Abstract

An effective public health approach can help evaluate the effectiveness of parenting programs in reducing child maltreatment. Parenting can show effectiveness in improving children's emotional and behavioral adjustment. Parenting programs are useful for parents to add insight and awareness about appropriate child development. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the parenting program on the religious character of students at Ar Rahman Jati Agung integrated Islamic elementary school. The method used is quantitative method. The sampling technique used. Purposive sampling. Data collection methods are questionnaires and documentation. The results of the f test simultaneously sig value 0.001 <0.05 and the value of f count 8.469> 3.16, then there is an influence of the parenting program and parenting on the religious character of students at SDIT Ar Rahman Jati Agung. The coefficient of determination test results show 22% which means that the effect is in the low category.

Abstract

Fostering a culture of reading the Qur'an can be a supporting factor in achieving the vision and mission of the madrasa. The development of a culture of reading the Qur'an can also be an effort made by madrasas to help students who have not been able to read the Qur'an properly and correctly. The madrasa principal plays an important role in fostering a culture of reading the Qur'an in the madrasa. This study aims to determine the role of the madrasa principal in fostering a culture of reading the Qur'an at Madrasa Aliyah Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung. data obtained through the process of interviews, observation, and documentation. Sources of research data were obtained from informants who were trusted and considered capable of answering the problems studied, namely the head of the madrasa, teachers, and students at Madrasa Aliyah Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung, Indonesia. The research data were analyzed in several stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and conclusion. The validity of the research data was tested by triangulating methods and triangulating sources. According to the study's findings, the madrasa program plays the role of the madrasa principal in fostering a culture of Qur'an reading at Madrasa Aliyah Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung to achieve the madrasa's vision and mission. The leadership of the madrasa principal in fostering a culture of reading the Qur'an at Madrasa Aliyah Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung can be seen in his role, which always directs the madrasa program to realize the vision and mission of the madrasa. The madrasa principal does several things to foster the reading of the Qur'an with the abilities he has, namely: The ability of the madrasa head in terms of personality is that, as a leader, he is responsible for all the authority in the madrasa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of madrasa principal leadership and discipline on teacher performance at Baitul Muslim Integrated Islamic Elementary School Way Jepara, Lampung Timur, Indonesia. Correlational research design is used to test the strength or weakness of the relationship between perceptions of principal leadership, and teacher work discipline, with teacher performance. this research is a population study. The research data were collected using questionnaires and documentation methods. The research data were analyzed using the descriptive quantitative analysis method with the calculation of Pearson correlation (product-moment) with the help of SPSS version 21. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between teachers' perceptions of the leadership of principals and teacher performance at Baitul Muslim Integrated Islamic Elementary School Way Jepara, Lampung Timur, Indonesia,. There is a positive and significant influence between work discipline and teacher performance at Baitul Muslim Integrated Islamic Elementary School Way Jepara, Lampung Timur, Indonesia. The achievement or improvement of teacher performance is largely determined by teachers' perceptions of the principal's leadership and work discipline. The results of the analysis show that discipline is one of the factors originating from internal teachers that support the improvement of teacher performance. Good discipline will have a maximum impact and encourage teachers to maximize their performance.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the planning, process, and evaluation of learning using the iqro' method, complemented by the drill method, in improving the ability to read hijaiyyah letters of students with disabilities. The subject of this research is the teacher of Islamic learning. This research uses a qualitative approach and a descriptive research type. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are as follows: Learning plans made by Islamic Religious Education teachers at SLB Muhammadiyah Gamping are not part of the established curriculum and are not specifically written about learning to read hijaiyyah letters using the iqro' method equipped with the drill method. the learning process of reading hijaiyyah letters The method used is the iqro' method equipped with the drill method, the material given refers to the iqro' guidebook according to the ability of the students, and the learning media used are videos and hijaiyyah letter cards. The evaluation used in learning to read hijaiyyah letters using the iqro' method equipped with the drill method is oral and written. The learning outcomes of students with disabilities in the form of the ability to read hijaiyyah letters consist of students who have not maximized their potential to reach half of the target percentage that has been set, and student learning outcomes in one semester are written in the student learning outcomes report or report card

Abstract

In carrying out their duties and responsibilities, they are always faced with various factors, such as differences in opinion from each and functional duties. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data sources in this study were the Head of the Madrasa and one educator of MTs Nur El-Ehsan Katibung South Lampung. Checking the validity of the data is done by triangulating the technique, namely as a data validity tester by checking the data on the same source but with different techniques. From the results of the study, it was found that the implementation of conflict management to solve any problems that occur at MTs Nur El-Ehsan Katibung South Lampung, has been running. This can be seen from the results of the observation activities that the authors carried out in the study, namely from the three indicators including planning, implementation, and evaluation. However, the three indicators have not run optimally because the implementation of conflict management at MTs Nur El-Ehsan Katibung South Lampung has not been carried out effectively and efficiently
