Abstract

The da'wah communication strategy is the basic policy of da'wah organizations which are options and alternatives that are directly related tothe achievement of da'wah goals, namely guiding relationships, organizing communication, developing and improving mad'u action patterns so that they are in accordance with Islamic teachings after considering internal conditions and external conditions. , then the main problem is: "the communication strategy of da'wah in empowering the labor community in Panjang District, Bandar Lampung City to improve the practice of religious implementation". The importance of da'wah communication to the poor is an effort to help them maintain unity by enabling them to influence and react to one another. Where the role of da'wah communication in social relations is clearly the main foundation for realizing social interaction which in Islamic teachings is known as silaturrahim. To find out the inhibiting factors in preaching to the labor community.This research is a field research, which is a research conducted in real life. The nature of this research is descriptive. The main method in this study the author uses the interview method, namely the method of data collection by way of question and answer between one or more parties to obtain the necessary information. The observation method is a way of collecting data by systematically recording the symptoms that appear on the object of research when the research takes place. The documentation method is a collection of verbal data in the form of writing, called narrow meaning documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis uses analytical and qualitative methods, meaning that the analysis is based on quality (value or price) and not based on numbers or quantities. The da'i communication strategy for the da'i in Panjanga District is to provide motivation, including through da'wah messages (materials) that are conveyed to the community. With the guidance carried out by the da'I in Panjang District covering religious matters such as praying 5 times a day, memorizing prayers, managing corpses and protecting the environment. The biggest inhibiting factor felt was the factor of mad'u, especially in terms of understanding the message (sematic), closed to change (self-image), and motivation where this was marked by the passiveness of the communicant in receiving da'wah from the da'i, in the sense of da'i cannot fully know the semantic knowledge possessed by the community.

Abstract

Penerapan physical distancing untuk menekan penyebaran COVID-19 telah berdampak pada seluruh lapisan masyarakat, termasuk ibu bekerja. Pemerintah Indonesia menghentikan kegiatan tatap muka kantor dan menggantinya dengan WFH atau bekerja dari rumah hingga penghentian sementara kegiatan ekonomi, terutama pada tingkat bisnis terdampak. Perubahan aktivitas yang tiba-tiba dimungkinkan untuk meninggalkan dampak pada kondisi karyawan serta keadaan kesejahteraan subjektifnya. Penelitian ini membahas tentang kesejahteraan subjektif ibu bekerja dengan status masa kerja tidak tetap selama masa pandemic COVID-19 dengan memperhatikan status sosiodemografi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis desktiptif kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling incidental sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang ibu bekerja dengan status kepegawaian tidak tetap yang berdomisili di Provinsi Lampung. Kesejehateraan subjektif diukur menggunakan Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) dan Positive Affect and Negative Scale (PANAS). Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan uji independent chi square. Hasil statistik chi square menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan tingkat kesejahteraan subjektif wanita peran ganda ditinjau dari sosiodemografi pada kategori tingkat pendidikan ibu dan tidak terdapat hubungan pada kategori usia ibu, jumlah penghasilan, jenis pekerjaan pasangan, jumlah anak, dan jenis kepribadian. (usia ibu p0,05; pendapatan p0,05; jenis pasangan kerja p 0,05; jumlah anak p 0.05; tipe kepribaidan p0,05; pendidikan terakhir p 0.05). Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa subjek penelitian dominan berada pada tingkat kesejahteraan subjektif tinggi (51 subjek atau 51% )Kata Kunci : Kesejahteraan subjektif; ibu bekerja, COVID-19, Sosiodemografi)AbstractThe implementation of physical distancing to reduce the spread of COVID-19 has had an impact on all levels of society, including working mothers. The Indonesian government stopped face-to-face office activities and replaced them with WFH or working from home until the temporary suspension of economic activities, especially at the level of affected businesses. Sudden changes in activity are possible to leave an impact on the condition of the employee as well as on the state of his subjective well-being. This study discusses the subjective well-being of working mothers with temporary tenure status during the Covid-19 pandemic in terms of sociodemographic variables. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis method with incidental sampling technique. The sample in this study involved 100 working mothers with temporary tenure status and domiciled in Lampung Province. Subjective well-being was measured using the Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) and the Positive Affect and Negative Affect Scale (PANAS). The analytical method used is descriptive statistics and independent chi square test. The results of the chi square statistic show that there is no relationship between women's subjective well-being and multiple roles in the sociodemographic group. (mother's age p 0.05; income p 0.05; type of work partner p 0.05; number of children p 0.05; personality type p 0.05; last education p 0.05). The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the dominant research subjects were at a high level of subjective well-being (51 subjects or 51%).

Abstract

Mohammad Natsir is a figure of social change in strategic proselytizing thinking with its theory in its implementation. From this perspective, the thought of Mohammad Natsir finds his willingness to be appointed and analyzed. The method used is a descriptive analysis, and the data for writing this article is relevant literature. The study results found that in his proselytizing perspective, Mohammad Natsir's thoughts on the Concepts and Strategies of Social Change were: firstly, determining the purpose and function of da'wah is as shuhadā' 'alā al-nās, being a pioneer and overseer for the ummah of man and delivering man to the ultimate purpose of life, which is to worship God. Secondly, prepare a good da'wah or agent of social change to achieve perfection in da'wah's purpose. Natsir explained that a da'i must master Tafaqquh fī al-Dīn and Tafaqquh fī al-Nās. Thirdly, wisdom is the most excellent proselytizing method applied among other methods. According to Natsir, wisdom is more than mere science. It is nutritional science that has been digested and blends with a sense of check to become a driving force to make social change.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the function of management in fostering employee performance at the Islamic People's Funding Bank (BPRS) Bandar Lampung. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subject of this research is the structural officer of the Islamic People's Financing Bank (BPRS) Bandar Lampung. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and scrutiny of documents. The validity of the data was tested by triangulation of sources. The data were analyzed with the stages of organizing data, reducing data, grouping by category, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. Performance appraisal at the Bandar Lampung Syariah People's Financing Bank is carried out every three months which is accumulated once a year. With the performance appraisal process Identify goals such as about salary increases and promotions. After that, the boss determines the tasks that are carried out in his work for subordinates. Furthermore, superiors check the tasks carried out by their employees and provide performance appraisals to employees and finally discuss the results of the assessment with employees. The performance assessment at the Bandar Lampung Syariah People's Financing Bank is carried out by the direct supervisor, without involving external parties. The Bandar Lampung Islamic People's Financing Bank uses a past-oriented performance appraisal method with a rating scale technique. The performance appraisal of the Islamic People's Financing Bank is based on the elements of the assessment, namely: honesty, discipline, work performance, cooperation, skills, loyalty, leadership, and communicativeness. The performance assessment at the Bandar Lampung Sharia People's Financing Bank is carried out once a year, using a draft form that is already available at the Bandar Lampung Sharia People's Financing Bank. The performance appraisal is used for all employees, unless there are additional fields such as marketing, Teller, and Customer Service. Performance appraisal for marketing is by looking at the achievement of the target in one month, the target goes up or down for its achievement. As for Tellers and Customer Service, namely with proficiency in delivering to customers

Abstract

East Lampung has been known as one of the Muslim bases in the Lampung Province. However, problems faced by Muslims in this region are quite complicated. Some of these issues are demoralization and the highly rate of criminalization. This study aims to describe and analyse the models of Islamic syiar approach applied by the religious counsellors in East Lampung. This research uses the descriptive qualitative method. The data is collected through in-depth interviews with the informants who have direct relation to the religious counselling activities. Besides, the direct observation is involved in analysing the activities of religious counsellors in doing their Islamic syiar. Moreover, surfing related documents to obtain relevant data with religious counselling activities such as rules, policies, and provisions is also entangled. Based on the conducted research, the religious counsellors in East Lampung use three approaches in performing their syiar in their community. They are the socio-cultural approach, the psychological approach and the political approach.

Abstract

In normal situations, da’wah can be done face-to-face through ta’lim or Friday prayers, where the da’i and audience (mad’u) meet in a forum. However, such da’wah cannot be carried out in the Covid-19 pandemic situation, which has been running for almost two years. Instead, the preachers use social media such as Youtube, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, and others to greet and provide enlightenment in the community. The problem is often found in social media content used by preachers with unethical language, sarcasm and lack of wisdom, especially those related to government prohibitions to reduce the risk of spreading the virus in houses of worship. Such as the prohibition of holding Friday prayers, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, the prohibition of homecoming, holding ta’lim, and the commemoration of religious holidays, especially in the red zone category for the spread of Covid-19. This study examines the language content of da’wah communication on social media during the Covid-19 pandemic. Primary data sources are obtained from YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook during the Covid-19 season. Secondary data is obtained from books, e-books, and relevant journals. This research is descriptive qualitative, with deductive and inductive thinking techniques. The research findings show that some preachers conveyed da’wah messages on social media with unethical, rude, and inappropriate languages to convey messages of a great and holy religion.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Institutional Strategic Management in Improving CustomerService at Bmt Bandar Lampung City. The research approach used is a qualitative approach.While this type of research is field research. Sources of research data are BMT Leaders,Employees and Customers. Methods of data collection is done by observation, interviews anddocumentation. The data processing method in this study was obtained through researchinstruments in four stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, data verification andtriangulation. The results of this study indicate that: The strategy carried out by BMT BandarLampung City in improving services to members is a functional strategy. Functional strategy isa strategy that is managed by each function of the company's organization in the hope ofcreating better competition with BMT competitors, so that it will increase competitiveadvantage. Management Management strategy in supporting customer or member satisfaction,the BMT tries to add office facilities, communicates good relations with members, carries out apick-up system for customers, carries out a professional human resource recruitment process.Indicators of the quality of service performance in BMT Bandar Lampung City, as follows: 1)Physical Appearance Indicators (Tangible), 2) Reliability Indicators (Reliability), 3)Responsiveness Indicators (Responsivenes), 4) Competence Indicators (Competence), 5)Indicators of Credibility (Credibility), 6) Indicators of Courtesy (Courtessy), 7) Indicators ofSecurity (Security), 8) Indicators of Access (Access), 9) Indicators of Communication(Communication), 10) Indicators of Understanding (Understanding the customer).

Abstract

This study tries to explore the strategy and implementation of persuasif da'wah communication in the hijrah punk community. Participants in this study were hijrah actors, founders of the hijrah punk community, as well as administrators from the hijrah punk community. The research findings reflect that the hijrah punk community movement occurred communally and gave birth to a religious-based social movement. The hijrah punk community movement has built a new identity, namely as a religious youth who is closer to Islam and becomes a useful person. The hijrah punk community has the intention of making punk children in Bandarlampung City to know Islam with three main approach strategies, namely psychodynamic strategies that involve emotional and cognitive factors in persuasion. A sociocultural strategy that utilizes environmental factors, namely the friendship that exists between the administrators to preach. The meaning construction strategy focuses more on providing understanding by manipulating understanding without having to change the meaning, the goal is to simplify conveying persuasif messages with understandable analogies.

Abstract

The empowerment of religious moderation based on local wisdom in Pujodadi Village, Negeri Katon District, Pesawaran Regency, is an important effort to strengthen religious harmony by utilizing traditions maintained for generations by the local community. There is a value of local wisdom in Lampung culture called the Pill Pesenggiri culture, which means upholding the values of dignity, dignity, and self-esteem in running the social system. The value of piil pesenggiri consists of four value terms: Juluk Adok, Nemui Nyimah, Sakai Sambayan, and Nengah Nyappur. The Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach is applied by identifying and utilizing community assets such as religious leaders, traditional leaders, places of worship, and local values to hold joint activities, develop tolerance education programs, and provide training to community leaders. Collaboration between various community groups, religions, cultures, governments, and related stakeholders is very important in this process. The main purpose of this service is to increase religious tolerance and harmony, strengthen community capacity in resolving conflicts, increase community participation, and preserve local wisdom as the foundation for harmony and tolerance between religious communities. With this approach, it is hoped that a more tolerant and harmonious society can be created in carrying out religious life, as well as ensuring the sustainability of religious moderation programs that have a positive impact on the local community.

Abstract

The research was motivated by the reduced interest of the Muzakki in channeling funds, both zakat, infaq, and shodaqoh, at the Amil Zakat Institution. Therefore, a good fundraising strategy is needed at the Amil Zakat Institution to increase interest and channeling of zakat funds by Muzakki, so that the objectives of the Amil Zakat Institution are achieved. The collection of Zakat, Infaq, and Shodaqoh (ZIS) funds is one of the important aspects of Islamic wealth management. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effective ZIS collection strategy at Amil Zakat Institution. This type of research is field research with a qualitative approach, with a case study method at one of the Amil Zakat Institutions (LAZ) at Rumah Yatim in the Bandar Lampung Region. The data collection method uses observation, interview, and documentation. This data was analyzed with an inductive approach to draw general conclusions from the specific data collected. The results showed that effective ZIS fundraising strategies include: Increasing public awareness through campaigns and education related to zakat; Optimizing the use of information technology, such as mobile applications, websites and social media; Partnership with government agencies and private companies in the management of professional zakat and corporate zakat; Improving services and ease of ZIS payment; Strengthening human resources and collection infrastructure. From this study, Amil Zakat institutions must design innovative and adaptive ZIS fund collection strategies in line with current developments to maximize the potential of ZIS funds for the welfare of the community.
