Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Gaya Kepemimpinan Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja karyawan Pada PT. Hi-Test Tangerang Selatan”. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah Untuk Mengetahui Dan Menganalisis Gaya Kepemimpinan Pada PT. Hi-Test Tangerang Selatan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi serta kajian teoritis berdasarkan daftar pustaka dan referensi lainnya. Peneliti melakukan wawancara dengan 4 narasumber, yang terdiri dari Laboratory Mangger sebagai key infroman dan 3 orang informan pendukung lainnya yang terdiri dari Purchasing, QA Officer, dan Account Receive. Jadi, hasil Gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh PT. Hi-Test Lab Tangerang Selatan adalah menerpakan gaya kepemimpinan secara demokratis, dimana pimpinan di PT. Hi- Test Lab Tangerang Selatan terbuka dalam mengambil keputusan dan memberikan kesempatan terhadap bahasan untuk memberikan saran agar mengambil keputusan dengan kesepakatan bersama. Gaya kepemimpinan demokratis sangat berperan penting bagi PT. Hi-Test Lab Tangerang Selatan karena mengambil keputusan dengan cara bermusyawarah dan melibatkan karyawan lainnya agar terjalin kerjasama yang baik dalam bekerja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance in the administrative division of PT Kehatilab Indonesia Tangerang Selatan, either partially or simultaneously. The results of this study show that: (1) The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance by showing a value of 0.686 (XI). (2) Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance by showing a value of 0.702 (X2) (3) Work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance by showing a value of 0.793 (Y). Work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 10.375 + 0.667 X1 + 0.597 X2 with the adjusted r square coefficient of determination being 0.495 or 49.5%, while the rest (100% - 49.5% = 505%) are influenced or explained by other variables not included in this study. Based on the results of the F hypothesis test, the value of Fcount > Ftable or (36.345> 3.13) is obtained. In addition, it is known that the significant value is smaller than 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant effect simultaneously between the work environment (X1) and work discipline (X2) on the performance of administration employees at PT. . Kehatilab Indonesia South Tangerang (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan metode data mining dengan algoritma C4.5 untuk memprediksi kelulusan mahasiswa tepat waktu di Universitas Pamulang. Tingkat kelulusan yang tidak tepat waktu telah menjadi masalah penting dalam dunia pendidikan yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas pendidikan dan menimbulkan biaya tambahan bagi mahasiswa dan lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa metode data mining dengan algoritma C4.5 efektif dalam memprediksi kelulusan mahasiswa tepat waktu. Tindakan preventif dan kuratif yang diambil berdasarkan hasil prediksi dari model yang dibangun dapat meningkatkan tingkat kelulusan mahasiswa tepat waktu, dengan potensi peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dan pengurangan biaya tambahan. Hasil dari analisis kuesioner menunjukkan bahwa pengguna aplikasi prediksi kelulusan memberikan penilaian positif terhadap aplikasi. Secara kuantitatif, aplikasi ini mendapatkan skor "baik," menunjukkan potensi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam memprediksi kelulusan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penerapan metode data mining dengan algoritma C4.5 dalam meningkatkan kelulusan mahasiswa tepat waktu dan menunjukkan penerimaan positif oleh pengguna. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatnya kualitas pendidikan dan pengurangan biaya tambahan yang terkait dengan kelulusan yang tidak tepat waktu.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and provide empirical evidence of the influence of earnings management, financial performance and KAP size on going concern audit opinions in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. This research method uses quantitative methods using observations in the form of panel data processed using eviews10. Logistic Regression Analysis. The sample selection in this study used a purposive sampling technique, which obtained 15 companies. The results of this study partially show that earnings management, financial performance as proxied by (Market Ratio, Activity Ratio), and KAP Size have no influence on Going Concern Audit Opinion. Simultaneously, Profit Management, Activity Ratios, Market Ratios and KAP Size jointly influence going concern audits.

Abstract

This research is entitled "The Role of Democratic Leadership Style in Optimizing the Performance of Educational Staff at MTS Al Hidayah Sukatani Depok City". This research is a qualitative research type, where the data collection method uses interviews, observation and documentation. This study aims to determine how big the role of democratic leadership style is in optimizing the performance of education staff at MTS Al Hidayah Sukatani, Depok City. As for the final results of the research that the researchers conducted during the five months of data collection, namely, the democratic leadership style played a very important role in the leadership of the MTS Al Hidayah Sukatani school principal, Depok City. The principal of MTS Al Hidayah Sukatani, Depok City, has so far been quite good at applying a democratic leadership style. This democratic leadership style is less pressing on subordinates, because it is humane and familial. In addition, the busyness of school principals outside MTS Al Hidayah Sukatani, Depok City, resulted in a lack of intensive supervision. This will have the potential for the existence of diversion of duties and responsibilities. Therefore it would be much better if the principal of MTS Al Hidayah combined this democratic leadership style with other leadership styles, but did not reduce the image of the existing democratic leadership style. So as to create a balance between comfort and work pressure in agency operations. In addition, it is hoped that the principal will spend more time at MTS Al Hidayah Sukatani, Depok City, to provide better supervision and guidance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai kepemimpinan dan implementasinya di Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kecamatan Pesanggrahan Jakarta Selatan. Oleh karena itu penggalian data di lapangan dilaksanakan secara komprehensif dan mendalam terkait kenyataan dan teori yang saling berhubungan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif yaitu pemaparan secara mendalam dari wawancara terhadap The Key Informan, Fokus Grup Diskusi, Perspektif Peneliti dan  Expert Adjustment serta SWOT Analisis. Hasil penelitian membuktikan secara empiris dari observasi, wawancara, fokus grup diskusi, perspektif peneliti dan expert adjustment serta SWOT Analisis ditemukan adanya kesenjangan nilai dari teori dan kenyataan sehingga perlunya pandangan peneliti yang didukung oleh ahli untuk memberikan arah nilai-nilai kepemimpian yang diharapkan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh reward dan punishment terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Atlas Resources Tbk. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 63 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah reward berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 22,5% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (4,231 > 2,009). Punishment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 61,8% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (9,928 > 2,009). Reward dan Punishment secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 3,534 + 0,214X1 + 0,702X2. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 65,6% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 34,4% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (57,286 > 2,760).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Karier Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Sampel yang didapat 92 responden dengan menggunakan rumus slovin, analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji-t dan uji-f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pelatihan(X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai(Y) pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan pelatihan(X1) memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja pegawai(Y) sebesar 63,8%. Hasil uji t hitung > t tabel (12,600>1,986) dan tingkat signifikan 0,000<0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pengembangan Karier(X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai(Y) pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan pengembangan karier(X2) memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja pegawai(Y) 57,1%. Hasil t hitung > t tabel (10,955>1,986) dan tingkat signifikan 0,000<0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara Pelatihan(X1) dan Pengembangan Karier(X2) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai(Y) pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 67,5%, dan hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai f hitung > f tabel atau (92,597 > 3,10), dan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

The internet is present as a modern communication medium that makes the world easier to grasp. Social media is one of the developments of the internet, it makes the development of social media greatly increase every year. Almost everyone has a communication device that makes it possible to communicate and interact with everyone through social media. The development of social media in Indonesia has increased significantly. In fact, not only to communicate and interact, but social media can be used as a medium to develop talents, add confidence and can be used as a source of information that is happening today (current). This research was conducted to find out which three social media are most in demand and used for what social media among the public in 2023, precisely in Indonesia. The method in this study uses System Literature Review (SLR). The results of this study show the three most popular social media in 2023 in Indonesia and the use of these media among the public.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on the work performance of employees of PT Advindo Kikaku, South Tangerang. This research is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 68 respondents. The results showed that: (1) work motivation has a positive effect on employee work performance with the regression equation Y = 18,469 + 0,588X1, the correlation coefficient value is 0,650 meaning that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a strong relationship level, the coefficient of determination is 42,3 % while the remaining 57,7% is influenced by other factors, hypothesis testing obtained t count 6,951 > t table 1,668 and a significant value of 0,000 <0,05 so, Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted (2) Work discipline has a positive effect on employee work performance with the regression equation Y = 20,790 + 0,530X2, the correlation coefficient value is 0,653 meaning that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a strong relationship level, the coefficient of determination is 42,6 % while the remaining 57,4% is influenced by other factors.  hypothesis testing obtained t count 7,002 > t table 1,668 and a significant value of 0,000 <0,05 so, Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted (3) Work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee work performance with the regression equation Y = 15,522 + 0,343X1 + 0,315X2, the correlation coefficient value is 0,707 meaning that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a strong relationship level, the coefficient of determination is 50 % while the remaining 50% is influenced by other factors, the hypothesis test is assessed by f count of 32,468 > f table of 3,99 and a significant value of 0,000 <0,05 then Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, meaning that work motivation and work discipline simultaneously affect employee performance.
