Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture on performance, work disipline onperformance and organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance at the West Jakarta Administrative City Water Resources Office. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 83 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance this is evidenced by the regression equation Y = 12,404 + 0,682X1 with a coefficient of determination of 46.5% and the hypothesis test is obtained t count > t table or (8.395 > 1.990). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance this is evidenced by the regression equation Y = 12,275 + 0,679X2 with a determination coefficient value of 53.7% and hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (9.700 > 1.990). Organizational culture and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 6.665 + 0.366X1 + 0.466X2. The coefficient of determination is 61.9% while the remaining 38.1% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained F count > F table or (64.874 > 2.720). This job organization cilture and work disipline together have a positive and significant impact on employee performance the West Jakarta Administrative City Water Resources Office.

Abstract

The forklift spare parts industry is increasingly complex and dynamic, requiring an effective monitoring system to optimize inventory management and minimize shortages. This research aims to design and implement a website-based spare parts monitoring system with an agile approach at CV. Mulya Jaya Diesel. The Agile method was chosen for its ability to provide solutions that adapt and respond to rapidly changing business needs. This research will focus on analyzing user needs and iterative development processes to more quickly adjust to changing needs. The proposed system will provide real-time information regarding inventory availability. This way, companies can make more timely decisions when planning purchases and reduce the risk of inventory shortages. The implementation of the website as the main platform allows easy and quick access from various devices, enhances collaboration between teams, and facilitates effective communication. It is expected that the results of this study can improve the operational efficiency of CV. Mulya Jaya Diesel in spare parts management, as well as contribute to further understanding of the application of Agile methods in the context of the spare parts distribution industry

Abstract

The increasing number of Brawijaya Healthcare hospitals has led to the need for a more efficient and effective data management system. Data fusion is a process of combining data from multiple sources into a single data set. This can be used to improve the quality and accuracy of data, as well as to identify patterns and trends that may not be visible in individual data sets. In this paper, we propose a data fusion method for hospital data using the extract transform and load (ETL) process and the K-means clustering algorithm. The ETL process is used to clean and prepare the data for analysis. The K-means clustering algorithm is used to group the data into clusters based on their similarities. We evaluated our method using data from a real hospital in Indonesia. The results showed that our method was able to improve the quality and accuracy of the data, as well as to identify patterns and trends that were not visible in the individual data sets. The proposed method has the potential to be used in other hospitals to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of data management.

Abstract

The purpose of carrying out this practical work is to fulfill the requirements for thesis preparation, to develop the implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS) for administrators, teachers and students at Cyber Media Utama Vocational School. This practical work activity method begins with the preparation stage and field survey. Followed by a discussion with the parties, namely the principal of the Vocational Middle School Cyber Media Utama Vocational School which is located in the Kalisuren Village area, Kec. Tajurhalang District. Bogor- West Java. To identify the needs and opportunities required by Administrators, Teachers and Students of Cyber Media Utama Vocational School, then the socialization and training stage is carried out by the team. The results of this research are that administrators, teachers and students at Cyber Media Utama Vocational School can use and develop the Learning Management System (LMS) that has been created and can create or add learning methods according to school needs.

Abstract

Puskesmas Cikande merupakan salah satu fasilitas kesehatan milik pemerintah yang melayani masyarakat di wilayah Cikande, Banten. Namun, ketidakadaan situs web resmi menyebabkan beberapa masalah, seperti keterbatasan akses informasi, kesulitan membuat janji, kesulitan melacak riwayat medis, dan potensi kesalahan administratif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis website untuk Puskesmas Cikande. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan akses informasi puskesmas oleh masyarakat, meningkatkan cara penyajian data rekam medis di website puskesmas, dan meningkatkan kualitas dokumentasi data medis dan paramedis di puskesmas Cikande. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan model prototipe. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dikembangkan dapat memenuhi tujuan penelitian. Sistem ini memiliki fitur-fitur yang memudahkan akses informasi puskesmas oleh masyarakat, seperti informasi profil puskesmas, layanan puskesmas, artikel kesehatan, kontak puskesmas, galeri foto, dan informasi kesehatan. Sistem ini juga memiliki fitur-fitur yang meningkatkan cara penyajian data rekam medis di website puskesmas, seperti fitur pencarian data rekam medis, fitur ekspor data rekam medis, dan fitur notifikasi jadwal kunjungan dokter. Sistem ini juga memiliki fitur-fitur yang meningkatkan kualitas dokumentasi data medis dan paramedis di puskesmas Cikande, seperti fitur validasi data medis dan fitur keamanan data. Kesimpulan: Sistem informasi berbasis website yang dikembangkan dapat menjadi solusi untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah yang dihadapi oleh Puskesmas Cikande. Sistem ini dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan oleh puskesmas kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of interest rates, inflation, and the rupiah exchange rate on the LQ45 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2007-2021. The research methodology used is quantitative descriptive method. Data collection takes data related to related macro economics (Interest Rates, Inflation, Rupiah Exchange Rates, and LQ45 Index) from online data searches, namely through BI.go.id, Bps.go.id, www.idx.co.id, and finance.yahoo.com. The results of this study indicate that the variabels partially Interest Rates have no effect and are not significant, Inflation has no effect and is not significant, and the Rupiah Exchange Rate has an effect and is significant on the LQ45 Index. While simultaneously Interest Rates, Inflation, and the Rupiah Exchange Rate have a significant effect on the LQ45 Index.

Abstract

Klinik Ummi Medika Jakarta Timur merupakan salah satu klinik swasta yang melayani masyarakat umum. Dalam proses pelayanannya, Klinik Ummi Medika masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam pengelolaan data pasien. Hal ini menyebabkan terjadinya duplikasi data, kesalahan data, dan keterlambatan dalam pelayanan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan perancangan sistem data pasien yang baru untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Perancangan sistem ini menggunakan metode agile berbasis desktop. Metode agile dipilih karena dapat meningkatkan fleksibilitas dan responsifitas sistem terhadap perubahan kebutuhan. Perancangan sistem ini menghasilkan sistem data pasien yang terintegrasi dengan sistem informasi klinik lainnya. Sistem ini juga memiliki fitur-fitur yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan data pasien, antara lain: Validasi data pasien, Historis data pasien, Laporan data pasien. Sistem data pasien yang baru ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan Klinik Ummi Medika kepada pasien.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job training and work motivation on employee performance at PT KSO APS ISS Area Terminal 3 Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Tangerang City.The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the regression equation Y = 16.812 + 0.582X1 with a coefficient of determination of 46.9% and the hypothesis test obtained by t count > t table or (9.305 > 1.984) thus partially job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the regression equation Y = 15.620 + 0.619X2 with a coefficient of determination of 41.6% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (8.360 > 1.984) thus partially work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job training and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the regression equation Y = 11.503 + 0.391X1 + 0.335X2. The coefficient of determination is 54.1% while the remaining 45.9% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained F count > F table or (57.184 > 2.700) this job training and work motivation together have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT KSO APS ISS Area Terminal 3 Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Tangerang City. Abstract

The Practical Work course is one of the mandatory courses for all students at the Faculty of Computer Science, Pamulang University. This practical work activity aims to get to know the scope of work in the field and provide practical work experience to students so that they can more easily adapt to the work environment when they graduate from college. This activity was carried out for 3 months at SMK Negeri 7 Tangerang Regency which is located at jln. Raya Legok Perum Dasana Indah, kec. Kelapa Dua Kab. Tangerang, Tangerang Regency. This report discusses the design and implementation of a web-based inventory system using the Laravel framework at SMK Negeri 7 Tangerang Regency, especially in the Teaching Factory of the Hospitality Department. The main goal of this system is to increase efficiency and accuracy in managing inventory data. This system is designed to provide convenience in recording, monitoring and reporting stock in real-time. The results of this research show that a web-based inventory system can improve the inventory management process at SMK Negeri 7 Tangerang Regency, especially in the Teaching Factory of the Hospitality Department, provide information on data collection of goods quickly and accurately and avoid wasted resources.

Abstract

Personnel Information Systems have an important role in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of employee data management in various institutions, agencies and companies. The transformation from a manual approach to a computerized system provides a significant change in the way work is done, enabling more efficient, precise and effective processes. The aim of this research is to develop a computerized personnel information system as a replacement for the manual system that is still used. By using this system, it is hoped that it will be able to improve the performance and efficiency of personnel operations through better, precise, fast and accurate storage, processing and management of employee data. The importance of facilities and infrastructure, including technology and information systems, is the key to improving work performance. Organizations are required to have competitiveness and excellence, which is achieved through understanding and adapting to changes in behavior and organizational structure. The use of technology and information systems is the basis for achieving excellence, involving effective interaction between thinking, processes, and the use of human resources and technology. This research seeks to design and implement a computerized personnel information system, which is expected to increase the effectiveness, efficiency and competitiveness of organizations in the era of information technology development.
