Abstract

Based on Minister of State Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Regulation No. 16 of 2009 concerning Functional Positions of Teachers and Their Credit Scores, the publication of scientific papers is one of the requirements for promotion for a teacher. Based on observations, teachers at MAN 3 Kulonprogo still need training on how to publish scientific papers. The publication of scientific work can be recognized as a requirement if the publication is recorded on a scientific work database such as the Google Schoolar and Science and Technology Index (SINTA). For this reason, teachers need to receive training to increase their knowledge of the benefits of indexing scientific journals. The strategy applied in this community service activity is the use of online lectures, practice questions, and questions and answers which are carried out through the Zoom Meeting program. After receiving the training, the knowledge value of the teachers participating in the training increased by 2.221 compared to before they were given material on Google Schoolar and the SINTA Index. In addition, the results of the Paired Sample T-Test showed a sig value of 0.048 and less than 0.05 (alpha 5%) indicating that this PKM activity had an impact on the teachers of MAN 3 Kulonprogo Yogyakarta, especially in terms of increasing their capacity to operate the Google Schoolar application and Science and Technology Index (SINTA) as a scientific publication indexation database.

Abstract

Maku Village is a village that has fertile soil and is one of the villages that produces useful plants such as shallots, garlic, ginger, lime etc. When viewed from the potential of fertile soil, this village can be used as a center for producing family medicinal plants (TOGA). The purpose of this activity is to make people more familiar with local plants that can be used as medicine. In addition to helping the Maku village community to self-medicate by becoming more familiar with the properties and methods of processing shallots, garlic, ginger and lime for various types of diseases. the method used when conducting community service in the form of lectures on the self-medication of shallots, garlic, ginger and lime to see the participants' understanding of the material presented, the presenter distributed questionnaires for assessing the success of activities that had to be completed by the people participating in this activity. The results of this community service activity increased public knowledge about self-medication with herbs, this is in accordance with the results of the average percentage for questionnaires distributed after counseling, namely 92.5%.

Abstract

Kepala sekolah adalah seorang tenaga fungsional guru yang diberi tugas untuk memimpin suatu sekolah di mana diselenggarakan proses belajar mengajar, atau tempat di mana terjadi interaksi antara guru yang memberi pelajaran dan murid yang menerima pelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui upaya kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan sekolah yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus yang melibatkan 13 orang guru dan 23 orang siswa. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan pada siklus I dan siklus II terjadi peningkatan yaitu hasil nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh dari hasil kegiatan pembelajaran yang awalnya 48% meningkat menjadi 87%. Yang artinya indikator peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran di katergorikan baik. Hasil nilai rata-rata aktifitas siswa dalam pembelajaran daring yang awal 52% meningkat menjadi 83%. Yang artinya indikator dari aktifitas siswa dalam proses pembelajaran daring dikatakan kategori baik. Dari hasil penelitian diatas maka dapat disimpulan bahwa dalam mengingkatkan kemampuan melaksakan pembelajaran daring di SMP Negeri 5 Timang Gajah, kepala sekolah melakukan beberapa upaya yaitu kepala sekolah berperan sebagai pendidik dengan tujuan untuk mewujudkan visi dan misi sekolah serta dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Kepala sekolah sabagai innovator berusaha menjalin hubungan yang baik antara guru dan siswa dengan upaya mengembangkan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan materi yang akan diajarkan. Kepala sekolah sebagai motivator berusaha selalu memberikan motivasi bagi guru untuk terus melakukan tugasnya dengan baik dan bertanggung jawab dengan upaya menciptakan pembelajaran yang menarik dan menyenangkan bagi siswa.

Abstract

This practical work aims to analyze the effectiveness of employee performance on the number of shipments in the PPIC division at PT Hamatetsu Indonesia. The PPIC Division has a crucial role in managing and controlling the flow of production and inventory, which has a direct impact on the number of successful deliveries. This study aims to identify the factors that influence employee performance in the PPIC division and measure their impact on the number of deliveries achieved. The research method used includes data collection through direct observation, interviews with PPIC employees, and analysis of historical data related to performance and number of shipments. The factors studied include the work environment, work motivation and work discipline. The collected data is then statistically analyzed and linked to the number of successful shipments made in a certain period of time. The results of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of the relationship between employee performance in the PPIC division and the number of deliveries. By evaluating the factors that influence employee performance, PT Hamatetsu Indonesia can identify areas that need improvement and implement more effective strategies in optimizing inventory planning and control processes, so as to increase the number of successful deliveries.

Abstract

This article examines the challenges faced in improving Human Resources (HR) performance in the context of visiting a boutique store. A visit to a boutique store is an important aspect in influencing customer satisfaction and achieving business goals. However, to achieve optimal results, qualified and competent human resources are needed in serving customers. The main challenges faced in improving HR performance during visits to boutique stores include improving employee skills, communication skills with customers, the ability to provide advice and reccomendations to customer, and the ability to maintain good relationships with customers. In addition, there are also challenges in managing time, dealing with dissatisfied customers, and maintaining consistency in servise.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of human resources, the importance of performance on employee performance at Bumi Tobacco. Many factors affect employee performance, but factors that are rarely measured are the importance of performance and the quality of human resources. This study used a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The number of samples in this study were 5 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study uses descriptive data. The results of the study showed that the quality of human resources had a significant positive effect on the importance performance of Bumi Tobacco SMEs. The Quality of Human Resources has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance and Satisfaction at Bumi Toacco. Importance performance has a significant positive effect on employee performance and satisfaction at Bumi Tobacco. The findings show that Bumi Tobacco's performance in key areas is significantly influenced by the quality of its human resources. At Bumi Tobacco, the quality of human resources significantly improves employee performance and satisfaction. Critical performance has a very beneficial impact.

Abstract

Progress in the economic field so far has brought many rapid developments in the business sector. In line with that, many wholesale organizations have sprung up, ranging from the real to the virtual (virtual) world. There are several types of Wholesale organizations namely: Wholesalers, self-service, specialty stores, department stores, supermarkets, convenience stores, and discount, self-selected, limited service and full service retailers. The increasing number of shopping places in big cities as well as in small towns creates a lot of competition. The managers of shopping places in Purwasari, Karawang Regency, one of which is the Zahra Wholesale Store, also want to get a high market share. The way to win the competition is to provide customer satisfaction, starting with providing shopping facilities such as comfortable shopping places, spacious parking lots, spacious shopping areas, besides seating. The purpose of the study was to examine service quality, consumer satisfaction and repurchase interest at the Zahra Wholesale Store, as well as to examine the effect of service quality and consumer satisfaction on the interest in repurchasing products from the Zahra Wholesale Store. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches. Where data collection is done by using questionnaires and literature study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the social and economic conditions of workers or female workers at the Department of Environment and Sanitation/DLHK Pangandaran. After the Covid-19 pandemic hit in 2019, the world's economic system declined, especially in Pangandaran Regency. This is felt directly by residents around Pangandaran such as female workers/workers who must meet the needs of their families to remain stable. The negative impact of the covid-19 pandemic is the length of time the wage process will be received by these workers. Besides working here, they have side jobs to cover the difficulties of late receipt of wages such as having a business at home, farming or being a household assistant. They have been doing this up to now.

Abstract

This article aims to find out how employee motivation increases employee work productivity at UMKM Martabak. Work productivity is greatly influenced by employee motivation, this is related to encouragement, attitude, and enthusiasm that comes from within the human person. High or low employee motivation affects the productivity of employers. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the importance of work motivation in increasing employee work productivity. Motivation plays a significant role in influencing and increasing work productivity, employees will work with discipline and diligence. But apart from that, the lack of appreciation, salary, and bonuses can also reduce employee motivation. This decreased motivation greatly affects the increase in work productivity, which in turn can make a business decline. Suggestions for business owners to be more aware and pay more attention to their employees in order to maintain work motivation and establish positive relationships between superiors and subordinates.

Abstract

Hypertension or high blood pressure is a major risk factor for atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease, heart failure, stroke, and kidney failure. Hypertension carries a risk of premature mortality, which increases as systolic and diastolic pressures increase. Prolonged increase in blood pressure damages the blood vessels in the heart, kidneys, brain and eyes. Several studies have shown that people with hypertension are 12 times more likely to have a stroke and 6 times more likely to have a heart attack. Blood pressure checks were carried out on 100 people. The instruments used were a tensimeter and a blood pressure questionnaire sheet. The age of the majority of respondents was at the age of 41-50 years as many as 23 people (23%). Based on the results of an examination of the description of blood pressure on respondents in Nanggungan Hamlet, Jatirejo Village, they are in the Class I Classification of Hypertension (blood pressure 140 – 159 mmHg) with an average age of respondents is 41 – 50 years. After measuring blood pressure, they were given health education about hypertension.
