Abstract

This study aims to examine the Koran as a source of law according to Muhammad Syahrur. The research conducted is a qualitative research with an ushul fiqh approach. The main data sources in this research are books written by Muhammad Syahrur. And secondary data sources in this study are scientific writings related to the themes discussed. This study concludes that according to Syahrur, the interpretation of the Koran must be carried out by people who are experts in their respective fields and in accordance with current scientific developments. Besides that, it is also necessary to sort out and re-select Islamic teachings from the Koran which is the object of ijtihad. Treatise verses are verses related to law or things that cannot be changed. The nubuwwah verses are verses whose interpretation is in accordance with the times. The Koran sets limits in establishing laws that cannot be violated.

Abstract

The Spy Next Door is one of family movie where Jacky Chan plays in the movie. This paper  aims to study about what strategies of translating which exists and is applied ny translator in subtitiling or translating in The Spy Next Door movie. In this mini research, the researcher found that the meaning of word or sentence depends on the context, either situational context or cultural context. It is clear that American culture is different with Indonesian’s. The translation shows that “Halloween” cannot be translated “Suronan”. They are different each other. There is no “Halloween” in Indonesian culture. The researcher found that the strategies used in The Spy Next Door movie are Expansion, paraphrase, transfer, Imitation, condensation, deletion, and resignation.

Abstract

The application of the Golden Visa is now being designed by the Directorate General of Immigration in launching investment facilitation by foreign investors, the declaration of the Golden Visa is to facilitate residence permits for foreign investors. The Stay Permit Scheme through Investmen and Citizenship by Investment, or often referred to as 'Golden Visa' and 'Golden Passport' schemes, is a policy imposed by a country through a mechanism for providing several facilities including facilities residence permit or citizenship to Foreign Citizens (WNA) through investment or paying a certain fee. Several countries use various terms in naming Golden Visa. Indonesia may use other terms, for example Visa or Limited Stay Permit. Golden Visa holders will enjoy exclusive benefits that are not received by visa holders in general, including easier and faster procedures and requirements for visa applications and immigration matters, mobility with multiple entries, longer stay periods, the right to own assets within the country, as well as being a fast track route for applying for citizenship. so that the facilitation for foreign investors in obtaining a residence permit is thought to be able to attract many foreign investors who are interested in investing both in the state, MSMEs, or also local companies.companies.

Abstract

Lacking supportive public policies in the past, many American workers and communities have borne the costs of shifting production around the world but have yet to fully reap the benefits, contributing to widening inequality. Addressing this deficiency requires policies that expand the gains from trade while leveling the international economic playing field by combating unfair trade practices and implementing a more equitable global tax system. Implementing such policy changes in a way that reduces uncertainty and engages with the United States' trading and commercial partners can ensure that American consumers, workers, businesses, and investors benefit from global trade. This paper aims to place America's economic experience during the pandemic in a global context by comparing it to our largest trading partners: the euro area, the UK, China, Canada and Mexico. The next section examines how international trade has recovered from the sharp downturn caused by the pandemic, examining the causes of the widening US trade deficit and the impact of international supply chain bottlenecks on traded inputs such as auto parts and capital goods. The final section examines how the Biden-Harris Administration reoriented US international economic policy to reduce, rather than exacerbate, economic inequality and to equalize the international economic standing.

Abstract

There is a lot of misunderstanding that every human right is considered a human right by both law enforcers and society who cannot distinguish between what is called a human right and what is not called a human right. Of the many cases of human rights violations that have occurred in Indonesia, from cases of human rights violations committed by the community against the community to law enforcement officials who have committed human rights violations or even implemented a law enforcement system that violates human rights. Human rights enforcement in Indonesia is still not implemented, due to the rampant acts of human rights violations. The lack of enforcement of human rights is marked by the uneven distribution of existing legal services, especially in remote areas. Human rights enforcement in Indonesia is also limited by policies and laws such as the ITE Law and the Terrorism Law which limit people's ability to express opinions and form associations. The formation of the new draft Criminal Code has a role in minimizing human rights violations, namely the human rights of defendants who are subject to death sentences because in the new draft Criminal Code, the death penalty does not mean that the accused is executed immediately after the verdict, but looks at the next 10 years if the defendant is seen to have a change for the better, so the death penalty defendant is reduced to life imprisonment. This certainly prioritizes human rights above all else, especially the right to the life of the defendant.

Abstract

The curriculum is a component that plays a strategic role in the success of the education and learning process in order to achieve institutional goals in educational institutions. Therefore, the curriculum system greatly determines the success or failure of a madrasah/school in becoming a quality and quality educational institution. Ahmad Tafsir explained that the curriculum contains four components, namely objectives, content, teaching and learning methods or processes, and evaluation. The four components in the curriculum are related to each other. Implementation of the curriculum is divided into two parts, namely the implementation of the curriculum at the madrasah/school level and class level. Between the school curriculum and the class curriculum is the basis of the learning process which is the main guideline for the implementation of education in an educational institution. At the madrasah/school level, a school principal is the main person in charge, while the teacher acts as the spearhead of implementing the curriculum at the classroom level. This study seeks to provide an overview of the importance of curriculum development at the madrasah level so that it can become the main guideline and reference in implementing learning so as to create an optimal and superior learning atmosphere.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas mengenai kinerja Birokrasi pelayanan masyarakat dalam wilayah Sektor Sentra Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu lingkup Kepolisian Polda Metro Jaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan Jenis penelitian Kualitatif dengan pengolahan data pada penelitian ini berasal dari wawancara dan observasi lapangan untuk memperkuat hasil kesimpulan. Sebuah alur pelayanan dan ketepatan dalam memberikan pelayanan terpadu bagi kepolisian merupakan sebuah pengaruh besar antara faktor birokrasi dengan tugas kepolisian dalam bagian SPKT. Selain itu SPKT juga merupakan sebuah layanan integritas bagi masyarakat yang mempunyai keluhan dan masalah terkait Pelayanan kepolisian dan tindak kriminalitas. Sebagai unit pelayanan terpadu, SPKT berperan penting dalam menjaga alur pelayanan yang efisien dan memberikan respons yang cepat terhadap laporan masyarakat. Dalam konteks birokrasi, hal ini melibatkan koordinasi yang baik antara berbagai bagian atau divisi di kepolisian, agar informasi dan tugas dapat mengalir dengan lancar dan tidak terhambat. Dengan adanya SPKT, diharapkan masyarakat dapat dengan mudah mengakses pelayanan kepolisian yang mereka butuhkan, serta merasa didengar dan dihormati dalam penanganan kasus atau pengaduan yang mereka laporkan. SPKT juga berfungsi sebagai jembatan antara masyarakat dan kepolisian dalam membangun kepercayaan dan kerjasama yang saling menguntungkan untuk menciptakan keamanan dan ketertiban di masyarakat.Hasil penulisan ini akan mendeskripsikan pelayanan yang baik antara birokrasi dan politik terkait Sentral Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu (SPKT). Penelitian ini memiliki potensi untuk digunakan sebagai dasar dalam perbaikan dan pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam pelayanan kepolisian. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga berkontribusi dalam menjaga integritas lembaga kepolisian dan membangun kepercayaan masyarakat dalam menciptakan keamanan dan ketertiban di masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian dan penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode mengajar yang terapkan oleh tenaga pendidik dan metode belajar yang digunakan oleh peserta didik pada kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas dengan sasaran kelas XI jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan SMK Negeri 11 Bandung. Metode mengajar dan mengajar memiliki keterkaitan yang sangat erat dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dikelas yang bertujuan untuk mencapai sasaran dan target pembelajaran dan kurikulum yang diterapkan di sekolah yang bersangkutan. Metode belajar yang digunakan oleh peserta didik berupa gaya belajar auditori,gaya belajar visual, gaya belajar kinestetik dan gaya belajar kombinasi antara ketiga gaya belajar yang telah dipaparkan. Sedangkan metode mengajar yang diterapkan oleh tenanga pendidik dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran ada beragam seperti metode menngajar ceramah, metode mengajar tanya jawab, metode mengajar diskusi, metode mengajar eksperimental, metode mengajar demonstrasi dan metode mengajar lainnya yang telah diterapkan oleh tenaga pendidik. Mengimplementasikan metode pembelajaran pada kegiatan pembelajaran adalah dengan mengidentifikasikan tujuan pembelajaran yang jelas dan spesifik, menentukan metode pembelajaran yang tepat sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran dan karakteristik peserta didik, memilih dan merancang materi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengna metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan dan lain sebagainya. Berdasarkan hasil observasi penelitian yang telah dilakukan adalah tenaga pendidik di SMK Negeri 11 Bandung menerapkan metode mengajar kombinasi mulai dari metode mengajar ceramah, diskusi, eksperimental, demonstrasi, tanya jawab, dan lainnya. Sedangkan pada peserta didik mereka menggunakan gaya belajar kinestetik sebesar 54,3% yang berarti lebih dari setengah kelas lebih dominan ke metode gaya belajar kinestetik.

Abstract

This observation intends to find out how the Seblak Sadang UMKM Kosambi Branch in Karawang Regency is dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic. Direct interviews with informants, especially workers at the UMKM Seblak Sadang Karawang branch of the Kosambi branch were carried out in this observation as part of a qualitative approach method. Based on the results of observations it is known that work discipline and motivation affect employee performance. Employees take responsibility for their jobs and are driven by the sense of appreciation they receive. There are goals to be achieved, the desire to achieve and receive bonuses, the existence of regulations that are flexible and not restrictive so that employees are motivated, and there are many other factors that have an impact on employee performance. Based on the Seblak Sadang UMKM Observations, the conclusions drawn are that it is better to apply an appraisal system in employee performance carried out individually with the main points of work evaluation standards, and always provide work motivation so that compensation can be given fairly according to work performance. Employees should further develop their performance and work productivity, and be responsible for their work so that it has a good impact on the Seblak Sadang MSMEs.

Abstract

The learning process in the 2013 curriculum is still difficult to implement so that it has an unfavorable impact on student learning outcomes. For this reason, learning tools are needed that can provide meaningful learning activities and can support a scientific approach to improve student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the increase in learning outcomes of class VI students at SD Negeri 56 Central Maluku through the development of thematic learning worksheets on the sub-theme My Best Friend Plants. This research was conducted from October to November 2022 at SD Negeri 56 Central Maluku. The research object was the developed LKPD, while the research subjects were 19 students in class VI at SD Negeri 56 Central Maluku. The LKPD development method for adapting the 4D model consists of 1) defining, 2) planning, 3) developing, and 4) distributing LKPD. The results obtained by the developed LKPD are categorized as valid and suitable for use as teaching materials based on the opinions of 2 expert validators (academics). The learning outcomes of students using the developed LKPD have increased where the affective and psychomotor aspects are in good and very good qualifications while the cognitive aspects are in sufficient, good, and very good qualifications. So that it can be concluded that the LKPD developed on the thematic learning of the My Best Friend's Plants sub-theme is suitable for use as teaching material because it can improve student learning outcomes above the KKM standard (75).
