Abstract

Angka kematian ibu (AKI) di Indonesia masih sangat tinggi dan tertinggi di antara negara–negara ASEAN. Pada tahun 1990, AKI berada pada tingkat 390 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup, dan survei pada tahun 2002-2003 menghasilkan perkiraan sebesar 307 per 100.000 kelahiran. Namun, hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa keadaannya sangat mencemaskan bagi perempuan Indonesia. Sistem pakar dibutuhkan untuk membantu para ibu hamil mengetahui secara cepat kondisi kesehatan kandungan pada ibu hamil berdasarkan gejala yang muncul. Tidak hanya jenis penyakit, sistem ini juga menginformasikan cara penanganan untuk ibu hamil yang kesehatan kondisi kandungannya bermasalah dan cara pencegahannya.

Abstract

Dalam penerapan SIM, rumah sakit dapat memperoleh manfaat seperti efisiensi operasional yang lebih tinggi melalui otomatisasi proses administrasi, termasuk pendaftaran pasien, pengaturan jadwal dokter, pengelolaan inventaris obat dan peralatan medis, serta proses pembayaran yang lebih efisien. Selain itu, SIM memungkinkan pengelolaan data pasien yang akurat dan terstruktur, memfasilitasi akses cepat terhadap informasi medis yang diperlukan dalam pengambilan keputusan diagnostik dan perawatan pasien. Dengan adanya SIM, koordinasi dan kolaborasi antar departemen dalam rumah sakit dapat ditingkatkan melalui pertukaran informasi yang mudah dan terintegrasi. SIM juga memfasilitasi manajemen informasi yang terpadu, memungkinkan pengumpulan, penyimpanan, dan pengelolaan data yang lebih efektif, serta memungkinkan evaluasi kinerja dan pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan analisis data yang akurat. Selain itu, penerapan SIM juga berdampak pada pelayanan pasien yang lebih baik. Proses pendaftaran yang cepat, manajemen antrian yang efisien, serta akses mudah terhadap riwayat medis pasien memungkinkan rumah sakit untuk memberikan pelayanan yang lebih personal, tepat waktu, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan pasien. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review dan research question. Literature Review itu sendiri merupakan salah satu metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan informasi dari berbagai sumber di perpustakaan, seperti buku, jurnal, dokumen dan internet. Research Question Ini adalah pertanyaan penelitian berdasarkan persyaratan dari topik yang dipilih. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah untuk menjadikan penelitian ini sebagai acuan penelitian selanjutnya mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen di pendidikan SMP dan mampu menerapkannya. SIM dapat membantu dalam berbagai bidang di Rumah sakit, seperti pelayanan administrasi.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a website-based expert system that can diagnose ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) in children early based on the symptoms that appear. ADHD is a neurodevelopmental disorder that often appears in children and can have an impact on their growth and development if not properly identified and addressed. Early diagnosis of ADHD symptoms still does not get adequate attention, especially from teachers and parents. This is because many of them do not recognize the symptoms that may appear, and some of these symptoms are often considered normal in the child's growing years. The study used data from a survey conducted at Efata School, which involved a class of 29 children. The data used in the study involved 5 samples from 29 children, including symptoms that appeared in children. The method used in this study was the Naïve Bayes method, which was used to predict whether students at Efata School had symptoms of ADHD. The results of this study showed that one of the students from Efata School suffered from one of the subtypes of ADHD, namely Hyperactivity. It is based on the largest v value found, where the Hyperactivity classification has a value of v = 0.0000028082145115306584428249088, while the v value for the impulsivity classification is 0.0000020302564481111760333385728, and the v value for the inattention classification is 0.0000016957720279202595122184192.

Abstract

Harga saham merupakan salah satu indikator pengelolaan perusahaan. Harga saham mengalami perubahan naik dan turun dari waktu ke waktu, hal ini disebabkan oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Sebelum melakukan investasi, calon investor perlu melakukan analisis pada rasio keuangan perusahaan untuk melakukan pengambilan keputusan yang tepat dalam berinvestasi demi meraih keuntungan. Secara teori, nilai Return On Equity (ROE) dan Earning Per Share (EPS) yang meningkat mempengaruhi kenaikan harga saham. Adapun tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai oleh peneliti adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Return On Equity (ROE) dan Earning Per Share (EPS) Terhadap Harga Saham PT. Sinar Mas Agro Resources  and Technology Tbk. Populasi yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan dari PT. Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Tecnology Tbk sebanyak sepuluh laporan keuangan terhitung dari 2013-2022 dan indeks harga saham penutupan di akhir tahun 2013-2022. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi analisis desriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear sederhana, uji regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi dan Uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F). Hasil dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa Return On Equity (ROE) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, Earning Per Share (EPS) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham dan Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS) secara Bersama-sama tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham.

Abstract

The quality of an institution can be seen from the performance of employees who have high motivation and work discipline. It can be seen that this study aims to find out the effect of motivation, work discipline, and work motivation and discipline on waiting time for drug service at the Pharmacy Installation in EMC Tangerang. The research method used in this research was quantitative research using questionnaires as an instrument. The distribution of questionnaires in the form of a Google Form was given to 44 employees who were the research samples. After distributing the questionnaires, the data were processed using SPSS version 27. The results of the validation and reliability tests showed that the questionnaires were feasible to use, because the validity test was rcount>rtable while the Cronbach's Alpha Standardization was higher than 0.61 for the reliability value. The results of the hypothesis show the value of 4.072 (X1) and 4.951 (X2) were higher than 2.018. The results of the F-test regarding the effect of motivation and work discipline on waiting time for drug services also showed a value of Fcount > Ftable (12.169> 3.230). Therefore, Ha1, Ha2 and Ha3 have an influence on variable Y so that Ha is accepted. All in all, staff at the installation of EMC Tanggerang hospital with the motivation and work discipline for them improve the performance of waiting time for drug services. However, R-square (determination) was 0,342, so it means that motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) influenced to the waiting time for drug services (Y) which was 34,2%, and 71,7% was influenced by other factors that were not done in this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kedisiplinan kerja karyawan pada PT. Daya Mattresindo Mengmeixuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dan diperoleh sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 56 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kedisiplinan Kerja Karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 1,089 + 0,431X1, nilai korelasi sebesar 0,749 artinya kedua variabel memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 55,3%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung 5,063> t tabel 1,674 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan Ha1 diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kedisiplinan Kerja Karyawan. (2) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kedisiplinan Kerja Karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 1,089 + 0,204X2, nilai korelasi sebesar 0,604 artinya kedua variabel memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 36,4%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai t hitung 5,063 > ttabel 1,674 dan nilai signifikan 5,063> 0,05. Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan Ha2 diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kedisiplinan Kerja Karyawan. (3) Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Kedisiplinan Kerja Karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 1,089 + 0,431X1 + 0,204X2, nilai koefisien korelasi 0,749 artinya variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 58,1% sedangkan sisanya 41,9% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung 35,357 > F tabel 3,17 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan H0 ditolak dan Ha3 diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kedisiplinan kerja karyawan pada PT. Daya Mattresindo Mengmeixuan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee productivity at PT. Moladin Digital Indonesia Regional Jakarta partially and simultaneously. This research is causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 75 employees of PT. Moladin Digital Indonesia Regional Jakarta. The sample used in this research used a nonprobability sampling technique or used a saturated sampling method. The data collection procedure in this research is using a questionnaire using a Likert scale and SPSS 25 programming. The data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests and coefficient tests correlation and determination. The research results that can be presented are: (1) there is an influence of leadership style on employee productivity (tcount = 11.363 > ttable = 1.665), (2) there is an influence of the work environment on employee productivity (tcount = 7.297 < ttable = 1.665), and (3 ) the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee productivity (Fcount = 75.564 > Ftable = 3.12). So it shows that the leadership style and work environment at PT. Moladin Digital Indonesia partially and simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to implement Augmented Reality (AR) technology using markerless tracking as a promotional tool for furniture. AR enables consumers to view three-dimensional models of furniture products through the camera of an Android device without the need to physically visit a store. The markerless tracking method allows object detection without the requirement of specific markers and enables automatic marker formation. The results indicate that implementing AR with markerless tracking is effective in promoting furniture products, providing an interactive experience for consumers, and facilitating access without the need for physical visits to the store.

Library service information system emerges as a contemporary solution that not only enhances the administrative efficiency of libraries but also transforms educational services through the utilization of technology. In the world of education, libraries play an integral role in providing learning resources. However, limitations in library service personnel often pose challenges. Therefore, the significant role of the library service information system in improving information accessibility in the educational environment cannot be understated.With a focus on collection management, automation of lending processes, and book search capabilities, this system facilitates user access to literary resources, providing relevant and up-to-date information. The presence of the library service information system not only changes the way libraries operate but also creates a more inclusive and technology-based learning ecosystem. The implementation of the library service information system in educational institutions is not just about administrative efficiency but also about enhancing the learning experience, automating book searches, or borrowing processes. This system illustrates its contribution to achieving better and more adaptive educational services in the digital era.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work stress on performance, the work environment on performance and to determine the effect of work stress and the work environment on employee performance at PT Vara Sujana Adhi Paramita (King's Fun) in West Jakarta. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and a sample of 60 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that work stress has a significant effect on employee performance. This is proven by the regression equation Y = 27.568 + 0.342 The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by the regression equation Y = 25.798 + 0.397 Work stress and the work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 26.350 – 0.070X1 + 0455X2. The coefficient of determination value was 31.6% while the remaining 68.4% was influenced by other factors that were not researched. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of Fcount > Ftable or (16.585 > 2.761). Thus, work stress and the work environment together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Vara Sujana Adhi Paramita (King's Fun) in West Jakarta.
