Abstract

The implementation of occupational safety and health programs is one of the maintenance provided by the company to the workforce. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Occupational Safety and Health on employee performance. This research uses the literature review method. The results of the review show that there are 5 studies in 2019 to 2023. The research design mostly uses descriptive analysis research design with a quantitative approach. Based on the overall journal analysis, there is a relationship between the application of OHS in improving performance in workers. The conclusion of this study is that occupational safety and health can have a major effect on employee work performance. Employees will have good performance in their work when Occupational Safety and Health in a company has been running well too.

Abstract

The influence of social media has a considerable impact on people's lives. There are lots of new languages created by young people in social media. Considering that social media users have a very high number, there are lots of language changes. The purpose of writing this research is to provide readers with a more in-depth knowledge of the influence of social media in the use of Indonesian in the life of the nation and state. This is proof that there has been a change in Indonesian due to social media. Various new languages have emerged and have contaminated the standard Indonesian language which should be upheld.

Abstract

This writing aims to  find out the precautionary principle in granting credit to the NTT BANK and find out the efforts made by the NTT BANK in legal settlement in the event of default if the debtor has passed away. This research was carried out at NTT BANK Oebobo Branch. The type of research in the preparation of this thesis is empirical. The population studied is the settlement of bad debts due to default for debtors. Data sources in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out using library research and interviews. The data analysis method used is qualitative. The results of this study are The precautionary principle in extending credit to NTT BANK is when credit applications, credit analysis, credit decisions, credit realization and credit development, while the efforts in legal settlement in the event of default if the debtor has passed away are restructuring, attempts to collect by way of a warning letter or subpoena and auction of mortgage rights through the Office of State Property Services and Auctions.               Not all creditors can return credit as promised in the contract. To guarantee the creditor's trust in paying off credit by the debtor, a collateral object is needed. Regarding collateral objects, immovable property is bound with Mortgage Guarantee institutions. But there are often problems in executing collateral objects. Normative legal research that discusses doctrinal law uses the statutory and concept approaches. This study aims to find the most effective way to carry out executions that benefit both parties. Execution of collateral can be done through public auctions or underhanded execution. Execution of Credit Collateral which is burdened with Under Right Handling Rights is one of the alternatives that is considered easier and must take precedence.

Abstract

Community work activities still exist in Indonesia, especially in Gunung Anyar Jaya I, and have important benefits. Through this activity, the community can clean up the environment, repair damaged roads, and rebuild public facilities that have been damaged such as places of worship, bridges, and schools. In addition to its benefits in infrastructure development, community work activities can also increase a sense of unity and togetherness among the community, creating a harmonious and peaceful environment. Therefore, it is important to maintain Indonesian cultural traditions and values by carrying out community work activities. Despite its benefits, community work activities are often neglected in the current era of globalization. However, in the context of Gunung Anyar Jaya I, this activity must be carried out to improve infrastructure and the surrounding environment, as well as increase a sense of unity and togetherness among the community. Community work activities can be an opportunity to foster a sense of mutual help and support among the community. With more people participating in this activity, it will be easier to clean up the environment and repair damaged public facilities.

Abstract

Kegiatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, yang peneliti lakukan, adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas Kolaboratif, yaitu dengan berkolaborasi, dengan wali kelas IV B, sekaligus Guru Pamong, dengan Dosen Pembimbing Lapangan (DPL). Penelitian Tindakan Kelas Kolaboratif ini, bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan dan keterampilan dari peserta didik, terutama dari aspek kognitif, dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik, dalam pembelajaran IPAS Kelas IV SD Negeri Sekaran 02, pada materi Kebutuhan dan Keinginnan Manusia. Penelitian ini, dilaksanakan di Kelas IV SD Negeri Sekaran 02, dengan jumlah 18 peserta didik. Peserta didik SD, merupakan termasuk ke dalam fase dengan tingkat pertumbuhan kognitif yang pesat, sehingga perlu peran pendamping dalam tumbuh kembangnya aspek kognitif dari peserta didik. Tujuan dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini, untuk mendeskripsikan model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share, dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar dari peserta didik dalam pelajaran IPAS, pada materi Kebutuhan dan Keinginnan Manusia. Peneliti menggunakan media Kubus Kebutuhan dan Keinginnan Manusia pada peserta didik. Karena peserta didik SD, berada pada tahap operasional kongkrit, yaitu pada tahap yang memerlukan contoh nyata atau benda asli yang diwujudkan dalam bentuk benda asli atau benda 3 dimensi, yaitu: berupa Media Kubus Kebutuhan dan Keinginnan Manusia. Hasil penelitian, menunjukkan pada tes diagnostik awal, jumlah peserta didik yang tuntas adalah: 10 orang, (58 %). Pada Siklus I, jumlah peserta didik yang tuntas adalah 12 orang  (67 %). Pada Siklus II, peserta didik yang tuntas adalah 15 orang (84 %). Dan pada siklus III, menunjukkan jumlah peserta didik yang tuntas adalah 18 orang (100 %). Hal ini, menunjukkan keefektifan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif TPS (Think Pair Share), yang dipadukan dengan Project Based Learning (membuat poster Kebutuhan dan Keinginnan Manusia), dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPAS dari peserta didik.

Abstract

Zachryan Toys store is a small industry engaged in the sale of grade ori dolls. This business was founded in 2012 in Kampung Baru, Cikampek, Karawang Regency. Based on the results of interviews with the owner, it is known that there was a decrease in sales turnover in 2019 due to Covid that year and starting to run normally again in 2021. The research objectives to be achieved are; knowing the level of importance and performance level of Zachryan Toys Store, knowing its advantages and disadvantages compared to its competitors, knowing the level of customer satisfaction, and knowing good segmentation, targeting and positioning so that it can determine the right proposal. The 7P concept, namely product, price, place, promotion, physical evidence, people, process and the concept of segmentation, targeting and positioning is used to assist in research on the Zachryan Toys Store in Kampung Baru, Cikampek, Karawang Regency in order to achieve increased sales turnover. Segmentation is divided based on geographic, demographic, psychographic, and behavioral. Today's intense competition in the business world is symptomatic of more rapid development in controlling market share on a macro scale. Macro and micro companies such as the Zachryan toys shop, are flocking to each other to get a marketing place so that there will be competition in fighting for market share and consumers. the number of new competitors caused the turnover of the Zachryan Toys Store to decrease. This type of research is field research (field research) using the field as the main reference. The method used in this research is qualitative. The data obtained were sourced from primary data where researchers conducted interviews, observations at the Zachryan toys store. The results of this study show that the more new competitors there are, the lower the turnover at the Zachryan Toys Store. The results of this study show that the increasing number of new competitors makes turnover at the Zachryan Toys Store decrease, so a good competitive strategy is needed in order to win the competition with other competitors and increase turnover. The Zachryan toys shop should also implement new innovations in doll packaging to differentiate dolls from one another so that consumers are more interested in doll products in the Zachryan toys Cikampek shop, and also the Zachryan toys Cikampek shop must be aggressive in promoting through various online media.

Abstract

Proses pemindahan Ibu Kota Negara (IKN) tidak serta-merta berlangsung dengan lancar dan instan. Banyak terjadi pertentangan dari berbagai pihak terkait dengan mega proyek pemindahan IKN, salah satu isu yang paling menarik perhatian adalah terkait dengan aspek anggaran pembiayaan proyek tersebut. Selain pendanaan yang berasal dari dalam negeri, pembangunan IKN rencananya juga akan melibatkan investor asing melalui aktivitas penanaman modal asing (foreign investment). Dilihat dari kacamata investor, risiko investasi di IKN cukup tinggi. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut Pemerintah Indonesia kemudian menawarkan keuntungan berinvestasi bagi para investor melalu beberapa kebijakan seperti tax holiday, potongan pajak, dan Hak Guna Usaha, serta kebijakan-kebijakan lainnya. Namun kebijakan tersebut tentunya juga tidak terlepas dari berbagai kekurangan. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengkaji lebih dalam terkait dengan konsep Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) beserta kaitannya dengan pembangunan Ibu Kota Negara.

Abstract

This article discusses the analysis of employee work culture at PT ITSA, a leading information technology company. A strong and positive work culture is an important factor in the company's success. The purpose of this study is to understand the work culture that exists at PT ITSA, identify strengths, weaknesses, and potentials that can be improved. This research also looks at the shift in values in the work environment which is influenced by the new generation of employees. The research method used is qualitative analysis involving interviews with employees and observations of work culture practices in the company. The results of this research are expected to provide valuable insights for PT ITSA in building a healthy, inclusive, and achievement-oriented work culture. In addition, this research can also be a guideline for other companies that want to manage their work culture well.

Abstract

Park and Ride sendiri merupakan kegiatan parkir dalam kendaraan pribadi dan kemudian melanjutkan perjalanan menggunakan angkutan umum massal. Selain pengalihan park and ride menjadi pengalihan moda transportasi dari kendaraan pribadi ke kendaraan umum, penerapan park and ride bertujuan untuk menciptakan ruang parkir yang dapat menjawab berbagai permasalahan lalu lintas di Kota Surabaya khususnya pada terminal Intermoda Joyoboyo seperti halnya parkir sembarangan, kemacetan, hingga pengadaan parkir illegal. Layanan Park and Ride yang ditawarkan oleh Pemerintah Kota Surabaya merupakan cara untuk mengubah parkir kendaraan dari on street parking menjadi off street parking. Kehadirannya diharapkan dapat mengurangi jumlah pengendara yang memarkir kendaraannya di trotoar.  Namun penyelenggaraan perencanaan tersebut dianggap belum maksimal karena kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat dan kurangnya komunikasi serta informasi antara pemerintah Kota Surabaya melalui Dinas Perhubungan Kota Surabaya dengan masyarakat untuk mensukseskan parkir Park and Ride tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yaitu dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan penyelenggaraan perparkiran park and ride pada Terminal Intermoda Joyoboyo sudah cukup baik. Meskipun belum maksimal karena masih terdapat kendala yaitu masih kurangnya sosialisasi mengenai adanya parkir pada Park and Ride Terminal Intermoda joyoboyo agar bisa dinikmati oleh masyarakat sehingga dapat mengurangi parkir liar serta memberikan ketertiban dan kelancaran lalu lintas pada kota Surabaya.

Abstract

Computer service providers need to pay attention to the needs and expectations of customers to retain and attract new customers. Companies also need to invest in employee training and development, improving operational processes, and improving service efficiency. Quality computer service services have a very important role in increasing customer loyalty. The purpose of this industrial visit is to provide direct experience and insight to understand directly how the computer service process is carried out and can provide an opportunity to see firsthand how computer technicians carry out their duties. The author uses a descriptive method with an observative. Primary data obtained is through interviews and direct observation of business actors and secondary data obtained from articles or books related to the title of writing. Based on the industrial visit, the authors obtained the results that the Recovery.U company prioritizes service both technically and provides responsive suggestions and input in handling customer requests to increase customer loyalty. Quality and satisfaction affect customer loyalty. Creating customer satisfaction with good service quality has benefits such as providing a good basis for repeat use of services by customers because it creates customer satisfaction and loyalty. To be able to improve the company's services, it is necessary to increase the number of employees needed based on the volume of work, the level of customer demand, and the scope of services offered so that in the future it can receive more customer requests every day due to the appropriate employee capacity.
