Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah dengan mengunakan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada Tema 1 Indahnya Kebersamaan di kelas IV SD 032/III Pasar Semurup Tahun Pembelajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV yang berjumlah 21 siswa, terdiri dari 12 siswa laki-laki dan 9 siswa perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada tema Indahnya Kebersamaan di kelas IV SD 032/III Pasar Semurup. Pada siklus II hasil observasi guru meningkat menjadi 90% (baik sekali) dan hasil observasi terhadap kegiatan siswa juga meningkat menjadi 80 (baik sekali). Dengan demikian diperoleh simpulan bahwa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning terjadi peningkatan terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada tema Indahnya Kebersamaan di kelas SD 032/III Pasar Semurup Tahun Pembelajaran 2022/2023.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze development needs, explain the methods used in development activities, explain the benefits of development, inhibiting factors and evaluation methods. Employees at the corner cafe & restaurant business. Employee development has important uses in increasing the motivation, personality and abilities of employees. There are several obstacles that arise, namely the lack of funds, attention from the owner/manager and adequate facilities. This research was conducted using observation and interview methods with the owner/manager and several employees. This study uses a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that the employee development program at the cafe & restaurant corner is carried out based on the needs of employees using two methods, namely instruction and mentoring, for evaluation it is carried out by sharing between employees and the owner. The benefits of development are fully supported by Corner Cafe & Restaurant. Pojok caffe & restaurant should provide a special and further employee development program and evaluation of development activities must be carried out formally.

Abstract

Foundations are legal entities whose assets are separated to meet their goals and operate in three areas, namely social, religious and humanitarian. For example, with the goal of a foundation to pursue profit, it is precisely in this case that it also has great potential to commit or be open to committing such fraud. One of them is the Aksi Cepat Tanggap Foundation. The fact is that there are approximately 2 (two) trillion in funds managed by the Foundation and 103 (one hundred and three) billion found in the results of the investigation. The discussion that will become the basis and limitations of this research is explained by the formulation of the problem, namely, How are community fundraising foundations regulated in Indonesia?, and What are the forms of external supervision for fundraising foundations as a form of reducing the misuse of foundation funds This research was conducted using a normative juridical method with a Legislative Approach, Case Comparison, and Prescriptive Research. The results of the research show that the foundation law regarding the Indonesian supervisory board is still weak, because the provisions of the law do not explicitly state that people must come from outside or within the foundation. This can lead to legal smuggling and conflict of interest if there is no regulation on this matter. Oversight from the Attorney General is also passive. This passive supervision causes ineffectiveness in supervising all foundations in Indonesia, especially foundations engaged in public fundraising.

Abstract

The purpose of carrying out this industrial visit is to find out about the promotion of dhinda hijab in maintaining customer loyalty. The method used in this study is descriptive with observation, data collection using interview techniques, observation, documentation, and literature. dhinda hijab has increased and is starting to be known by many people as a hijab brand with quality that is comfortable to wear, to maintain customer satisfaction Dhinda Hijab makes it easy for its customers, namely by spreading information on various internet media so that they can easily access the products they are looking for or want through social media like Instagram, Shopee and Tiktok. The best social media for marketing and promoting is Tiktok, because there are many attractive promos such as discounted prices and free shipping which are easy to get, and if calculated from administrative costs for sellers, Tiktok is lower than other social media. Digital marketing makes it easier for consumers to make purchases and provide product ratings, which can then be used as a benchmark for customer satisfaction and product evaluation for sellers.

Abstract

 Indikator kualitas pendidikan dilihat dari hasil belajar peserta didik. Hasil belajar tersebut dipengaruhi oleh kualitas proses pembelajaran. Upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar dilakukan dengan cara  mengimplementasikan metode dan model pembelajaran yang efektif yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan peserta didiknya. penerapan window shopping pada model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif.  Strategi yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik kelas X.6 SMAN Umbulsari dengan mengimplementasikan window shopping dalam model pembelajaran PBL. Analisis data  yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  adanya peningkatan hasil belajar  kognitif  dan prosentase ketuntasan dari siklus 1 ke siklus 2. Rata-rata hasil belajar kognitif siklus 1 adalah 83,86 dengan prosentase ketuntasan sebesar 66,6%, sedangkan pada siklus 2 terjadi peningkatan rata-rata hasil belajar menjadi 90,19 dengan prosentase ketuntasan meningkat menjadi 90%. Kesimpulan dari PTK (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas) yang dilaksanakan di kelas X.6 SMAN Umbulsari menunjukkan hasil belajar kognitif meningkat pada penerapan model pembelajaran PBL berbantuan window shopping.

Adapun manfaat penelitian ini Penelitian ini akan memberikan manfaat untuk penulis sendiri, dapat memperdalam ilmu tentang Penelitian Operasional yang pernah di peroleh selama perkuliahan, mendapatkan pengalaman dan pengetahuan secara langsung dalam bidang distribusi, dapat menambah wawasan pengetahuan dan dapat mengetahui model simulasi lebih dalam mengapai pengobtimalan yang efektif dan efisien, Penelitian ini akan memberi manfaat bagi perusahaan, dapat memanfaatkan hasil penelitian ini sebagai evaluasi kedepannya dalam biaya pengriman komponen otomotif, Penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi pembaca, dapat membantu dalam hal mendapatkan data- datainformasi signifikan komponen otomotif pada PT. Inti Polymetal. Menentukan Objek Penelitian Objek penelitian kali ini ialah pada proses distribusi pada PT. Inti Polymetal untuk kemudian siap dilakukan tahap selanjutnya. Studi Literatur, Pada tahapan ini, kelompok kami melakukan pendalaman masalah yang telah dirumuskan sehingga persiapan penelitian dapat dilakukan secara maksimal. Studi literatur yang dilakukan oleh penulis yaitu dengan melakukan pencarian terhadap berbagai sumber tertulis, baik berupa buku-buku, arsip, majalah, artikel, dan jurnal, atau dokumen-dokumen yang relevan dengan permasalahan yang dikaji.

Abstract

Merdeka Belajar Curriculum is one of the newest education policies in Indonesia aimed at improving the quality of education at all levels, including Junior High School (SMP). This article will discuss the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum in SMP by looking at the changes that have occurred in three main aspects, namely curriculum, learning, and assessment. The research method used is a case study of SMP Negeri 1 Talawaan. The results show that the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum has undergone significant changes in terms of more flexible and integrated learning, holistic assessment, and increased student participation in the learning process.

Abstract

The Payment System is a system related to the transfer of a sum of money from one party to another. Company payment systems that we often encounter in general use cash or non-cash media. This task will discuss the payment procedure through the central system. The existence of this central system makes it easier for employees and subsidiaries to make payments. However, the facts on the ground state that many employees and subsidiaries have difficulty using the central system. So that there is a delay in the payment process. Therefore, the practitioner tries to describe the problem and solve the problem based on the SOP that already exists in the company. Analysis of the problem this time using the method of Descriptive Analysis and Fishbone Diagrams. Through the analysis of the production process using Fishbone, it can be concluded that the factor causing this gap is ignorance of employees and company branches regarding payment soup which causes one of the delays in payment. Therefore, the company must make notifications directly to employees and company branches regarding the payment process, so that delays do not occur. In addition, the company can provide training to employees in order to add insight and knowledge to use the centra system.

Abstract

 Accounting information systems are very important in institutions to support the smooth performance of institutions, assessing the performance of an institution requires good and complete financial reports, therefore an accounting information system is also needed which is supported by computerized information technology. Previous research or relevant research serves to strengthen the theory and phenomena of the relationship or influence between variables. This article reviews the factors that influence the performance of accounting information systems, namely the participation of users of accounting information systems, the ability of users of accounting information systems, organizational size, and educational training programs from a study of accounting information systems literature. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis on the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Participation of users of accounting information systems affects the performance of accounting information systems; 2) The ability of users of accounting information systems affects the performance of accounting information systems; 3) Organizational size affects the performance of accounting information systems and 4) Educational training programs affect the performance of accounting information systems
