi yang kondusif dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kemudian menuangkan kesepakatan mengenai perlindungan investasi bilateral ke dalam instrumen yang lazim dikenal dengan istilah BIT dalam melindungi investasi dari ekspropriasidan memberikan mekanisme penyelesaian sengketa yang efektif.

Abstract

Pancasila Student Profile is a lifelong student who has competence, character, and behaves according to Pancasila values. The Pancasila profile has six key dimensions that are interrelated and reinforce each other so that they can develop holistically and simultaneously. These six dimensions show that the profile of Pancasila students does not only focus on cognitive abilities, but also attitudes and behavior in accordance with the identity of the Indonesian nation and citizens of the world. The Pancasila Student Profile is the character and abilities that are built in daily life and are lived in each individual student through the culture of the education unit, intra-curricular learning, the Project to Strengthen Pancasila Profile (P-5), and extracurriculars. The Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project provides an opportunity for students to experience knowledge as a process of strengthening character as well as an opportunity to learn from the surrounding environment. In project activities, students have the opportunity to study important themes or issues and can take real action in responding to these issues. This strengthening project can also inspire students to contribute and make an impact on the surrounding environment. In order to be able to solve problems in the real world, students must be prepared with experience (knowledge) and competencies that are in accordance with the needs of the times.

Abstract

Toko Budi Jaya Alfath is a business in the furniture sector that produces self-produced household furniture. The main purpose of industrial visits is to gain practical knowledge and experience in the field, which cannot be obtained through reading or teaching in class. In addition, industrial visits can also provide an overview of the work environment and working conditions of certain industries so that they can help participants prepare to work in that industry. The method used is descriptive method with direct observation by conducting interviews with the owner's wife. The results of the visit show that the promotion process using digital media platforms such as social media has a significant influence on consumer buying interest, the promotion process can help increase sales. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that Toko Budi Jaya Alfath continue to pay attention to the importance of the promotion process using digital media in ensuring fast sales and increased sales.

Abstract

Pembangunan daerah merupakan bagian dari pembangunan nasional, maka hal ini sudah tentu memerlukan dana untuk membiayai pembangunan. Maka pemerintah daerah diberi kesempatan untuk menggali sumber-sumber keuangan yang ada di daerah. Bekasi adalah zona ekonomi, zona industri, dan banyak lagi. Tentunya besar pula sumber-sumber kontribusi kepada pemerintah dari daerah, terutama pajak daerah PBB dan BPHTB yang begitu besar pula kontribusinya terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah. Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini bagaimanakah pengaruh PBB dan BPHTB terhadap PAD Kabupaten Bekasi dari periode 2011-2016, serta factor- faktor peningkatan kontribusi pajak daerah. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan analisa deskriptif, dan kuantitatif, di mana data yang sudah diambil adalah data sekunder yang diambil langsung dari Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Bekasi. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa PBB dan BPHTB tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah dengan taraf signifikansi yang diajukan alpha 0.05 atau 5%, lain halnya PBB dan BPHTB secara simultan berpengaruh terhadapa Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Bekasi.

Abstract

This writing aims to determine the quality of goods delivery service at the J&T ExpressKarawang Kondang JayaBranch. The quality of goods delivery services is a key factor in meeting consumer needs and maintaining customer satisfaction. This paper focuses on key aspects of service quality, including speed of delivery, delivery security, delivery reliability, and customer service. The method used in this writing is descriptive method with observation,the results of the writing show that J&T Express Karawang Kondang Jaya Branch has a high level of customer satisfaction in terms of delivery speed. Delivery security is also valued well by customers, with an adequate packaging system to protect goods.

Abstract

Tolerance is an attitude of openness and mutual respect between individuals, groups and groups. In a tolerant life, equivalence in life takes priority. The application of tolerance that occurs a lot, one example in the scope of the campus. In this study, we have the goal of knowing the level of understanding and awareness of UPNVJT Environmental Engineering students Batch 2022 about the importance of tolerance in existing differences, what activities can be carried out as a forum for increasing tolerance in UPNVJT Environmental Engineering Students Batch 2022, and the benefits that can be obtained from the application of tolerance in differences among UPNVJT Environmental Engineering students Class of 2022, both in terms of personal development and academic learning. This research used a qualitative method by interviewing Environmental Engineering students at UPN "Veteran" East Java Class of 2022 and presenting in diagrammatic form the data obtained. Environmental Engineering Students Class of 2022 have implemented and understand tolerance towards existing differences.

Abstract

Narcotics abuse is a problem that often occurs in Indonesian society and is difficult to resolve because it can ensnare anyone from all walks of life. The perpetrator of the threat of Narcotics is someone who uses Narcotics illegally without having the right to use it and not because of official health reasons from a health expert. Narcotics when consumed illegally without rights and permits can have a bad impact on the abuser, such as giving the effect of dependence and addiction. In this research journal, we will be wrapped up in the dangers of narcotics in Indonesian society which are implemented by enforcing law in Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics. The urgency of this research is the danger that will be obtained if there is Narcotics protection in Indonesian society with Law Number 35 of 2009 as a regulation that regulates it with various efforts to prevent and overcome the passage of Narcotics. The main purpose of this research is to examine, know, and clearly understand the dangers of the threat of Narcotics and the enactment of the Law on Narcotics. The research method applied in this study is qualitative-descriptive with a juridical-normative approach whose source is literature such as books, journals, scientific articles, and several other reading sources. The results of this study are efforts to prevent and overcome narcotics with the enactment of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics.

Abstract

Global trade is very important for a country and its businesses because it drives economic growth by creating markets for its products and access to needed resources. Therefore, companies that run their business worldwide must consider cultural aspects, so that corporate cultural aspects can form the basis of marketing activities. The goal of international business strategy is to gain and maintain a competitive advantage, namely a unique and advantageous competitive position in the country and in the world.
