Abstract

A library is a room managed by an educational institution that is used as a place of learning that provides various kinds of book collections. A school is a building or institution for learning and teaching facilities and infrastructure as well as a place for students to receive and give lessons. To create a library that is well organized and systematic. Then the library must have a web-based library application, which can provide convenience for the process of borrowing or searching for books in the school library. This website-based library application is made as a solution for schools that do not have financial adequacy. The result of this research is a service provider that can be accessed by the website. The services available on the website can be fully accessed by librarians including registering new users, logging in users, inputting books, inputting members, recording borrowing and returning books that are more recorded. For the admin's view, including registering librarians, approving requests to add the number of librarian books, and collecting payments for adding the number of books.

Abstract

Pengembangan Sistem Aplikasi Pemesanan Tiket Bus Berbasis Web merupakan langkah inovatif untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kenyamanan dalam reservasi perjalanan darat. Sistem ini difokuskan pada pengembangan antarmuka pengguna yang intuitif, memungkinkan pengguna untuk mencari rute, memilih jadwal perjalanan, dan bahkan menentukan jenis bus yang diinginkan. Integrasi pembayaran online yang aman mempermudah pengguna dalam menyelesaikan transaksi pembelian tiket dengan berbagai opsi pembayaran. Pengembangan yang kokoh memastikan manajemen jadwal bus yang efisien, dan keamanan sistem dijaga dengan protokol enkripsi dan standar keamanan tinggi. Uji sistem menyeluruh dilakukan untuk memastikan fungsionalitas optimal, sedangkan pemeliharaan berkala dilakukan guna menjaga kualitas layanan. Peluncuran sistem ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengalaman pemesanan tiket bus yang lebih baik, memenuhi kebutuhan perjalanan pengguna dengan efektif, serta meningkatkan kemudahan dan keamanan dalam transaksi online. Inisiatif ini menggambarkan solusi komprehensif untuk memajukan industri pemesanan tiket bus melalui platform berbasis web.

Abstract

Dalam institusi Pendidikan nilai siswa dapat membantu institusi sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam memberikan beasiswa. Pentingnya data Mining dalam dunia pendidikan dapat memudahkan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Pengambilan data dalam jumlah yang sangat besar pastinya akan memberikan risiko yang sangat besar pula, sehingga data Mining yang menggabungkan beberapa metode ini dapat memberikan hasil secara maksimal. Pendidikan merupakan salah satu komponen kehidupan yang dapat menunjang keberhasilan seseorang menuju kehidupan yang jauh lebih baik lagi. Pemberian beasiswa ini sangat penting, guna memberikan ketenangan mereka dalam mengikuti belajar-mengajar. Namun terkadang pemberian beasiswa atau tidak tepat pada sasarannya. Dari permasalahan tersebut dilakukan penelitian mengenai seleksi penerimaan beasiswa agar membantu meningkatkan kecepatan dan ketepatan dalam penentuan beasiswa dengan menggunakan metodei algoritma C4.5 dan naïve bayes dengan bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat akurasi dan lama waktu proses penentuan penerima beasiswa. dalam memprediksi Setelah dilakukan pengujian, maka hasil yang didapat dari algoritma C4.5 memiliki akurasi sebesar 54%. Lebih baik dari tingkat akurasi dari algoritma naïve bayes sebesar 93.33%, dan dilakukan perbandingan menggunakan naïve bayes. Dengan adanya penelitian diharapkan dapat membantu SMK ISLAM PERMATASARI 1 dalam memberi beasiswa dalam menentukan kriteria yang lebih diutamakan untuk pemberian beasiswa, sehingga pemberian beasiswa dapat tepat sasaran.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on the performance of non-civil servants at the Setu sub-district office, South Tangerang city, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is associative quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and the sample obtained in this study was 60 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reality tests, classical assumption tests, quantitative analysis, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this research, compensation has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 68.1% and the hypothesis test obtained a calculated t value > t table or (11.133 > 2.002). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 85.5% and the hypothesis test obtained a calculated t value > t table or (18.506 > 2.002). Compensation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 1.687 + 0.167X1 + 0.794X2. The simultaneous determination coefficient value is 86.5% while the remaining 13.5% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained calculated F value > F table or (182.232 > 3.160).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline and motivation on employee performance partially and simultaneously at PT Panca Pilar Engineering, South Jakarta. This research method uses quantitative analysis methods associative method through quantitative approach, using 109 respondents. The sampling method used in this study was the slovin sampling technique. Data analysis processing techniques used descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, regression test, correlation test, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing. Work discipline and motivation have a simultaneous effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 11.214+0.635X1 + 0.095X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.725, meaning that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a very strong relationship with a simultaneous determination or influence coefficient of 52,5% while the remaining 47,5% is influenced by other factors. The results of the partial test of Work Discipline on employee performance show a t value of 6.304 > t table 1.65936 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that partially work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the partial test of motivation on employee performance show the t value of 1.093 < ttable 1.65936 with a significant level of 0.277 > 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that partially motivation has no significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F test have a probability of 0.000 < 0.05 or the value of Fcount 58.660 > Ftable 2.69. Thus it can be concluded that simultaneously work discipline and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline on the performance of non-PNS employees at the Setu sub-district office, South Tangerang city, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is associative quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and the sample obtained in this study was 60 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reality tests, classical assumption tests, quantitative analysis, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research results obtained were multiple linear regression Y = 18.003 + 0.334X1 + 0.389X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.580. The coefficient of determination of the motivation variable (X1) and work discipline (X2) contributes 33.7%. The calculated t value > t table or (11.650 > 2.002) so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a partial positive and significant influence between motivation (X1) on employee performance (Y). The calculated t value > t table or (4.914 > 2.002) so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a partially positive and significant influence between work discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y). The calculated F value > F table or (14.458 > 3.160) so that H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously between motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has an impact on various industries, including the food industry such as restaurants.The purpose of this research is to develop a website-based online food ordering system to improve operational efficiency, order accuracy, and customer data security.This research covers the waterfall development methodology and includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.The system allows customers to easily order food from anywhere without having to come directly to the restaurant.An attractive and user-friendly interface design was implemented using HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, and PHP. Thorough testing, including trade show attendees on campus, professional testers, and actual users, has shown that the system minimizes administrative errors and provides an optimal user experience. Menu programs such as menu display, payment cart, payment details, and payment confirmation are implemented for customer control and convenience. This implementation is expected to increase customer satisfaction, reduce potential administrative errors, and provide an integrated and effective restaurant online ordering solution. The test results show that the system provides ease of access and control for customers and restaurant staff. The launch of this online ordering site aims to make a positive contribution in supporting the digital transformation of online ordering in the hospitality industry, especially restaurants. Overall, this research successfully created an integrated and effective solution to meet the demands of the digital era in the food industry.

Abstract

Organisasi remaja masjid memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter dan kehidupan beragama para remaja. Namun, seringkali terjadi tantangan dalam menjaga keaktifan anggota dalam organisasi ini. Dengan memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keaktifan anggota, dapat diidentifikasi langkah-langkah yang dapat diambil untuk mendorong partisipasi aktif dan keterlibatan anggota dalam kegiatan organisasi agar pengurus organisasi remaja masjid dapat meningkatkan keaktifan anggota dan mencapai tujuan organisasi yang lebih baik. Tujuan dari penulisan jurnal ini adalah untuk membangun keaktifan anggota agar dapat lebih berkontribusi dalam organisasi Remaja Masjid dengan menggunakan studi kasus pada Remas Masjid Al-Muhajirin di Desa Darmasi. Jurnal ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, analisis pribadi, serta wawancara kepada beberapa anggota Remaja Masjid. Berdasarkan observasi yang telah dilakukan, penyebab kepasifan anggota Remas memiliki beberapa faktor sehingga diperlukannya tindakan lebih lanjut yakni menjaga komunikasi yang efektif antara pengurus organisasi dan anggota, menetapkan tujuan yang jelas dan terukur bagi organisasi, memberikan tanggung jawab dalam mengelola kegiatan, merancang kegiatan yang menarik, menghargai kontribusi anggota, membangun hubungan yang baik antar anggota, serta memberikan kesempatan untuk pelatihan dan pengembangan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership and work discipline on employee performance at PT Sigma Cipta Caraka in BSD, South Tangerang City. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula and a sample of 84 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 38.9% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (7.226 > 1.989). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 57.4% and hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (10.506 > 1.989). Leadership and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 6.388 + 0.217X1 + 0.581X2. The coefficient of determination value is 63.7% while the remaining 36.3% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained calculated F value > F table or (71.195 > 2.720).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Leadership (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) in the Teleoperation Division at PT. BFI Finance Indonesia, Tbk. BSD Serpong. The method used is a quantitative method. The data sources for this research are in the form of questionnaires, data, observations and literature studies. The data methods used in this research are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, correlation coefficients, linear regression tests and significant tests including the T and F statistical tests. Using SPSS version 26 software. The results of this research show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 5.310 + 0.749X1, a correlation value of 0.815, meaning the two variables have a strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination value was 64.4 and the hypothesis test obtained tcount 11.430 > ttable 1.996. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 1.219 + 0.995X2, a correlation value of 0.897, meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination value was 80.4%, and the hypothesis test obtained tcount 16.472 > ttable 1.996. Leadership and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with a regression equation of 16.721+0.258X1+ 0.297X2+e. A correlation value of 0.897 means that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a very strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination value is 80.5% while the remaining 19.5% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained an F-count value of 134.075 > F-table 2.764.
