Abstract

In this research, the researcher is interested in examining the rights of women and children born from underhanded marriages and what the MUI fatwa regarding underhanded marriages is. The author uses normative legal research methodology and a fiqh approach. The author concludes that private marriages have many negative impacts, especially for women and children born from private marriages, there is no legal protection for the rights of wives and children because hand-held marriages are not registered by the State. In this case, the author agrees with the MUI to require marriages to be registered in official government institutions. The official institution in question is the Ministry of Religion through the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance, then through the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion, Province, then the Ministry of Religion, Regency, City, then distributed to the KUA in each District throughout Indonesia. takes priority over attracting benefits and the rule of sad al-Zari'ah (closing the path of damage)

Abstract

The existence of Islamic banks in Indonesia was established to avoid the issue of interest which continues to be a long debate which is feared to contain elements of usury. Therefore, every Sharia banking activity must be protected from usury. Efforts to avoid these concerns include implementing profit sharing. The Muslim community's understanding of sharia banking is still limited to routine religious activities, even though sharia banking covers all aspects of life. It is time to change this perspective or issues and how to increase Sharia financial literacy among the community in order to expand access and use of Sharia banking services. In this paper, the author uses a qualitative descriptive method to look at issues related to sharia banking. The data source in this research is library data where the author collects writings, books, journals related to the main issue of the study. In data analysis, the author uses qualitative analysis methods starting with data coding, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. From the analysis of the discussion or explanation it was found that it was in accordance with this paper. that efforts to develop the existence of sharia banking are a very important orientation considering that its existence is the 'life' and 'soul' of the Muslim community in order to help alleviate community poverty which is mostly experienced by Muslims. There are a number of problems as well as solutions for the development of sharia banking so that it can run optimally, aspects of commitment to implementation, aspects of human resources, and sharia banking marketing strategies to innovate products according to community needs.

Abstract

Proses masuk dan Islamisasi serta penyebaran Islam di Indonesia sering menarik perhatian untuk dipelajari dan diteliti. Terutama di kalangan umat muslim yang berada dalam dunia akademisi. Hal ini terkait dengan beberapa pertanyaan yang sering muncul, pertanyaan itu terkait tentang kapan agama Islam sebenarnya datang? Siapa sebenarnya yang menyebarkan Islam ke Indonesia. Terkait dengan pertanyaan tersebut, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui teori masuknya Islam dan proses Islamisasi di Indonesia. Metode yang dipakai yaitu metode penelitian kepustakaan. Kesimpulannya bahwa Islami di Indonesia berjalan secara damai. Adapun teori masuknya Islam di Indonesia adalah teori Gujarat, teori Arab, teori Persia, teori Cina. Untuk proses Islamisasi dan penyebaran Islam di Indonesia dilakukan dengan jalur perdagangan, perkawinan, pendidikan, tasawuf, politik,serta seni dan budaya.

Abstract

This article discusses the historical role of Walisongo in developing a model of religious moderation in Indonesia. The aim is to understand more deeply the role and contribution of Walisongo in building inter-religious harmony and its relevance in the present context. The research method used is a literature study and qualitative approach by analyzing various literature sources related to the history of Walisongo and the concept of religious moderation in Islam. The discussion covers the historical background of the Walisongo, their role in shaping the concept of religious moderation, the values upheld in the Walisongo teachings, and the implementation of the Walisongo history-based religious moderation model in the context of modern Indonesia. This article shows that values such as tolerance, humanity, multicultural education, culture, nationality, wisdom, and peaceful behavior are important foundations in the development of a model of religious moderation in Indonesia. Through the implementation of these values, it is hoped that Indonesian society can achieve the goal of stronger national unity in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the characteristics of rice consumers in Bondowoso and determine which combination of rice attributes is included in consumer preferences. The research method is descriptive analysis and conjoint analysis. The research results show that consumer preferences for rice in Bondowoso are influenced by taste, color, rice grains, packaging and price. The taste of rice that consumers in Bondowoso want is delicious rice. Apart from that, consumers prefer small, clean white packaging and low prices for rice products, which contain information related to rice and the product brand.

Abstract

Perekonomian di Indonesia sangat bergantung pada investasi di pasar modal. Mayoritas masyarakat Indonesia adalah muslim dengan adanya investasi Syariah di pasar modal dapat membuka jalan masyarakat untuk berinvestasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh norma subjektif, religiusitas dan pendapatan terhadap niat berinvestasi saham Syariah pada masyarakat kota pekanbaru tahun 2024. Populasi penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang berminat untuk berinvestasi saham Syariah di kota Pekanbaru. Jumlah sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 orang dengan metode insidental sampling dan menggunakan rumus Cochran. Analisis data penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh norma subjektif, religiusitas, dan pendapatan terhadap niat berinvestasi saham Syariah. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung (228,637) > Ftabel (2,70) dengan Sig. (0,000) < 0,05. Koefisien determinasi diperoleh 0,877 atau 87,7% terhadap Niat Investasi Saham Syariah, dan untuk sisanya sejumlah 12,3% terpengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

Currently, government programmes already include high-quality education.  The government is not the only entity trying to improve education.  Private institutions, educational organizations, and the general public are also involved in this effort.  This document aims to gather information as part of an effort to realize the Sustainable Development Goals Programme (SDGs) in the context of improving the quality of education in Indonesia.  This research uses a qualitative research approach with a descriptive approach.  The findings from literary reviews, academic articles, and previous research on this topic served as the basis for discussion.  The study reveals the potential for improving the quality of education in Indonesia and identifies factors that contribute to its low quality.  Teachers need to engage in professional development activities to relevant learning goals in the classroom and improve the quality of education.  When a focus on pedagogy is required, it involves leadership, supervision, and guidance to ensure that established quality standards are met in best educational practices..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif terhadap fenomena Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Turnover Karyawan Gen Z Di Palembang. Target yang di teliti dalampenelitian ini adalah para karyawan yang bekerja UMKM di Palembang. Metode pengambilan sampel yang dipilih untuk penelitian ini, dan disarankan agar jumlah sampel setidaknya lima kali lebih besar dari jumlah item kuesioner di sebut dengan purposive sampling. Data yang di gunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang akan di gunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi linier berganda, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan software SPSS dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil pengujian ini menyatakan bahwa Beban Kerja , berpengaruh negative dan Lingkungan Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover. Karyawan Gen Z di kota Palembang.

Abstract

This research investigates the practice of providing legal aid by legal counsel to prisoners in the context of ensuring that the normative rights of prisoners are implemented. Using a qualitative approach with an empirical juridical approach, this study gained in-depth insights into the role of legal counsel, the challenges faced, and the impact on prisoners. Through interviews, observations, and document analysis, the research findings highlight a number of challenges faced by legal counsel, including legal uncertainty, social stigma, and unequal access to legal resources. However, this research also shows that legal counsel and advocate organizations have a crucial role in ensuring that prisoners continue to have equal access to justice. The results of this study provide a better understanding of the practices of legal counsel and Advocate Organizations in providing legal aid to prisoners and their impact on justice and access to the law. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of cooperation between legal counsel, advocate organizations, government, and civil society organizations in improving the effectiveness of the system of providing legal aid to prisoners. By maintaining a commitment to the principles of justice and human rights, it is hoped that the results of this study can make a positive contribution to efforts to maintain justice for prisoners in the future.

Abstract

The rapid growth of science and technology has transformed the way humans access information. In the modern era, the internet has become one of the primary mediums for exchanging information among society, with websites being one of its products. The South Jakarta Administrative City Government utilizes its official website (https://selatan.jakarta.go.id/) to disseminate information to the public, in line with the E-Government policy introduced during the administration of Megawati Soekarnoputri. This research aims to evaluate the quality of information presented on the website. Through this study, the problem statement is "What is the quality of information on the South Jakarta City Government website?" This research employs a descriptive method to understand the effectiveness and shortcomings of the web-based information services provided by the government institution.
