Abstract

This research was conducted at CV. Cipta Mitra Usaha District Rengat Indragiri Hulu Regency. The research carried out for approximately 6 (six) months. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of marketing strategies and prices on sales volumes of motorized vehicle products at CV. Cipta Mitra Usaha Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The study was conducted with qualitative methods namely supporting data in the company and quantitative, namely research that describes the Marketing Strategy and Price of Sales Volume of Motorized Vehicle Products on the CV. Cipta Mitra Usaha Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. By analyzing the data using the instrument test, multiple regression, correlation coefficient and determination, the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing are later assisted by using SPSS version 22 From the results of the study with the regression equation Y = 5.697 + 0.386 X1 + 0.380 X2, a = constant of 5.697 and if the independent variable is considered zero (0) then the constant is 5.697 means that the Sales Volume is 5.697 if X1 (Marketing Strategy) and X2 (Price ) equal to 0 (zero). b1 = Marketing Strategy regression coefficient of 0.386 shows that each increase in Marketing Strategy is one unit and another variable (Price) remains, then there will be an increase in Sales Volume of 0.386. b2 = regression coefficient Price of 0.380 indicates that each increase in price is one unit and another variable (marketing strategy) remains, then there will be an increase in sales volume of 0.380. The correlation coefficient is known that R is 0.796 meaning that it has a strong and unidirectional relationship. and then tested with the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.456. this shows that (X1) Marketing Strategy and (X2) Prices together can contribute to the variable (Y) Sales Volume of 45.6%. And the remaining 54.4% is influenced by other variables. Hypothesis testing at a significant level = 0.05% where F arithmetic (8.440)> F table (3.11) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the Marketing Strategy and Price variables together have a significant influence on the Sales Volume of Motorized Vehicle Products on the CV. Cipta Mitra Usaha Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Based on the results of the t test obtained the value of t count X1> t table = 2.871> 1.988 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means the independent variable (X1) Marketing Strategy partially has a significant effect on Sales Volume (Y). Furthermore, the value of tcount X2> t table = 3.988> 1.988 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means the independent variable (X2) Price partially has a significant effect on the variable Sales Volume (Y).

Abstract

Penggunaan internet dan mobile banking di Indonesia telah mengalami pertumbuhan yang signifikan dan memberikan dampak positif bagi pengguna. Salah satu aplikasi mobile banking yang populer adalah BRImo dari Bank BRI. Bank BRI merupakan salah satu bank terbesar di Indonesia yang terus berinovasi untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada nasabahnya. BRImo merupakan aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk berbagai keperluan perbankan, seperti transfer, pembayaran, dan pembelian. . Adapun permasalahan dari penelitian ini dikarenakan system sering terjadi eror dan Berdasarkan banyak respon dari pengguna terhadap aplikasi. Pengguna juga memberikan respon positif maupun Respon negatif berupa keluhan yang diberikan oleh pengguna yaitu salah satunya kecepatatan akses saat menggunakan aplikasi BRImo. Pengguna juga merasa kecewa pada aplikasi sehingga minat untuk menggunakan aplikasi berkurang. Dikarenakan masih terdapat beberapa keluhan dan rating yang kurang memuaskan, perlu dilakukan penelitian mengenai kepuasan pengguna ini guna mengetahui seberapa tinggi kepuasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi BRImo , dan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan pengguna terhadap layanan aplikasi BRImo menggunakan Mobile Service Quality dengan metode CSI pada Bank BRI KCP KM 12 Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan responden sebanyak 100 orang pengguna aplikasi BRImo.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap layanan aplikasi BRImo sebesar 56,8%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengguna merasa cukup puas dengan layanan aplikasi BRImo. Dimensi yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna adalah dimensi kemudahan penggunaan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, Bank BRI perlu terus meningkatkan kualitas layanan aplikasi BRImo, terutama pada dimensi keamanan dan keandalan. Selain itu, Bank BRI juga perlu meningkatkan promosi aplikasi BRImo agar lebih dikenal oleh masyarakat luas.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of using Wordwall interactive media based on Problem Based Learning (PjBL) in Pancasila Education subjects for class V students at SD Negeri Gisikdrono 02. This research is motivated by the low level of motivation and learning concentration among students in class. V SD Negeri Gisikdrono 02, Semarang City. Based on the results of observations made at this elementary school, specifically in class V at SD Negeri Gisikdrono 02, it can be seen that most students still do not show enthusiasm for their learning. So their motivation and concentration in learning decreases, especially in learning Pancasila and Citizenship Education due to a lack of instilling and implementing Pancasila values in the form of mutual cooperation between each other. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that learning Pancasila Education using the PjBL learning model or Problem Based Education can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research focuses on "Wetonan Tradition in Javanese Culture as a Method for Calculating Childbirth in Sei Simujur Village, Batu Bara Regency". It generally examines and analyzes the practices and significance of the Wetonan tradition in Javanese society. The study specifically delves into how the Wetonan tradition is used as a method for calculating childbirth and how it influences family decision-making regarding childbirth, parenting, and the future plans for children in Sei Simujur Village. The research aims to provide an in-depth understanding of how the Wetonan tradition affects the daily lives of the local community and its role in shaping family decisions related to childbirth. The research methodology involves a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and participatory observation. The research findings reveal that the Wetonan tradition is not merely a calculation system based on the Javanese calendar but also reflects the richness of the belief system and cultural values inherent in Javanese society. The Wetonan tradition plays a crucial role in shaping parenting practices, education, and future planning for children in Javanese families in Sei Simujur Village. This study contributes significantly to the understanding of local cultural heritage and the dynamics of Javanese community life. It is hoped that the findings of this research will provide new insights into the importance of preserving traditional culture in the era of modernization and globalization. The research is also expected to provide guidance for policymakers to support the preservation of local culture and sustainable development in the Sei Simujur Village and surrounding areas.

Abstract

Drug abuse among teenagers is a critical issue that threatens the health and future of the younger generation. This research examines the role of Islam in preventing and treating drug abuse among teenagers. The methodology used is a quantitative approach by collecting data through distributing questionnaires. The research results show that Islamic values and teachings have a significant influence in shaping positive behavior and avoiding drug abuse. Religious education in families, schools and communities plays an important role in building awareness and understanding among teenagers about the dangers of drugs. In addition, spiritual and social support from the Muslim community helps teenagers deal with the social and emotional pressures that often trigger drug abuse. This research recommends strengthening religious education programs and increasing the role of mosques and Islamic organizations in anti-drug campaigns to create a conducive environment for the development of healthy and drug-free youth.

Abstract

The writing of this article aims to find out the form of the military bureaucracy in Indonesia, especially in the Ministry of Defense (Kemenhan). And in the process of compiling it, it was inspired by a journal by Yusa Djuyandi and Muhammad Gufran Ghazian which highlighted the many retirees or even those still working in the military area who were included in the structure of state institutions, and the object of this research was the Ministry of Defense. However, in discussing this article, it takes sub-material regarding the form of order in the Ministry of Defense and the military bureaucracy in Indonesia. The data collection technique was carried out by means of a literature study by collecting translation documents from various forms such as journals, e-books, websites which have been compared so as to find the resulting data that can be used for the preparation of this article. The findings in this article, although in the leadership structure at the ministry of defense there are alumni from the military, their absence indicates that the environment created within the ministry of defense is rigid and hard like that of the military. The structure of the Kemenhan body has a form that has been determined according to a decision by the government in office at that time and can change according to the rules set. For now the function of the ministry of defense is as a coordinator in the area of national defense who is directly responsible to the president, providing and stipulating everything and the needs of the Indonesian armed forces in maintaining national defense.

Abstract

Interest in Sharia Insurance refers to the level of interest and desire of an individual or group to use insurance products and services that are in accordance with Islamic sharia principles.  To support the growth of sharia insurance, it is necessary to have public understanding and awareness through sharia insurance literacy, apart from that, individual trust in the right company is also a consideration in attracting customers to use sharia insurance products. This research aims to analyze sharia insurance literacy factors on interest in using sharia insurance. This research was conducted at PT.Takaful general. The population in this research is PT. General takaful for the last 3 years was 110 people. The sampling method in this research is the Random Sampling Method. The data used is primary data and secondary data. Quantitative data analysis method. The research results show that sharia insurance literacy and trust influence interest in using sharia insurance both partially and simultaneously. The results of the Coefficient of Determination (R²) show that the magnitude of the influence of the two dependent variables is 59.4%. Meanwhile, the remaining 40.6% are other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

Etika manajemen merupakan standar kesesuaian pengelolaan suatu organisasi yang memenuhi kriteria etika. Etika manajemen sangat diperlukan dan diwajibkan bagi suatu organisasi atau perusahaan dalam pelaksanaan manajemen, karena etika manajemen sangat mempengaruhi baik buruknya  organisasi atau perusahaan tersebut. Salah satu kelebihan etika manajemen adalah dapat meningkatkan kredibilitas perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa itu etika dan tujuannya, serta apa saja konsep dasar etika manajemen dan prinsip-prinsip etika manajemen, selain itu, faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi etika manajemen.. Dalam penelitian ini  menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif , Pendekatan ini mencakup metode studi perpustakaan, yang meliputi penjelasan buku  dan artikel yang  menguatkan materi serra data dari penelitian ini, Adapun Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etika manajemen dan tanggung jawab sosial merupakan aspek penting dalam operasional bisnis untuk menjamin kelangsungan bisnis. Oleh karena itu, perlu diterapkannya etika pengelolaan dan tanggung jawab sosial. Penerapan etika manajemen dan tanggung jawab sosial tidak hanya menjadi tanggung jawab supervisor atau manajer, tetapi juga  karyawan perusahaan. Selain itu, partisipasi masyarakat dan pemerintah juga diperlukan.

Abstract

In general, this research aims to analyze and describe the service quality of the Garut Regency Fire Department. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach by emphasizing the concept of measuring service quality according to Dwiyanto's theory (2008:343-344), where the service quality of the Garut Regency Fire Department can be measured from the attitude of officers, procedures, time, facilities and services. The selection of informants was carried out by researchers purposively. Data collection is done by conducting interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results of the research show that in general the services of the Garut Regency Fire Department are of poor quality. Several problems were found, including the slow response time of officers, the speed and accuracy of fire extinguishing which was not optimal, the lack of fire service facilities and infrastructure and not all officers having received functional training, complaints from the public and public ignorance regarding the service complaint hotline available at the Fire Department. So it is recommended that fire fighters further increase response time and increase the speed and accuracy of service by overcoming obstacles that hinder service, proposing additions and rejuvenation of fire extinguisher operational facilities and infrastructure to local governments that are adjusted to the area, population and reach. services, involving all functional officers in functional technical training, responding to complaints or opinions expressed by the public, increasing public awareness by providing continuous and intensive education to the public about the dangers of fire both through print and electronic media.

Abstract

This research was conducted to show human activities in a parallel world in the novel Comet Tere Liye which tells of 3 characters who are looking for a comet clan which is surrounded by technology. The technology used is much more advanced and has very modern technological developments compared to human life in the earth clan. The main aim of this research is to explain several aspects of the technology being discussed which was created by humans in a parallel world and in the future this research will introduce technology similar to the Telecomet story to humans in the real world. able to provide inspiration for readers. The results of this research show that 1) The novel "Comet" by Tere Liye has values about technology through the depiction of activities carried out using modern tools. This type of research is descriptive and qualitative using the Miles and Huberman model design. The focus of this research is on the words, sentences and dialogue contained in the novel Comet by Tere Liye. In this research we found several findings that will be discussed, namely 1) capsules 2) holograms 3) translators 4) online transportation.
