Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT Kampung Kearifan Indonesia South Jakarta partially and simultaneously. The population amounted to 104 people who were processed using the slovin formula so as to get a total of 83 respondents to be submitted as sampling subjects. The method used is quantitative associative. Data analysis uses instrument tests, classic assumption tests, and quantitative analysis. The results showed that the work environment had a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 20.881 + 2.441X1, the correlation coefficient value of 0.496, the coefficient of determination of 24.6%. Hypothesis testing obtained a t value of 5.314> t table 1.990. Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means there is a significant influence. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 14.095 + 2.638X2, the correlation coefficient is 39.9%. Hypothesis testing obtained t value 7.329> t table 1.990. Thus H0 is rejected with H2 accepted, meaning that there is a significant partial influence between work discipline on employee performance. The work environment and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 10.831 + 0.206X1 + 0.483X2, the correlation coefficient of 0.679 means that the two variables have a strong level of relationship. With a coefficient of determination of 46.1%. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of f count 34,187> f table 2,720. Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that there is a simultaneous significant influence between the work environment and work discipline on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Leadership and Work Motivation on employee performance at PT. Arjuna Cemerlang Motors, Taman Anggrek Branch, West Jakarta, either partially or simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and a sample of 60 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 16.159 + 0.594X1, the correlation value obtained is 0.688, meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship. With a coefficient of determination value of 47.3% and hypothesis testing, t count > t table or (7.214 > 2.002). Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of leadership on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 16.043 + 0.603X2, the correlation coefficient value is 0.649, meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship. The value of determination or contribution of influence is 42.1%. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table or (6.495 > 2.002). Thus, H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of work motivation on employee performance. Leadership and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 8.432 + 0.421X1 + 0.384X2. The correlation coefficient value or level of relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 0.777, meaning it has a strong relationship. The value of the coefficient of determination or simultaneous contribution of influence is 60.3%. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > Ftable or (43.341 > 2.770). Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of discipline and the physical work environment on employee performance in Pagedangan District, Tangerang Regency, both partially and simultaneously. This research method uses quantitative methods with a population and sample of 60. The data analysis techniques used are data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, determination tests and hypothesis tests. Based on the research results, discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 37.4% and hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table or (2.165 > 2.001). The physical work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 38.1% and the hypothesis test obtained a calculated t value > t table or (2.313 > 2.001). Discipline and the physical work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 9.753 + 0.362 Hypothesis testing obtained F count > F table or (21.326 > 3.16).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Communication (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) of the Teleoperation Unit at PT. Julo Financial Technology, South Tangerang. The method used is a quantitative method. The data sources for this research are in the form of questionnaires, documentation, observation and literature study. Data analysis used in this research is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, correlation coefficient, multiple linear regression test and significance testing including the R statistical test. Using SPSS version 21 software. The results of this research show that communication has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 27.292 + 0.338X1, a correlation value of 0.927, meaning that the two variables have a very strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination value is 86.0% and the hypothesis test is tcount3.789> ttable2.001. Thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of communication on employee performance. Work Discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 27.957 + 0.202The coefficient of determination value was 92.3%, and the hypothesis test obtained tcount 3.509> ttable 2.001. Thus Ho2 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of work discipline on employee performance. Communication and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 24.218 + 0.112 X1 + 0.197 X2. The correlation value is 0.936, meaning that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination value is 92.7% while the remaining 7.3% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of 363.562> F-table 2.766. Thus Ho is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence of communication and work discipline on employee performance

Abstract

This research was made to determine the effect of Work Discipline and Teamwork on Employee Performance at PT Insani Medical Centre Jakarta. In this study, the method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 65 respondents. Data analysis uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 90% and hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (22.502> 1.669). Teamwork has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 93% and hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (28,161> 1,669). Work discipline and Teamwork simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 2,149 + 0.272 X1 + 0.682 X2. The coefficient of determination is 93.1% while the remaining 6.9% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of F count> F table or (432.559> 2.753)

Abstract

  This research aims to find out how promotion and brand image influence purchasing decisions for PT Pinus Merah Abadi vegetable wafers. This research method uses quantitative research methods with a population and sample of 97 consumer. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. This research obtained partial results that promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the first hypothesis test obtained from the tcount value of the hypothesis test, the value tcount > ttable (7.195> 1.661) and the results of the simple regression test Y = 11.223 + 0.626 0.05). Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, this shows that partially the brand image variable has a significant influence on purchasing decisions for PT Pinus Merah Abadi vegetable Richesee wafers. Based on the results of the second hypothesis test obtained from the value tcount > ttable or (10.949 > 1.661) and the results of the simple regression test Y = 3.835 + 0.821 X2. This can also be strengthened with a sig value < 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). Thus H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. This shows that partially the brand image variable has a significant influence on the decision to purchase vegetable Richesee wafers at PT. Everlasting Red Pine. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the value Fcount > Ftable or (61.896> 2.701) was obtained and the results of double linear (Y) = 6.247 + 0.250 (X1) + 0.636(X2). Thus, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, this shows that simultaneously the promotional variables and brand image have an influence on purchasing decisions at wafer richesee PT Pinus Merah Abadi.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of celebrity endorsement and Instagram social media on purchasing interest in Ms Glow beauty products in shops in Tangerang City. This research is quantitative research. The sample for this research was 97 respondents. The sampling technique uses Probability Sampling with Random Sampling type. According to Sugiyono (2018:118) "Probability Sampling is a sampling technique that provides the same opportunity or opportunity for each element or member of the population to be selected as a sample. Primary data collection is obtained from distributing questionnaires. Data processing uses SPSS version 24 software. Data feasibility testing uses validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests. Data analysis techniques use simple linear regression tests, multiple linear regression tests, correlation tests, determination tests and hypothesis tests. The results of this research are that celebrity endorsement reviews (X1) have a positive and significant effect on buying interest, this is proven by the results of the partial test (t test) where the results of tcount > ttable are 5.532 > 1.985 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Social media (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on buying interest, this is proven by the results of the partial test (t test) where the results of tcount > ttable are 15.939 > 1.985 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Then reviewing celebrity endorsements (X1) and social media (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant influence, this is proven by the results of the simultaneous test (F test) where the results of Fcount > Ftable are 125.892 > 3.145 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 . Based on the coefficient of determination, the variables celebrity endorsement review (X1) and social media (X2) have a simultaneous influence of 72.8%, while the remaining 27.2% (100%-72.8%) is from epsilon (an indicator of variables that are notresearched).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work skills and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Mitra Fesyen Global in Tangerang City, both partially and simultaneously. This type of research uses quantitative methods with a sampling technique using saturated sampling which was used by 66 respondents. The analysis techniques used are data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing (t test and f test). Based on research results, Job Skills have a significant effect on Employee Performance with a correlation coefficient value of 58.5% and hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table or (5.301 > 1.998). Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance with a correlation coefficient value of 57.6% and the hypothesis test obtained a calculated t value > t table or (5.109 > 1.998). Work Skills and Organizational Culture partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 3.572 + 0.707 X1 + 0.546 . Hypothesis testing obtained F count > F table or (75.857 > 3.14).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of competency and self-efficacy on employee performance in the Quality Control department at PT Dellifood Sentosa Corpindo, Tangerang City. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, correlation coefficient, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are partially proven by the simple linear regression equation Y = 21.688 + 0.464 contribution to Employee Performance (Y) was 20.9% while 79.1% was influenced by other variables not examined in this research. Partial hypothesis testing for the Competency variable (X1) obtained a value of tcount > ttable (4.738 > 1.988). This is reinforced by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.005, which can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that Competence has a significant influence on Employee Performance. The results of this research are partially proven by the simple linear regression equation Y = 15.100 + 0.619 X1, with a correlation coefficient of 0.600, meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship. The determination value is 0.360, which means that the Self-Efficacy variable (X2) contributes to Employee Performance (Y) by 36%, while 64% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. The research results were proven simultaneously with the multiple linear regression equation Y = 11.844 + 0.180 X1 + 0.516 The determination value is 0.381, which means that the Competency (X1) and Self-Efficacy (X2) variables contribute to Employee Performance (Y) by 38.1%, while 61.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. Simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained a value of Fcount>Ftable or (25,881 > 3.11), this was confirmed by a significance value of 0.000 <0.005. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that Competence and Self-Efficacy are simultaneously significant to Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was determine the influence of Current Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio both partially and simultaneously on the Return  On Asset of PT Petrosea Tbk in 2011-2022. This type of research is associative with quantitative methods using the SPSS version 27 application. Based on the test results, it was found that partially the Current Ratio (CR) variable with a t value of -4,156 > t table 2,262 and significant value 0,002 < 0,05 shows that CR has an effect on ROA. While the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) partially shows a t value of 0,485 < t table 2,262 and the significant value of DAR is 0,639 > 0,05, showing the results that DAR has no effect on ROA. Simultaneously shows f value 8,704 > F table 4,26 and a significant value of 0,008 < 0,05 that CR and DAR together have an influence on ROA at PT Petrosea Tbk. Based on the R square value of 0,659 or 65,9%. Which means that the variables CR and DAR have an influence contribution of 65,9% on ROA, while the remaining 34,1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.
