Abstract

Based on research observations regarding the effect of job training, work discipline on employee performance simultaneously this variable affects employee productivity which has direct implications for performance. appreciation and decreased productivity due to lack of competence so that as a solution companies can apply diversity leadership and leadership ethics in order to build a good organizational culture by postponing collaboration and increasing competence through regular training.

Abstract

Adolescent girls are more susceptible to anemia because adolescents are in a growth period that requires higher levels of nutrients, including iron. The prevalence of anemia among children aged 5-12 in Indonesia is 26%, in women aged 13-18, it is 23%. In Riau Province, the prevalence of anemia is 25.1% and 19.4% are at the age of 15-24 years. The impact of anemia on young women is stunted growth, easy infection, resulting in reduced fitness or body fitness, decreased enthusiasm for learning or achievement. As for the results of examinations at the youth posyandu in Pandanwangi Village, the results of the Hb values in adolescents were still in the normal range.

Abstract

In order to achieve the human resource management objectives that have been stated, human resources must be developed and maintained so that all organizational functions can run in balance. Human resource activities are part of the most central human resource management process and are a series in achieving organizational goals. The food and beverage industry is one of the industrial sectors that has an important role for economic growth in Indonesia. The food and beverage industry has the potential to become an industry that is relied upon for national economic growth because it has a lot of supply and demand. One of them is bread and other bakery products. Companies that are able to compete in the world market are companies that require good quality and quantity employee performance, achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities that have been given. The performance of the Solo Bakry employees is the result of the efforts made by all components within the organization in achieving a common goal.

Abstract

Occupational safety and health (K3), including one of the maintenance programs in the company. In this study, the design used is Literature Review. The method of searching for article data sources was carried out through the Google Scholar database in the 2019-2023 period to retrieve relevant articles published in Indonesian. Occupational safety and health can have a major effect on employee work productivity. Productive employees have the ability to work, both from the expertise and skills they have.

Abstract

Bisnis pancake produk UMKM saat ini semakin berkembang ditengah masyarakat, dimana pancake kini telah bertransformasi menjadi bagian dari kebiasaan ataupun bagian dari suatu gaya hidup kelompok individu. Di Kota Pekanbaru, perkembangan bisnis pancake berbasis produksi rumahan semakin meningkat pesat.  Latar belakang masalah persaingan antara pelaku bisnis pancake tidak dapat dihindari, salah satu bentuk persaingan adalah dalam bentuk penggunaan strateginya seperti Produk, Kualitas, Rasa dan  Harga, dengan tujuan  kualitas produk pada  pancake durian menjadi pertimbangan konsumen, keunggulan sebuah produk hasil olahan durian ini dilihat dari rasa olahan, variasi rasa, ukuran produk dalam satu kemasan, kemasan dan keamanan produk. Survey yang dilakukan ke lokasi : adanya persaingan tidak sehat antara sesama penjual, pemasaran pada masa pademi, persaingan harga distributor dengan relesser relatif sama. Metode dan luarannya :  diskusi, pelatihan dan pendampingan serta memberikan pengetahuan dan informasi mengenai pemanfaatan digital marketing melalui media social sebagai upaya untuk memudahkan penjualan pada masa new normal yang dapat mendukung penjualan, cara untuk menghitung biaya pokok penjualan secara sederhana untuk memperoleh hasil maksimal, harga pokok dan laba agar catatan pembukuannya lebih jelas, pengembangan unit usaha dalam jangka panjang.

Abstract

This research is to find out organizational culture in the motivation of teacher performance in schools. This research uses a qualitative approach, namely the research method used to examine the condition of natural objects where the researcher is the key instrument. This article aims to explain the topic of organizational culture in the motivation of teacher performance in schools and educational institutions. This research was conducted using a qualitative-descriptive method. The results showed that organizational culture in teacher performance motivation was (1) organizational culture had a significant effect on teacher performance at Yoda Islamic Boarding School Al-Yusriyah; (2) work motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance at Yoda Islamic Boarding School Al-Yusriyah. (3) organizational culture and work motivation jointly influence teacher performance at Yoda Islamic Boarding School Al-Yusriyah.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dalam bentuk magang untuk memenuhi salah satu persyaratan akademik yang dilaksanakan atas kerjasama Program Studi Akuntansi Universitas Trunojoyo Madura dengan Badan Pengelolaan Pendapatan, Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPPKAD) Kabupaten Sumenep. Kegiatan magang dilaksanakan selama 4 (empat) bulan dimulai sejak tanggal 13 Februari 2023 sampai dengan 9 Juni 2023. Tujuan dilaksanakan pengabdian dalam bentuk magang industri adalah untuk meningkatkan wawasan pengetahuan, pengalaman dan juga keterampilan mahasiswa, serta upaya pemberdayaan peran mahasiswa dalam mengimplementasikan kemampuan teoritis dan praktis guna meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja Badan Pengelolaan Pendapatan, Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPPKAD) Kabupaten Sumenep. Aktivitas yang dilakukan selama magang meliputi rekapitulasi berkas penatausahaan aset, rekapitulasi pakta integritas pemanfaatan Barang Milik Daerah (BMD), merekap dan menginput data mengenai keterangan mutasi aset, rekapitulasi contra pos (CP) OPD, menjurnal dan membuat realisasi anggaran pendapatan per hari/per tanggal OPD, rekapitulasi dan arsip Surat Perintah Pencairan Dana (SP2D), pengecekan transaksi harian pendapatan daerah, membuat laporan SIDAR (Sistem Informasi Dokumen Arsip) dengan menginput data arsip BPPKAD tahun 2021 dan 2022 yang terdiri dari beberapa OPD.

Abstract

The use of personal protective equipment has been regulated in Law no. 1 year 1970 concerning work safety and PER.08/MEN/VII/2010 concerning personal protective equipment. In this study, the design used is Literature Review. The method of searching for article data sources was carried out through the Google Scholar database in the 2019-2023 period to retrieve relevant articles published in Indonesian. The purpose of making the five journals is to find out the relationship between the use of PPE and the occurrence of work accidents. Furthermore, the method of the five journals above uses a cross sectional design. The instruments used in the five journals were partly a chi-square test and partly an analytic survey. Abstract

This service activity aims to add insight into investment and stock trading, as well as things that need to be considered to become investors and before investing. This dedication is one of the ways to anticipate the bad effects of the rise of investments under the guise of stocks but fake investments. This is due to the lack of investment knowledge for the z generation so that it is easy to be lured in by investments with high yields. In addition, the purpose of this service is to provide an introduction and socialization about investing in the Indonesian Capital Market for all new students within the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Lampung. This service also provides a clear description that with the Introduction and Training of Investments in the Indonesian Capital Market, it is hoped that this service can be input for participants to add insight into investment and stock trading, as well as matters that investors need to consider before investing. It is also hoped that this can be input for the management of the FISIP UNILA Investment Gallery in providing the best service to the public regarding investment and capital market knowledge so as to increase public interest in investing in the Indonesian capital market.

Abstract

Occupational safety and health has been a concern on the part of government and business for a long time. The safety factor is very important because it is closely related to employee performance and company performance. The purpose of this study is to explain the safety and health program on board and the security of the crew as a part of management. In occupational safety and health programs, namely: counseling, training, health checks, personal protective equipment (PPE) and supervision programs. The research method used is the analysis of counseling and training articles conducted to increase knowledge about OSH. Increasing knowledge and skills is achieved by counseling and training. Improving the knowledge and skills of the crew is the main goal in the training and counseling program.
