Abstract

The focus of this research is the Quality of Service at the Karawang Branch of the Indonesian Post Office. The purpose of this study was to find out how much the quality of service at the Karawang Branch of the Indonesian Post Office. However, in reality what researchers found in the field were delays in delivery, lack of facilities and infrastructure, and inadequate parking space. The research method used is quantitative using a questionnaire to collect customer and employee data. The results according to this study are to put information about service quality, so that the Karawang Branch of the Indonesian Post Office has a better image in the eyes of consumers, and also consumers are happier to use the services of the Karawang Branch of the Indonesian Post Office, so that the ultimate goal is to create customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan pelatihan pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai sarana pemasaran hasil kerajinan totebag dalam konteks pengabdian kepada ibu-ibu PKK. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada ibu-ibu PKK dalam memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai alat pemasaran yang efektif. Metode pengabdian melibatkan workshop, sesi diskusi, dan pendampingan dalam menerapkan pengetahuan yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan pemanfaatan media sosial memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi ibu-ibu PKK. Mereka meningkatkan pemahaman tentang media sosial dan kemampuan dalam mengelola akun media sosial untuk memasarkan hasil kerajinan totebag mereka. Peningkatan keterampilan dalam membuat konten menarik, menggunakan teknik hashtag yang relevan, dan berinteraksi dengan audiens secara efektif juga terlihat. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai sarana pemasaran hasil kerajinan totebag memberikan manfaat dalam meningkatkan keterampilan dan pemberdayaan ekonomi ibu-ibu PKK. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini juga memberikan dukungan pada sektor kerajinan lokal dan mempromosikan kekayaan budaya serta keterampilan tradisional dalam masyarakat.

Abstract

Sumedang Regency, West Java is a district that has various and unique MSMEs. In this study, the study focused on the Cilembu sweet potato business. In addition to the potential existence of MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Sumedang Regency, there are still various problems occurring. These problems include limited human resources, limited trading centers, and marketing problems. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the role of the local government in developing the MSME industry as a driver of the economy in Sumedang Regency—especially the role of Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil Menengah, Perdangangan, dan Perindustrian (Diskopukmpp). Business actors really need local government support for the progress of MSMEs, not just a discourse. The Sumedang Regency Government must play a role in encouraging the growth and development of productive businesses, managing and fostering productive businesses, and creating a conducive environment for productive business actors through appropriate regulations.

Abstract

The 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia states that a good and healthy environment is a human right and a constitutional right for every Indonesian citizen. Therefore, the state, government and all stakeholders are obliged to protect and manage the environment in the implementation of sustainable development so that Indonesia's environment can remain a source and support for life for the Indonesian people and living things other. This community service is carried out using socialization methods, lectures, discussions, question and answer and practice of field crops as well as legal counseling on the Importance of Learning to Protect and Preserve the Environment for Students of State Elementary School 7 Syamtalira Bayu, North Aceh District. The result of this counseling is that students know how to practice planting plants and cleaning their school environment, there is an increase in student awareness of the cleanliness of the surrounding environment. The enthusiasm of the children to participate and care for the environment in protecting plants, plants and living things around them.

Abstract

The port is one of the inter-island and international trade chains. In loading and unloading activities, the thing that must be prioritized is occupational safety and health. Occupational safety is an effort to guarantee the integrity and safety of workers and the environment. Occupational safety is one of the factors that absolutely must be fulfilled so that workers can work safely and optimally in accordance with the duties of the workforce, with a careful attitude and not being careless in acting will make other parties not experience worry. The research method used is the analysis of journal articles in the form of library research which takes several previous studies which make a new study. Aims to increase knowledge and insight about K3. In loading and unloading at the Port, the following must be considered: the safety and health of workers which includes the use of safety equipment, the use of PPE, the attitude of workers and risk control. The results of analysis from several journals regarding work safety indicators in loading and unloading activities at the Port, the use of safety equipment for stevedoring employees in order to support the process of loading and unloading at the port is less than optimal, this can cause risks, and the safety and health of unloading workers is not guaranteed. load at this port, thus hindering the ongoing work.

Abstract

Salah satu gangguan Kesehatan yang didapati ditempat kerja yaitu keluhan MSDS dan pada umumnya semua pekerjaan berisiko mengalami keluhan Muskuloskeletal baik di bidang pekerjaan yang membutuhkan kekuatan fisik lebih dan juga beban kerja yang tinggi. Oleh sebab itu, beban kerja yang diterima oleh seseorang harus sesuai dan seimbang baik terhadap kemampuan fisik, kemampuan kognitif maupun keterbatasan manusia yang menerima beban tersebut. Gangguan otot pada Kuli Bangunan penyakit akibat kerja yang menyebabkan rasa nyeri pada persendian, keluhan ini dapat terjadi dan dilihat dari beberapa faktor lingkungan maupun faktor individu, termasuk dalam faktor individu adalah usia, lama kerja, masa kerja. METODE: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dan deskriptif analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Kuisioner dengan 28 responden digunakan untuk melihat keluhan MSDS dari responden untuk penelitian ini. Lokasi: Di Provinsi Sumatera Utara, Desa Sukaramai di Kec. Sei Balai, Kab. Batu Bara. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 21 mei sampai dengan 23 mei 2023 dengan menggunakan Teknik angket dan wawancara untuk mengumpulkan data tentang keluhan MSDS pada pekerja kuli bangunan.

Abstract

Kompetisi Sains Nasional (KSN) atau selama ini lebih dikenal dengan istilah Olimpiade Sains Nasional (OSN) adalah kompetisi dalam dalam berbagai bidang salah satunya adalah bidang Matematika. Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah dikarenakan mitra merupakan sekolah yang baru berdiri maka belum ada mengikuti kegiatan olimpiade dan guru-guru belum pernah dilatih dalam menghadapi siswa yang akan mengikuti olimpiade. Saat ini tingkatan kelas yang terbentuk sudah pada tingkatan kelas 4 dimana kompetisi olimpiade dapat diikuti pada siswa kelas 4. Metode dalam kegiatan pelatihan pendampingan olimpiade ini terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu tahap peninjauan awal, tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap penyelesaian. Kegiatan pengabdian ini difokuskan kepada guru-guru yang akan membimbing siswa dalam mengikuti olimpiade kedepannya. Kegiatan PKM pelatihan pendampingan guru-guru dalam mempersiapkan olimpiade matematika pada tingkatan Sekolah Dasar dilaksanakan berdasarkan jadwal dan undangan yang telah ditentukan dan disepakati bersama antara tim pengabdi dan guru-guru mitra.

Abstract

Suntenjaya Village, which is a tourist village, is developing in order to advance the economy in its area. Suntenjaya Village has more potential especially if it is well developed by the community and government by utilizing the natural resources in Suntenjaya Village. To explore and develop the potential of Suntenjaya Village as a tourism village which can then affect the economy of the community which will increase. To see the implementation of Article 45 of the Regional Regulation of West Bandung Regency No. 4 of 2012 concerning Tourism Village Criteria, a comprehensive study of the relationship between Suntenjaya Village as a Tourism Village and Article 45 of the Regional Regulation of West Bandung Regency is needed. Based on the above, this research aims to examine the suitability of Suntenjaya Village as a Tourism Village based on Article 45 of the West Bandung Regency Regional Regulation so that it can be seen whether Suntenjaya Village is in accordance with the criteria mentioned in the article or not. The approach that our group used was a descriptive qualitative method to examine aspects of availability in Suntenjaya Village.  The results of the research conducted show that Suntenjaya Tourism Village, in the implementation of government law, has proven to be in accordance with the criteria for tourist villages in accordance with article 45 of the Regional Regulation of West Bandung Regency No. 4 of 2012 concerning Tourism Village Criteria. The results also show that the implementation of this law can encourage residents' income from the agricultural sector and economic activities, which according to the results of our field study has happened in Suntenjaya Village, where the community's economy is helped by the agricultural sector and also the tourism sector.

Abstract

Human error is often stated as the main factor causing an accident. For ordinary people, news about transportation accidents with human error as the cause is often interpreted as human error, system operators such as machinists, pilots, ship captains, and others. To find out the efforts to prevent ship accidents at sea due to human error. Journals/articles come from searches on the Google Scholar database, using related keywords, then journals are selected using inclusion and exclusion criteria. The year of the article in the 2020-2022 timeframe. Then the journals are analyzed one by one by looking for similarities and differences in journals and then drawing conclusions. The results of the literature review of the 5 articles obtained data regarding human error as an effort to prevent ship accidents at sea, obtaining the result that the probability of human error is high. This is due to the mistakes made by the organization as the initial defense of the defense system, not directly related to the occurrence of incidents directly but are triggers that lead to other failures leading to incidents. The SPAR-H method is a method that can be used to analyze human error and prevent ship accidents at sea. By applying this method, we can reduce the risk of ship accidents caused by human error.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the factors cause Divorce, and How it influences the Child's Psychology. This research method is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The selection of research subjects used purposive sampling techniques. Data collection methods used interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The research subjects were 3 parents and 3 children at GG Gaperta. Checking the validity of the data using inductive triangulation techniques. From the results of this study, 1) it was concluded that the factors causing parental divorce in the subject of this study were family disputes, the existence of ideal women/men, financial problems and lack of communication, and bad habits of parents. 2 ) The impact of divorce on the social attitude of the newly accepted child on Jln. Gaperta, among others: a) Children feel less attention and affection from their parents. b ) Attempts to attract attention due to lack of attention . c) Children tend to be quiet and low self-esteem in the social environment.
