Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment and work discipline on the performance of packing employees at PT Metiska Farma, Jakarta. The research method used is associative quantitative with saturated sample technique involving 63 respondents. Data analysis includes instrument test, classical assumption test, simple and multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination, and t test and F test. The results showed that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 28.019 + 0.302X1. The correlation coefficient of 0.634 indicates a strong relationship, with a contribution of 34.9%. The t test shows t count> t table (3.182> 2.000) and p-value <0.05 (0.000). Work discipline also has a significant positive effect on performance with the regression equation Y = 21.289 + 0.475X2. The correlation coefficient of 0.475 indicates a moderate relationship, with a contribution of 47.5%. The t-test shows that t count > t table (5.591 > 2.000) and p-value < 0.05 (0.000). Simultaneously, the work environment and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance, indicated by the regression equation Y = 27.370 + 0.304X1 + 0.624X2. The determination coefficient is 34.9%, with the F test showing F count > F table (16.050 > 3.15) and p-value < 0.05 (0.000). Thus, the alternative hypothesis is accepted, concluding that both variables have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and price on consumer satisfaction at Makaroni Ngehe, Jombang Branch, South Tangerang, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this study is the associative quantitative method. The population in this study was 15,854 people during the period of 2024. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula, so that a sample of 97 respondents was obtained. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study partially showed that service quality had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, with the regression equation Y = 1.130 + 0.495X1. The results of the hypothesis test showed that the calculated t value> t table (9.739> 1.985), so H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, which means that there is a significant effect between service quality and consumer satisfaction. The price variable also has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, with the regression equation Y = 1.130 + 0.481X2. Hypothesis testing shows that t count > t table (9.861 > 1.985), so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Simultaneously, service quality and price have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, with the regression equation Y = 1.130 + 0.495X1 + 0.481X2. The results of the F test show that F count > F table (69.456 > 3.093), so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant simultaneous effect between service quality and price on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Debt To Equity Ratio and Return On Equity Ratio on Price Earning Ratio in Property and Real Estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2019-2023, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were Property and Real Estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019-2023. The research sample was 6 Property and Real Estate companies. Data analysis was carried out using panel data analysis techniques. The results of the study showed that Debt to Equity and Return on Equity had an effect on Price Earning Ratio with a hypothesis test of the F-count value of 8.006 with this significance being less than 0.05 (0.001861 <0.05). Debt to Equity Ratio has an effect on Price Earning Ratio with the hypothesis test obtained a t-count value of 3.906378> t-table which is 1.70329 with a significant value of <0.05. Return on Equity Ratio does not affect Price Earning Ratio with the hypothesis test obtained a t-count value of -0.606742 <t-table 1.70329 significant>0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategic management practices implemented by PT Tirta Investama D.C. Cibinong in addressing business competition within the bottled water industry (AMDK). The background of this study pertains to the intensifying competition in the Indonesian AMDK market, where PT Tirta Investama, as the leading company, is confronted with challenges from emerging competitors and evolving consumer preferences. The study employs a qualitative research method with a case study approach, incorporating interviews with managerial personnel and secondary data derived from the company’s business profile and other pertinent sources. The findings indicate that PT Tirta InvestamaD.C. Cibinong has adopted several strategies to maintain its market leadership, including product innovation, brand reinforcement, and the optimization of product distribution. Additionally, the company engages in regular evaluations through consumer satisfaction surveys. Based on the results, it can be concluded that PT Tirta Investama's strategic management approach is effective in sustaining its market share and strengthening its competitive position in the Indonesian AMDK market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of pricing in increasing sales volume at The Jenitra Snack Store in Bintaro Sektor 7, South Tangerang. The type of research used is Qualitative. By emphasizing the interview method to key informants, where the key informants here are shop employees and consumers, the triangulation technique is source triangulation, technical triangulation and time triangulation, supported by secondary and primary data collection procedures. The validity of the study was tested with several tests, namely Credibility, Compliability, Distributability, and Transferability. The results of this study indicate that the Role of Pricing is very important in increasing Sales Volume at the Jenitra Snack Store in Bintaro Sektor 7, South Tangerang. So the market must always consider the quality and the right price for a product sold at the Jenitra Snack store.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the most effective marketing mix strategy in increasing consumer demand for Kalapa Klopo. The research method used is qualitative, with the researcher as the main instrument. Data collection techniques are carried out purposively and snowball, with a triangulation approach and inductive data analysis. The results of the study indicate that promotional strategies through social media, especially Instagram, as well as participation in events and bazaars, have proven effective in increasing brand awareness, attracting consumer interest, and driving sales. In addition to promotion, product aspects also play an important role. Consumers are attracted to the quality of fresh coconut, various flavors, and attractive packaging. The implementation of marketing mix strategies in terms of product, price, place, and promotion is considered quite successful, especially in the South Jakarta area and its surroundings. This is reflected in the increase in the number of orders from offices, companies, and various large events. However, there are still a number of challenges, such as limited distribution reach to other areas, the need to improve the taste of certain variants such as brown sugar, and the unavailability of dine-in facilities that limit consumers to take-away services. With improvements in these aspects, Kalapa Klopo has the potential to expand its market and increase customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of brand community (X1) and word of mouth (X2) on the decision to use (Y) Atap Bumi Adventure outdoor equipment rental services in Cisauk. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The research population is 376 consumers of Atap Bumi Adventure, and the sample determination uses the probability sampling method and the sampling technique uses the random sampling method. The sample determination uses the Slovin formula with a 5% error rate, with a sample result of 79 people. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression, correlation coefficients, and determination coefficients, as well as classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity) and significance tests (partial and simultaneous) with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of the study indicate that brand community (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use (Y) partially, with a calculated t-value (7.462) > t-table (1.665) and significance (0.000) < 0.05. The contribution of brand community to the decision to use is 86.8%, word of mouth (X2) does not have a positive and significant influence on the decision to use (Y) partially, with a calculated t-value (0.531) < t-table (1.665) and significance (0.597) > 0.05. The contribution of word of mouth to the decision to use is 77.3%, brand community (X1) and word of mouth (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the decision to use (Y), with a calculated F-value (255.707) > F-table (3.117) and significance (0.000) < 0.05. The contribution of both variables together to the decision to use is 86.7%, while the remaining 13.3% is influenced by other factors. The conclusion of this study is that brand community has an important role in influencing consumer decisions, while word of mouth partially does not show a significant influence. However, when both variables are combined, both significantly influence the decision to use Atap Bumi Adventure's outdoor equipment rental services.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze in depth the work environment and job satisfaction as well as how effective the work environment is in increasing employee job satisfaction at the Indonesian Post Office in South Tangerang City. A conducive work environment is believed to be able to increase employee motivation, productivity, and welfare so that it has a positive impact on job satisfaction. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, where data is collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation of employees of the Indonesian Post Office in South Tangerang City. The results of the study show that the work environment at the Indonesian Post Office in South Tangerang City faces obstacles such as inadequate physical facilities, noise, and suboptimal air circulation, which has an impact on employee comfort and productivity. Although the relationship between employees and superiors is good, employee job satisfaction is not optimal due to the workload that is not in accordance with interests and late overtime payments. However, the work environment is considered quite effective in increasing job satisfaction thanks to harmonious working relationships and management support. To maximize job satisfaction, companies need to improve physical facilities and address issues related to overtime pay and workload. This improvement is expected to increase job satisfaction in a sustainable manner and encourage employee loyalty and performance. This study recommends that the management of the Indonesian Post Office in South Tangerang City continue to evaluate and improve aspects of the work environment to create a better working atmosphere and increase employee job satisfaction in a sustainable manner for the welfare of employees and organizational success.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of the work environment and work discipline on the performance of employees at the Parung District Office, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The t test results show that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value of 11.008 and a significance of 0.000. The F test shows that the work environment and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with a calculated F value of 63,648, greater than the table F of 3.19 and a significance of 0.000. The value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.850 shows that the relationship between variables is very strong. Thus, it can be concluded that the work environment and work discipline have a significant and strong influence on the performance of employees at the Parung District Office.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Total Asset Turnover (TATO) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Profit Growth at PT BISI Internasional Tbk for the period 2014-2024. The research method uses a quantitative approach with an associative nature, which includes a causal relationship between independent and dependent variables. The analytical techniques used include descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results of the study show that, partially, TATO has a significant effect on profit growth (t-count -6.064 < t-table 2.306; significance 0.000 < 0.05), while NPM also has a significant effect on profit growth (t-count 4.072 > t-table 2.306; significance 0.004 < 0.05). Simultaneously, TATO and NPM have a significant effect on profit growth (F-count 26.658 > F-table 4.459; significance 0.000 < 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 87.0% indicates that TATO and NPM explain 87.0% of the variation in profit growth, while the remaining 13.0% is influenced by other factors outside the model.
