Abstract

In Indonesia, the social, political, cultural, and other aspects of his life are governed by law. Article 1 paragraph 3  of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia makes it clear that Indonesia is a constitutional state. The development and advancement of technology play a significant role in increasing cases of pollution of good name in the current era. There are social media apps like Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok that are easily accessible by users around the world. In this case, the occurrence of good-name contamination is very vulnerable because everyone can easily and freely manage their own accounts. As for the formula of the problem, the first is the regulation of pollution of good names according to the positive law in Indonesia, and the second is the attempt to resolve the case of pollution of good names in Indonesia. This research includes a type of yuridic research, which refers to the applicable legal regulations and uses research methods through library studies. The results of the research found that the pollution of the good name was regulated in the special Chapter of the KUHP entitled Disgrace and the ITE Law, as well as that efforts to resolve the case of good name contamination were carried out after there was a complaint from the public that there had been a criminal offence of the corruption of a good name and then continued with repressive efforts.

Abstract

A business really needs capital or financing, and this capital can come from various sources. The purpose of this study is to determine the various sources of financing. Financial sources are financial sources that can be used to carry out investment activities. Every business or company has its own source of funding. Starting from internal and external estimates. The source of financing has a significant impact on the size and scale of a business, especially for SMEs. The method used in this study is a descriptive method that explains the sources of financing for MSMEs in Gunung Cupu village, namely Ceramic MSMEs based in Anjun village. SMEs with heritage ceramics receive internal sources of financing, ie. and alone.

Abstract

Grab is an online transportation service provider using an application. This study aims to analyze user experience on user satisfaction in the grab application. By using heart metrics as a research method, 5 indicators are used as benchmarks for calculations such as Happiness, Engagement, Adoption, Retention, and Task Success and utilize the level of usability. With a mixed average value of 0.83 which indicates that the usability level has reached a very high level.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance and to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance. Types and sources of data The data used in this research is quantitative data or basic research type. This data is in the form of numbers or made into numbers. Based on the source, the data in this study are primary data obtained directly from the respondents. The conclusion that can be obtained from testing using SPSS is that compensation and work motivation have positive results or have a significant effect on employee performance. thus supporting the existing hypothesis, namely: the compensation variable (X1) has an influence on the performance variable (Y) and the motivational variable (X2) has an influence on the performance variable (Y).

Abstract

Pos Indonesia is an Indonesian State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) engaged in postal services. Now, the form of Pos Indonesia's business entity is a Limited Liability Company and is often referred to as PT. Indonesian post. The form of the Pos Indonesia business is according to Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5 of 1995. This Government Regulation contains the transfer of the initial form of Pos Indonesia from a public company (perum) to a state-owned company. The services provided by the post are on a national and international scale. In carrying out the postal processing and distribution system, it is guided by the CPTDR principle, namely: Collecting, Processing, Transporting, Delivering and Reporting. This study aims to find out what are the causes of delays in delivery to consumers. Data collection is done by interview. Meanwhile, the method used is the fishbone method, which is a common tool used to help organizations solve problems by conducting a cause and effect analysis of a situation in a diagram such as a fishbone. In the fishbone diagram there are five parts that result in delays in the delivery of goods, namely from Man, Material, Method, Environment, Machine.

Abstract

The purpose of this industrial visit in the Mixue Rengasdengklok is: 1. To know types of digital marketing 2. To know the digital marketing methods carried out by Mixue Rengasdengklok. This type of research used is descriptive with observative. The results we obtained from the visits that we have already done, among other things, know the marketing done by Mixue itself. Social media is very important as one of the tools (digital marketing) carried out by Mixue Rengasdengklok to start its first business, because the time used more effectively and efficiently does not waste a lot of time, does not require a large capital to make a brochure and does not spend a great deal of energy to share the brochures. Social media can be used as one of the digital tools to do a promotion or advertise most of the products of the business itself. In the content of Mixue there is unique content and managed to draw the attention of the public to its products. The uniqueness and quality of the content associated with the product has resulted in positive reviews.

Abstract

Previous research or relevant research is very important in a research or scientific article. Previous research or relevant research serves to strengthen the theory and phenomena of the relationship or influence between variables. This article reviews the factors that affect the Performance of Accounting Information Systems, namely the latest technology, Information Systems Personal Engineering Capabilities, User Training Programs and Top Management Support, a financial management literature study. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis on the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are: 1) cutting-edge technology affects the performance of accounting information systems; 2) Technical Ability of Personal Information Systems affects the Performance of Accounting Information Systems; 3) User Training Programs affect the Performance of Accounting Information Systems; 4) Top Management Support affects the Performance of Accounting Information Systems.

Abstract

Education is the interaction between educators and students. Educational interaction is always related to knowledge, developing potential, and inculcating values, either through the learning process, guidance or training. In this interaction the individual behaves, and the behavior becomes the subject of educational psychology studies. Thus educational psychology is a science that examines the behavior of a person (especially students) in interacting with the educational environment. A teacher is obliged to understand educational psychology, considering that teachers interact with students and also other people, more often than not, in the educational process.

Abstract

This journal discusses conceptual understanding of international trade theory and its implications in a global context. Theories such as absolute advantage, comparative advantage, Hecksher-Ohlin, and mercantilism are explained to understand the factors that drive international trade and the profits that can be made. In addition, barriers to international trade, such as protectionism and other factors, are also considered. In a global context, understanding international trade theories and overcoming these barriers is important to maximize the benefits of international trade and achieve sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

The Qur'an has become the first target of attention for those who have insight and a thirst for knowledge since the first day the Qur'an was revealed. This is because there are so many treasures of learning that can be drawn from the depth of meaning in every verse of the Qur'an. Balaghah science is one of the sciences that focuses on word order in Arabic, especially in the language of the Qur'an. The purpose of this paper is to introduce in a concise manner the scope of the Al-Qur'an balaghah science which is generally divided into three namely ma'ani science, bayan science, and badi' science. In addition, this paper also aims to reveal the origin and context of the science of balaghah as part of an introduction to understanding the science of balaghah in the Qur'an. This paper was prepared using a qualitative method through a literature study approach.
