Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi mobile dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris semakin menjadi tren yang signifikan dalam menjawab kebutuhan akan aksesibilitas dan fleksibilitas dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah aplikasi pembelajaran bahasa Inggris berbasis mobile menggunakan database SQLite sebagai penyimpanan lokal. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk memfasilitasi pengguna dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris dengan menyediakan modul pembelajaran yang komprehensif, latihan interaktif, dan fitur evaluasi kemajuan pengguna. Pemanfaatan database SQLite sebagai basis data lokal memungkinkan pengguna untuk mengakses konten pembelajaran bahasa Inggris tanpa tergantung pada koneksi internet yang terus-menerus. Fitur utama aplikasi mencakup beragam materi pembelajaran, tes keterampilan, dan pelacakan kemajuan individu. Antarmuka pengguna yang ramah dan intuitif diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengalaman belajar pengguna. Selain itu, fitur penyimpanan lokal memungkinkan pengguna untuk belajar secara fleksibel, bahkan dalam situasi tanpa koneksi internet. Rancangan aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbahasa Inggris pengguna dengan menggabungkan keunggulan teknologi mobile dan keefisienan penyimpanan lokal menggunakan database SQLite. Penelitian lebih lanjut akan diperlukan untuk menguji efektivitas dan daya terima aplikasi ini oleh pengguna serta dampaknya terhadap peningkatan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan keefektifan Metode Interpolasi Selisih Muka dan Metode Interpolasi Selisih Belakang Newton dalam mengestimasi jumlah penduduk. Estimasi jumlah penduduk memiliki peran penting dalam perencanaan pembangunan dan kebijakan publik, namun, keakuratan data dapat menjadi tantangan, terutama di wilayah sulit diakses. Oleh karena itu, metode interpolasi menjadi penting dalam memperkirakan nilai di titik-titik yang tidak terdokumentasi. Metode Interpolasi Selisih Muka berfokus pada perbedaan antara nilai-nilai sekuens, sementara Metode Interpolasi Selisih Belakang Newton menggunakan diferensiasi mundur untuk menghasilkan polinom interpolasi. Penelitian ini melibatkan penerapan kedua metode pada data populasi dan perbandingan hasilnya. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan tentang metode interpolasi mana yang lebih akurat dan efisien dalam konteks estimasi jumlah penduduk. Metode-metode ini dievaluasi berdasarkan kriteria keakuratan, efisiensi komputasional, dan aplikabilitas pada dataset demografis. Analisis perbandingan dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan skenario variabel dan variasi geografis. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan bagi penggunaan metode interpolasi dalam estimasi jumlah penduduk, serta memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan metode-metode lebih lanjut dalam domain demografi dan statistik populasi.

Abstract

Bengkel Shop and Drive merupakan salah satu perusahaan dagang yang bergerak dibidang penjualan yang kegiatan utamanya adalah menjual otomotif. Dalam proses persediaan stok barangnya Bengkel Shop and Drive masih menggunakan cara yang manual, yaitu untuk mengetahui kebutuhan barang yang akan dipesan kepada supplier ketika stoknya mulai menipis atau ditambah stoknya admin toko harus membuat rekap laporan persediaan barang pada kertas dengan mengecek barang satu persatu di gudang penyimpanan barang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menyajikan aplikasi berbasis komputerisasi yang mudah dan dapat dimengerti oleh pengguna untuk melakukan pengelolaan data bengkel yang berhubungan dengan data sparepart dan data transaksi harian, serta mempermudah proses pembuatan laporan bulanan yang akan diberikan kepada pemilik bengkel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode grounded research, yaitu suatu metode penelitian berdasarkan pada fakta dan empiris, menetapkan menggunakan analisis perbandingan dengan tujuan mengadakan generalisasi empiris, menetapkan konsep, membuktikan teori, mengembangkan teori, serta pengumpulan dan menganalisis data dalam waktu yang bersamaan. Hasil penelitian berupa aplikasi sistem informasi bengkel yang dapat mempermudah kinerja karyawan. Aplikasi sistem informasi ini menerapkan sistem berbasis data agar pengolahan data bengkel dapat dilakukan dengan tertib dan rapi. Sistem informasi bengkel ini dapat mempermudah pemilik dalam melakukan pengawasan dan kendali data dengan melihat laporan secara komputerisasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at PT Batu Multindo Perkasa Cigudeg Bogor. The research method used is a quantitative method using the classic technique. The data collection technique in this research is by distributing questionnaires to some employees and the data analysis techniques used in this research are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis and partial hypothesis test (t) and simultaneous (F). The results of the research show that work motivation and discipline influence employee performance with a regression equation of Y = 0.976 + 0.644 X₁ + 0.000 table or 5,600 > 2,004 then Ho₁ is rejected Ha₁ is accepted. Partially, work discipline influences employee performance with the t-table test results or 0.004 > 2.002, so Ho₂ is rejected and Ha₂ is accepted. The result of simultaneous hypothesis testing is that the calculated F value > F table or 15.685 > 0.000 means Ho₃ is rejected and Ha₃ is accepted. It can be concluded that the research results show that work motivation and discipline influence employee performance at PT Batu Multindo Perkasa Cigudeg Bogor.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work stress on employee performance, to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance, to determine the effect of work stress and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance at PT Maxplus Indonesia Anugerah. The method used is associative quantitative. The sampling technique used was saturated with a sample of 53 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research are that work stress has a sig of 0.000 <0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that work stress has a significant and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a sig of 0.000 > 0.05, so Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, which means work motivation has no effect and is not significant on employee performance. F count 45,206>3.18 and sig 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, then Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted, which means that work stress and work motivation have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee performance. Effective work stress and good work motivation will be able to improve employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of work motivation and discipline, both partially and simultaneously, on employee performance at the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Indonesia, Jakarta. The research method that the author uses is a descriptive quantitative method and uses Multiple Linear Regression. The research was conducted on employees of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Indonesia, Jakarta. The sampling technique used a saturated sample of 70 respondents. Based on the research results showing partial results (t test), it was concluded that motivation (X1) had a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a calculated t value of 3.742 > t table 1.667, reinforced with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. And work discipline (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value of 6.530 > t table 1.667, reinforced with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, based on the simultaneous regression test (F Test), the variabels motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). The calculated F value > F table or (175.592 > 3.134) was obtained. This was also confirmed by the significance < 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

Pemilihan umum (pemilu) merupakan pilar demokrasi yang memungkinkan rakyat memilih pemimpinnya secara demokratis. Untuk memastikan pemilu dilaksanakan secara adil, Badan Pengawas Pemilu (Bawaslu) bertugas memantau proses di berbagai tingkat pemerintahan. Di tingkat kecamatan, pengawasan dilakukan oleh Panitia Pengawas Pemilu (Panwascam) kecamatan yang berkoordinasi dengan Bawaslu. Dalam menjalankan tugasnya, Panwascam harus mengelola data pemilih, calon, dan pelanggaran secara efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem manajemen basis data berbasis web yang memungkinkan Panwascam mengelola data dengan mudah dan merespons perubahan. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan teknik Extreme Programming (XP) yang menekankan pada fleksibilitas dan kolaborasi tim. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memudahkan akses dan pengelolaan data Panwascam, menjaga integritas data, dan beradaptasi terhadap perubahan selama proses pemantauan pemilu.Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat mendukung fungsi pengawasan Panwascam secara lebih efektif dan transparan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of career development and work environment on employee performance at PT Graha Mitra Lestarindo in South Jakarta. The method used is quantitative. The partial and simultaneous sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 50 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that career development has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 51.0% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (7.045 > 2.010). The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 62.4% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (8.923 > 2.010). Career Development and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 6.458+ 0.155X1 + 0.3576X2. The coefficient of determination value is 64.1% while the remaining 35.9% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained calculated F value > F table or (41.724 > 2.800).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and discipline on employee performance at the South Jakarta Administrative City Region I Education Sub-Department, either partially or simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, namely as many as 65 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 16.352 + 0.588X with a correlation coefficient value of 0.676 meaning that it has a strong relationship with an influence contribution of 45.7% and the hypothesis test obtained is t count > t table or ( 7.280 > 1.998). Discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 13.120 + 0.677X with a correlation coefficient value of 0.705 meaning that it has a strong relationship with an influence contribution of 49.7% and the hypothesis test obtained is t count > t table or (7.887 > 1.998) . Motivation and discipline simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 7.673 + 0.363X1 + 0.461X2 with a correlation coefficient value of 0.788 meaning that it has a strong relationship with an influence contribution of 62.0% while the remaining 38.0% is influenced another factor. Hypothesis testing obtained F count > F table or (50.667 > 2.750).

Human resources (HR) are the most important thing in an organization, both within a company and within an institution. To obtain human resources who have good performance quality and are competent, and in accordance with the company's qualifications, this can be done by carrying out structured recruitment and selection. So the company will get the employees it wants. In this case the researchers involved 55 employees consisting of 55 populations and also 55 samples. The aim of this research is to find out the methods used in the recruitment process at Merras Busana South Jakarta, to find out what the obstacles are in the employee recruitment process at PT Merras Busana South Jakarta, to find out how the process of implementing employee recruitment at Merras Busana Jakarta South. The method used in this research is the observation method and interview method. This comprehensive final assignment aims to understand and study how the employee recruitment process is implemented at PT Merras Busana, South Jakarta. The results of the discussion conclude; 1) The method used by Merras Busana Jakarta is a reference or closed method which only offers to internal company employees. 2) obstacles in the employee recruitment process for PT Merras Busana South Jakarta. The obstacles that exist in the employee recruitment process for PT Merras Busana South Jakarta are the large number of candidates who do not match the criteria and the existence of candidates who are similar to previous candidates due to the limited number of potential applicants. 3) Implementation of the employee recruitment process implemented by PT Merras Busana South Jakarta uses policies or systems that have been created by the company itself
