Abstract

Laboratory assistants experience several problems, including data collection of attendance and payroll data in laboratory assistants. This is because the recording of attendance is still using conventional methods so that it is less effective in its work and takes quite a long time to do. Payroll is a form of reward or appreciation that is given regularly to employees. In previous research, payroll applications have been designed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and the PHP programming language with the MySQL database. This research aims to design a web-based payroll application for Pamulang University Informatics Engineering Laboratory Assistants using the RAD method. Data collection methods used in this research are literature study and observation. Furthermore, the current system analysis and the proposed system analysis were carried out. In addition, the user interface of the payroll system is also designed. Based on system functionality testing using whitebox testing and blackbox testing methods, it produces a payroll application design for web-based Informatics Engineering laboratory assistants at Pamulang University using the RAD method and this application design has succeeded in fulfilling one of its objectives, namely making it easier for laboratory assistant administrators to record the attendance of laboratory assistants, because with this system the recording of laboratory assistant attendance which previously took 2 days to 3 days became only 5 minutes, and data recording which still uses conventional methods so that it is prone to miscalculations and loss of data on laboratory assistant attendance and laboratory assistant payroll data. The conclusion of this research is that the design of this payroll application has been able to meet the needs of laboratory assistants and can fulfill all the objectives of the application design.

Abstract

At Pamulang University, the Faculty of Computer Science, especially the Informatics Engineering department, holds a selection of laboratory assistants every semester. The selection process and determination of laboratory assistants carried out so far is still conventional and has many obstacles which result in the selected laboratory assistants not in accordance with the expected criteria. Instead, a decision support system for laboratory assistant selection using the profile matching method was built. The profile matching method is one way that can be used in the decision support system to compare the profiles or characteristics of existing candidates with the profiles of available laboratory assistant positions. The smaller the resulting gap, the greater the chance of getting through. The results of this process are in the form of ranking participants from the calculation of the three criteria (filing, academic, and interview) where this ranking is used as the basis for recommendations in making decisions to determine laboratory assistants. This system is made using the PHP programming language because this programming language can be easily inserted into HTML pages and runs smoothly on the Windows operating system which is the most widely used operating system. The system will process data on laboratory assistant candidates and data on the needs of laboratory assistants needed, then issue recommendations for laboratory assistants that are in accordance with the needs.

Abstract

The increasing system requirements make the use of computers very necessary, while maintenance and repairs seem to be an obstacle for users in providing information quickly and easily, so this expert system was created to help users to deal with initial damage and maintenance that often occurs in computers in daily activities. We can understand the location of the damage if we know the known characteristics of damage to repair damage that often occurs on the PC itself. With this problem, how can an expert system trace computer damage using the Forward Chaining method.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PPPSRS Apartemen Serpong Greenview Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian yang berjumlah 40 responden. Hasil penelitian ini melalui uji hipotesis secara parsial diperoleh angka pelatihan sebesar t hitung > t tabel atau (7,851 > 2,026). Dengan demikian Ho1 ditolak dan Ha1 diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan terhadap kinerjan karyawan. Disiplin kerja sebesar t hitung > t tabel atau (5,730 > 2,026). Dengan demikian Ho2 ditolak dan Ha2 diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Uji hipotesis simultan pelatihan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 90%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 10% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (167,363 > 3,24). Dengan demikian maka Ho3 ditolak dan Ha3 diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara pelatihan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PPPSRS Apartemen Serpong Greenview di Tangerang Selatan.

Abstract

Along with the increasing complexity of medical procedures, and increasing financial pressures so that services in hospitals, especially in radiology installations can be shortened and the efficiency of handling patient cases such as blockages in the brain can be improved, making the weaknesses of the current film-based medical image system more apparent. The high price of film makes the number of copies per film per patient limited, generally only 1 copy is used for radiology examinations, resulting in potential problems that will cause loss or reduce the quality that should be. Electronic image transmission system with equipment or tools in it or better known as Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and DICOM Viewer to display the results of images sent from the modality, is a solution to this problem. Evident from the results of the questionnaire that has been filled in by 42 respondents strongly agree that the existence of PACS can help in hospital services. Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) is an inter- and intra-institutional computing system that manages the acquisition, transmission, storage, distribution, display, and interpretation of medical images. As such, it is highly integrated with the imaging processes of the Radiology Department and with radiology image-based clinical practice. In recent years, there has been significant growth in the implementation of PACS, mainly due to the obvious advantages such as improved workflow, increased throughput and productivity, fast and simultaneous remote access to image data, electronic archiving, the possibility of improved image quality, and cost-effectiveness, leading to an overall improvement in the quality of patient care.

Abstract

PT Madu Perkasa Jaya is an established business in the construction industry, customer loyalty and satisfaction towards a brand are two different aspects of the company's customer base. One of the best ways to increase customer loyalty is through a paradigm shift from a product- driven company to a consumer-driven company. As a result, each employee has access to multiple resources, making it more difficult for them to achieve their goals. When there are no consumers, there is no business. Therefore, priority should be given top priority. As a result, costs must be used to provide a more substantial supply of materials that already exist. When it comes to Customer Relationship Management (CRM), there is a database that tracks every piece of information. In this study, the authors used the application development waterfall method and the blackbox method for application testing. The purpose of this research is to realize a management system for customer satisfaction and loyalty to the Company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan, motivasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Kobe Boga Utama Kota Tangerang baik secara parsial maupun simultan. metode penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan  sampel  menggunakan  teknik  sampling jenuh  dimana  semua populasi  menjadi  sampel dalam penelitian  yang berjumlah  85 responden.  analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja (Xl),  dan motivasi kerja  (X2), dan budaya organisai  (X3) berpengaruh  positif dan signifikan  terhadap  kinerja  karyawan  dengan  diperoleh  persamaan  regresi  Y  = 20,963 + 0,305Xl + 0,271X2. nilai koefisien determinasi atau kontribusi pengaruhnya secara simultan sebesar 62,4%. hasil uji hipotesis  parsial pengaruh  Xl terhadap  Y sebesar t hitung  3,357 > t tabel  1,989 dan nilai signifikasi  0,001  < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan  bahwa  Ho ditolak  dan Ha diterima.  artinya  variabel pelatihan berpengaruh  positif dan signifikan  terhadap  kinerja  karyawan. pengaruh  motivasi (X2)  terhadap  Kinerja   Karyawan   (Y)  Pada  tabel  4.21  nilai  signifikansi  untuk pengaruh  motivasi  X2 terhadap  Y adalah  sebesar  0,048 > 0,05 dan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,011 > t tabel  1,989.  Sehingga  dapat disimpulkan  bahwa Ho ditolak  dan Ha  diterima.  artinya  variabel  motivasi  (X2)  berpengaruh  positif dan  signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Kobe Boga Utama Tangerang. Pengaruh budaya organisasi  (X3)  terhadap  Kinerja  Karyawan  (Y) Pada  tabel  4.21  diketahui  nilai signifikansi untuk pengaruh X3 terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0,000 > 0,05 dan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,011  > t tabel 1,989.  Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. artinya variabel  budaya  organisasi  (X3) berpengaruh  positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja  karyawan. Uji Hipotesis secara simultan diperoleh nilai F hitung  yang  diperoleh  sebesar  16,316  dan  nilai  Ftabel  sebesar  3, 11.  Sehingga Fhitung  16,316 > Ftabel  3,11 dengan probabilitas  tingkat signifikan  sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari taraf signifikan  yang telah  ditentukan  yaitu  sebesar 0,05. Dengan demikian  maka  Ho  ditolak  dan Ha  diterima  sehingga  dapat  disimpulkan  bahwa terdapat pengaruh  positif dan signifikan  antara Pelatihan  (Xl) Motivasi  (X2) dan Budaya   Organisasi   (X3)  secara  bersama-sama   atau  simultan   terhadap   kinerja karyawan pada PT Kobe Boga Utama Kata Tangerang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Pada PT KSO APS ISS Cleaning Service Tangerang baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan asosiatif, sedangkan untuk mendapatkan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 60 responden perusahaan yang kemudian dianalisis pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi, koefisien determinasi serta pengujian hipotesis dengan uji t dan uji F. Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Untuk hasil uji hipotesis parsial diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel (13,306 > 1,672) maka dapat disimpulkan Ha1 diterima atau variabel Motivasi Kerja (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Untuk hasil uji hipotesis parsial diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel (9,902 > 1,672) maka dapat disimpulkan Ha2 diterima atau variabel Disiplin Kerja (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Didapat hasil F hitung = 109,662 > 3,16 atau (F hitung > F tabel) sehingga Ho3 ditolak Ha3 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan simultan antara Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT KSO APS ISS Cleaning Service Tangerang

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh rekrutmen dan seleksi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Gama Group Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh / rumus slovin dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 75 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Rekrutmen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 49,4% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (8,447 > 1,993). Seleksi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 51,6% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (8,814 > 1,993). Rekrutmen dan seleksi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 6.886 + 0,382X1 + 0,465X2. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 67,2% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 32,8% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (73,816 > 2,730).

Abstract

Agro-industry in Indonesia that has been developing for a long time, one example is the sugar industry. Sugar is a food and beverage additive which is a source of energy and the main trading commodity in Indonesia. Glucose syrup can be produced from the transformation of raw materials such as cassava. In Indonesia cassava plants are very abundant so that until now there have been many industries that produce glucose syrup. PT TGLC glucose industry is a company engaged in the glucose syrup industry. This research activity is more emphasized on the production process and production management system (waste loss that occurs). In the liquid sugar production process a regeneration process is the process of recovering the resin used in the ion exchanger column. The object of our research is to use water sparingly, the waste or loss that occurs can reduce the problem of wasteful use of water in the regeneration process, because it is Achievable. RW and RRO of 2.35 at the moment. Previously, there was no research on the use of water in the production process. The method that will be used is analysis of aspects of the process and management of glucose production from how to prepare raw materials, how the stages are passed to be able to carry out the planned process and how to control things that are not suitable in production management so as to increase the profit of glucose production in This Food Company. The advantages of research using a decision support system or DSS (Decision Support System) method is that in this study it is a Simple Linear Regression Statistical Method which functions to test how the causal relationship between the Causal Factor Variable (X) and the Consequent Variable in carrying out research methods is used There are several methods to obtain the right data and analysis. As for the lack of a decision support system or DSS (Decision Support System) method, we will complement it using several methods by direct field observation of the glucose product production process and management system. This observation includes interactive activities in the form of interviews, discussions and introduction of employees who work at the company . Interaction is carried out as a supporting activity in an effort to clarify and analyze problems The purpose of this research is to apply the decision support system method or DSS (Decision Support System) which is a Simple Linear Regression, namely a statistical method that functions to test how the causal relationship between the Causative Factor Variable (X) and the Variable As a result, several methods are used in carrying out research activities. to get the right data and analysis. So that it can help work in the field carried out to experience directly the process of saving, work on the aspect being studied, and literature study is carried out by looking for references and literature related to the activities carried out, both from literature studies and data and information obtained from industry. The achievement target to be achieved in this study is to reduce the use of regenerated water in RW and RRO water from 2.35 m3/ton glucose to 0.74 m3/ton glucose by utilizing condensate & forward water - ion exchangers.
